I felt like he was honest in his recommendations and I felt comfortable with the product that he chose to use would be safe for my young family and pet. Incredible customer service -- and I appreciate that in between visits they will come back out if needed for free to reinspect if you see any bugs. Our first visit was less than $100 so I feel like that's a great value, considering that he walked the entire perimeter of our home with a broom and checked every nook and cranny luckily he only found two spider webs. The rep also come out every other month but company charge me every month. That's frustrating being charge every month but the service is not up to par. I also did what they told me about another treatment which twice as expensive and can come back to regular service. They freely give advice and have a lot of experience. They are friendly and always on time. If you want they will send you a text letting you know they are coming so you can let them in to spray inside if you like. They also accept phone calls pretty much any time (I feel like they give you their personal cell). We had a problem with scorpions invading our house all of a sudden a couple of years ago. They came out 3 times in 1 month to spray and only charged us once. They seem to be genuine good people making a living.
