They're appointment-only, which I loved because it meant my time didn't feel rushed at all (unlike other salons I've been to). It truly felt like protected, one-on-one service. After removing my Gel X, Kim recommended I not do builder gel YET and instead use a strengthening treatment for a few weeks. She didn't push a service just to make money, which says a lot. Also, their tools and cleanliness really stood out. The electric file was super gentle (no burning at all), and everything felt high quality and well cared for. The place is clean and welcoming with eight nail stations and eight pedicure chairs. They offer complimentary water, wine, and snacks, which was a nice touch. The pedicure chairs are super comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Soft music played in the background and the TV was on mute. I had Saidy for my service. She was a bit on the rougher side, but not unkind. The part that threw me off a little was when she said I'd be getting a 25 minute massage. She started the timer, applied cream to my legs, dropped something and then said sfed be back and walked away. I noticed the clock ticking down by the time she returned, four minutes had passed. I was tempted to ask if she'd reset the clock since the prep should've been done beforehand, but I decided to just relax and enjoy. The massage itself was ok. I've had better and while the foot soak, hot stones, mask, and hot towels were nice, my right heel still felt a bit rough afterward. When I walked out and my hands dried you could clearly see that my cuticles weren't hardly touched. My partner really liked her manicure but her nail polish came off in just a few days and we spent almost 200 dollars for two basic manicures. I would not recommend this place nor will we ever go back. There is too many nail shops in Napa to give these people any business.

When I told her I was using a card, she rolled her eyes. I didn't realize she expected me to use my physical card, since most businesses now accept Apple Pay, she sighed heavily in annoyance. After she handed me the receipt to sign. I accidentally signed in the wrong place, and instead of politely pointing it out, she spoke to me in a very condescending and aggressive tone, like I was a child. Considering how I had been treated, I chose not to leave a tip. The service cost $10, took about 10 minutes, and the overall experience was unpleasant. That seemed to make her even more upset. She hesitated before handing my card back and looked genuinely shocked that I hadn't tipped. I have never been treated so poorly at any business, especially at a nail salon.
