They just cancelled a cleaning for today less than two hours away! They said it was due to a…read moremedical emergency. Offered a discount for next week. Then, they offered a complimentary cleaning. What am I supposed to do for this weekend? I schedule the cleanings for Fridays so that our place is clean for the weekend. Last time, 2 weeks ago, they kept trying to get me to change to a different day than Friday... also due to an unexpected emergency! That was the last time they came. I will have to find a new service. On top of that, they don't lift things off shelves to clean them or clean the items on the shelves. And this is after I put away most of the things before they come so that the counters are empty. I would not use this service. Also, they charge for the cleaning the day before they arrive. So, I've been charged for the cleaning they just canceled. I am now told it was just a temporary hold. So, I should get my money back. Now, they have rescinded the complimentary cleaning because I posted an honest review! And, I have been tipping them on top of their fee. Per the cleaners' request, I have tipped the cleaners personally through Zelle, not through the website. This is what I get! And, they have only come about 3 times. This would have been the fourth time. One time they tried to get me to change the day & today they canceled with less than 2 hours notice on the DAY OF the cleaning. That's 50% of the scheduled cleanings! They do not care. They are now penalizing me for posting a review. This is how they treat a new customer. There was a lot of lip service with nothing to back it up. The texts included, "If there is anything we can do..." but they canceled with less than 2 hours' notice & pulled their offer for a free cleaning next week. I was going to accept the cleaning & edit the review to reflect that they are making it up to me. They are not. I would stay away from Edgar V & this service. The cleaners were okay, but the lack of thoroughness, the inability to put sheets on the right way, & I'm still tipping through Zelle? There are better cleaning companies out there, and obviously more considerate.

Four really strong, nice guys arrived on time and went from room to room, moving furniture away from window areas, relocating chairs to the master closet, standing an office sofa up against the wall, and on and on. And they also bagged a bunch of stuff and made a trip to the dump with assorted items that needed to go. Courteous, kind, helpful young men. Looking forward to seeing them return when I have the pleasure of putting my home back in order. I whole heartedly recommend Dome Cleaning! Maybe they'll tackle my garage in the future! Today, a few weeks after the above job, Dome Cleaning sent Eric and Jordan to my home to return my furniture and other things back to normal, because the window job is done (and beautiful, I might add)! The guys did a great job moving the furniture. Jordan so kindly carried a chair up 2 flights of stairs. The most challenging job for them was to hang four 216 inch long window scarves in the dining and living rooms. The fabric is sheer and flowing and trying to drape them equally, keep the fabric on the correct side, and have the ends the same length is tedious, to say the least. Eric was the star of this job! Really appreciated his recommendations and follow-through with that job. I will be calling Dome again! Thank you, Eric and Jordan!

We are nearly 2 months in to our relationship with Vme Janitorial Service. Coincidentally, after I…read morehired Vme, I learned that my awesome chef knows the owner and actually had asked if he was interested in joining our team a while back. I had no idea they knew one another when I hired this service, so it was a happy occasion when they met on-site. GOOD SIGN right there! Now I see why he wanted to bring him on! My staff recognize and appreciate the quality of the work they are doing and our place is looking better than it has in a while. They clean 7 days/week; pay close attention to food safety, which was my biggest concern and focus for them. They have done an outstanding job and so far have been highly professional, reliable, and responsive. We rely on their excellent work to do what we do and at the level I require as the owner with high standards. My small crew of employees work hard and do their best, but our place requires additional effort to maintain the standards that I have. For YEARS, I was doing MOST of the cleaning myself - spending at least 2 hours every morning early before people arrived to work, 7 days/week; an additional "deep clean" for 4 hours every Sunday and usually an hour or two every night -- just to just maintain a level of cleanliness and order that I felt comfortable with. We finally hired another very sweet couple to help me out that did a good job and worked 5/days a week. Unfortunately, they had other personal commitments/travel that required me to find a reliable replacement. On a whim, I found Vme on Yelp, and I'm very pleased to have found them! They do a wonderful job and I'm so grateful - this has really helped me personally, not needing to stress about my business and standards for maintaining a level of basic cleanliness that I require, and for being so supportive to my staff. People don't realize how VITALLY and critically important proper and safe cleaning and maintenance is - especially in the food industry and how much work this involves. With special expertise and focus on the needs of restaurants, Vme is the perfect fit for us. We hope for a very long-term relationship with Vme -- so far, this has been a real benefit to our business. I'm so pleased with the service they provide! Thank you, Vme!

She and her husband come once a week and it's our favorite day to come home :) Occasionally I will need to work from home and she has always been flexible with our schedules and able to accommodate our needs for coming and going on those days. They are always on time and there hasn't been a day yet that we've thought "I wish they had done this or that". When we first hired her, we told her not to worry about doing the dishes if there were any in the sink when she came because we have a dishwasher and we shouldn't be that lazy - doesn't matter, she cleans them, loads/unloads the dishwasher, whatever it takes to make sure we come home to a sparkling clean home. I highly recommend you reach out to Gabriela if you're looking for a fairly priced, punctual, easy to work with house cleaner!
