Delicious food! [[HIGHLIGHT]]This restaurant has received an upgrade recently...it looks great![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Vibrant and decorated seating area.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Quick service. Burrito was delicious and such a great deal! $17 for chicken, steak, and shrimp. Also $6 margaritas on Wednesdays. Will definitely come back!

Visited here on a Saturday night. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was LOUD. Like obnoxiously loud! They had a live mariachi band on stage.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I opted to sit at the bar bc the restaurant was quite crowded.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The bartenders were super busy. I waiting close to 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. I finally got a menu and got to place my order. They brought out chips and salsa but nothing to drink. No water. No nothing. I had to wave down a random bartender for water. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was very hard to hear what anyone was saying bc it was so loud in there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They also do a little presentation for anyone's birthday/special occasion. It seemed like EVERYONE was celebrating something.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Add the celebration chant on top of the mariachi band and you have a recipe for an instant headache. My food wasn't all that great. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. I probably won't ever come back here again.

Came here for the first time and omg the place was immaculately clean and the help was so friendly. We ordered the chickens fajitas and they were amazing. I took pics of the drink menu I will share here. We had Mindy and she was attentive and on point. We highly recommend this place. Taco Tuesday is ground beef or shredded chicken with cheese and onion for $1.49 and beer $2.99 fyi large beer is huge at 34oz

If my mom (who was neither Mexican nor good at cooking) attempted to make a Tex-Mex style dinner,…read morethis feels like what she would've come up with, using her trusty arsenal of store-brand white american cheese; off-brand Wonder bread; and the cheapest greying meat, from the cheapest grocery store, roused from its long slumber in a cling-wrapped styrofoam bed in the freezer. The tortillas did indeed taste like white bread, somehow. The cheese was an unidentifiable white cheese-like substance. The meat was completely flavorless and seemingly unseasoned, though, it did, at least, taste and look like it likely came from a recognizable member of the cattle family (rather than some other, less ideal, quadrupedal sources of red meat). The chips had the traditional shape and color of chips in a typical Tex-Mex restaurant. Despite the reassuring outward appearance, however, they were also oddly lacking in flavor, other than a strange movie popcorn-like aftertaste. The salsa unexpectedly seemed to have been fashioned from actual tomatoes, rather than the usual jarred mush found at most casual Tex-Mex restaurants. While normally this would be a good thing, here it meant that the salsa was being prepared in-house (or shipped in from the Chuy's warehouse of condiments). Though the salsa was acceptably mediocre, it benefitted from tasting a little better than other things on the table, which also helped me partially forgive its remarkable resemblance to gastric effluvium.

The parallel spots along midtown park are short term only, and I overheard staff mentioning parking enforcement does ticket if you go over. We ended up parking in the Harris Teeter garage and walking over, which was much easier. When you walk in you'll check in with the host and be seated. There are options to sit inside or outside. Given the weather and noise from kids playing in the park, we opted to sit inside at the bar. Service was inconsistent. When we sat down it took about 20 minutes for our server to greet us, and she only checked in a couple times during our meal. It seemed like the experience could vary quite a bit depending on who your server was. I ordered the queso compesto (Queso loaded up with seasoned ground beef, guacamole & pico de gallo and served with chips) which was cold but had good flavor. Next, I ordered the steak burrito with boom boom sauce and the green chili rice. The burrito was warm but the steak was extremely well done and had to cover the burrito in sauce to enjoy it. Overall, the experience missed the mark from a service and food quality stand point and I'm not sure if I'll be back. I may give the location in Cary a try before writing off Chuy's fully.

We were looking for a good Tex-Mex place for a family dinner. Superica delivered!…read more The food is absolutely delicious. The menu accurately describes the dishes, and we all were pleased with what we ordered. The fajitas portion was massive! And there was a huge amount of steak in the steak tacos. The server was very nice and understood the menu well, which was important because a member of our party had dietary restrictions (gluten). My only slight dislike was that the music is crazy loud. We sat in a booth and conversation was difficult to hear.

CAUTION: Disgusting Tacos Ahead!…read more My wife and I had lunch on Friday, June 1. Let me start with the one thing that was good, then elaborate on everything else, which was not ... especially the "scab" tacos. Really?! Scab tacos??!! [They chose the name, not me. Bet they would like a do-over. Just sayin'.] THE GOOD - The smokey, deep brown salsa served slightly warm was quite tasty. EVERYTHING ELSE: 1. I had the Shrimp Diablo Tacos and they were a disaster! Not only was the shrimp fishy, but the "costra style" shells were an absolute abomination: VERY greasy, amazingly unattractive (see photo), and likely packed 800 calories each due to the grease and cheese. Since there was only 1 bar of web connection, I was unable to Google "costra style" before ordering. Had I been able to do so, the description of being "scab like" (yep! You read that correctly!! Scab!!!) would have made the dish a No Go. That said, I will say the term is accurate: they were DEFINITELY scab-like in appearance, and the degree of grease oozing off of them put me not only in mind of a scab, but one attached to an infected wound. Barf!! 2. My wife's #1 from the lunch menu was about as basic as a taco and enchilada can be. She even told me it was a stretch to call it Mexican food. 3. And one final point: the place is L-O-U-D inside. Not quite - but almost - to the degree of being unable to talk while eating. Adios!

When you arrive there is parallel parking outside the front of the restaurant and if that's full there is overflow parking in the back. When you walk in you'll be transported to a fast, casual taco shop near downtown Raleigh. To order you can either sit at the bar, order on the kiosks, or at the counter. I ordered the trailer park combo which comes with a trailer park taco (Fried chicken, green chiles, pico de gallo, mixed cheese with poblano sauce on a flour tortilla), queso and a drink. I'd recommend taking the lettuce off as I feel like it overpowers the taco. I also ordered the Ranch Hand breakfast taco (Cage free eggs, marinated and grilled steak, mixed cheese on a flour tortilla with a side of Diablo sauce). The Diablo sauce is a bit too hot for me so I subbed that for the salsa roja on the side. Both tacos were excellent and remind me of my first time eating Torchy's at their og location in Austin. Torchy's also has one of my favorite quesos as the green chiles really add a nice flavor. Highly recommend this spot if you are looking for good fast food Tex mex spot.
