Grabbed lunch from here recently and it was OK. First, service was good! The server immediately brought us chips and salsa, and he was attentive throughout the meal. The chips and salsa were just OK, but I still gorged myself on them :) They're addictive! I ended up ordering a lunch special for myself (beef burrito, beef taco, and rice). The price was very affordable, which was great, and the food was prepared reasonably quickly. In terms of taste, eh, it was OK. The rice was a little mushy, and the other items were passable but nothing amazing - pretty average Mexican fare. I think I'd probably try somewhere else instead of coming back here, but it wasn't a bad experience. read more

A friend and I met here for lunch on a recent weekday. There's a board with specials as you walk in, and we each chose an enchilada lunch special. Our chicken enchiladas came out quickly, but our food wasn't very warm. Usually at Mexican restaurants, the plates are so hot you can't touch them. From the food service training I've had, I know food should be heated to at least 165 degrees and served at no lower than 135 degrees. I doubt that was the case here. By the time we had taken a bite or two, our food was practically cold. We both went against a long-standing rule not to say anything, and we asked for our food to be warmed. They were lovely about it, especially our very-friendly server, and they even brought us new plates of food. Otherwise, the enchiladas, rice, and beans were good Mexican fare, and were exactly what we were expecting. We very much appreciate that the staff worked with us on this. read more

By far, the best authentic Mexican food I've had in a very long time. Our server was so friendly & was always one step ahead of us for refills on drinks, chips, salsa, etc. The artwork on all of the tables and booths was stunning. We will absolutely be back. read more

This was the worst Mexican food I have ever had in my life. The queso was the consistency of milk, super thin and weird taste. The ground beef on the tacos and burritos was like cat food paste, truly disgusting. We ordered 4 different dishes and all of them were nasty and some were missing ingredients stated on the menu. Service was average at best. This place may be under new management but it's unfortunately for the worse. We didn't finish half our food and so we had to get a second dinner somewhere else. read more

Ordered the kids Mac n cheese online and found out once we got there that they did not have it. Instead of calling me and telling me that (my number was linked to the online order) they just took it upon themselves to give my child fried cheese sticks and French fries as a replacement. My child won't eat that... and the cheese stick would have been dangerous to serve him anyways based on his age as it's a choking hazard. So we paid $5 for something I couldn't give him and no suitable replacement for dinner because they simply were too lazy and unprofessional to call. Oh and the chipotle sauce that tastes like it was the from the grocery store was a mistake on the flautas. It tastes like it's from Taco Bell. read more
