I went to have lunch with my mom and after we finished, my car didn't start! The owner, Gabriel came outside with a bunch of tools to fix my car! Mom 's anxiety turned to gratefulness , we came for lunch, enjoyed a delicious meal, and the owner started working on the car to make sure we get home safe! I asked the staff if there's anything I could do to repay Gabriel and they all said that's who Gabriel is, he help his staff, strangers, customers, or someone who needs help of any kind. Went for late Fri dinner in mid- December. I ordered Fish tacos but got Shrimp tacos -- photos of both so you can see how they come. I came here with a large group of people after volunteering in the area. I felt bad since our party was so large and we didn't have resys, but despite that, they were able to accommodate us with no problem. This place is located off the highway in a little strip. It may not look like much from the outside but I was blown away by how big it was inside. It'a beautifully decorated and has ample seating. Due to our large party, we were sat in the back but still in the main dining room. We were quickly greeted and given waters (which was clutch considering how hot it was outside). After receiving waters, we were then given chips and salsa. The chips were delicious and the salsa had a nice zing to it. This was also my first time seeing green chips, so I thought that was pretty cool. Thankfully, I had enough self control to stop before I got too full and couldn't eat my lunch! To drink, I got the jumbo passion fruit margarita on the rocks. It came in what looked to be a beer glass, as I had never seen a marg be served like that. Nevertheless, it was tasty! I chose the lunch size chicken, steak, and shrimp fajitas. Despite our party size, everyone's food was correct AND arrived in a timely manner! Way to go, staff! As for my meal, while it was great, I was a bit disappointed at the meat to pepper ratio. By the time all was said and done, I had way more peppers than meat leftover. Not a huge gripe, but oh well. A friend had recommended this place a while back and we were looking for Mexican takeout one long Friday so this was the winner, just a5 minutes from our door. I ordered the steak chimichanga and my husband had the choripollo, his go-to test of a Mexican restaurant. I went to pick up dinner and found a great parking space in their ample lot. I was really surprised at the size of the restaurant, two or three large rooms and a big patio area. The reception desk was staffed by three very friendly young people and the whole place felt clean. We both enjoyed our meal, though my steak chimichangas was a bit dry. I think it was that the steak was well done before it went into the tortilla and then fried. It would have benefited from being cooked to mid-rare or medium instead, plus the addition of cheese in the filling would go a long way. My husband very much enjoyed his chicken with chorizo and ate every bite. We added a "fried ice cream," but weren't impressed, it was basically a sundae in a fried tortilla bowl - no cinnamon, nothing traditional or special about it, so we'll skip that in future. Came here to have dinner like we do almost every week and the waitress pulled out her personal phone to scan my Id and the app said it was FAKE... I at first thought she was joking because she has severed us numerous times but when she refused to serve us I was shocked! Welp; it was fun while it lasted. We had never had a bad experience until today. Got in before 5pm to beat the Saturday night crowd but was met with service worse than an understaffed Macdonalds. We were seated quickly and the chips and salsa were there as soon as we sat but there was no water until after 23 minutes when she came to get our drink order. So we finally go our water when she delivered our bar drinks. Then another 10 or so before we were able to order food. The food was not the best and we didn't finish because we had loaded up on chips with no water for the first half hour after sitting. Server NEVER came back until check time which was after I had gotten up to get myself a to-go box from the bar. We wanted more bar drinks and water but never got the chance. Maybe they need to install a soda fountain for refills so your server isn't bothered during a 20 minute nap break. We won't be back because there are too many other options for bad service and mediocre food. read more

What's up with Que Pasa? Let me tell you- great food, fast service, clean restaurant. What more could you want? The restaurant is large and can accommodate parties of any size. We were seated quickly and immediately served chips and salsa and our drink orders taken. The menu is quite extensive but the waiter was very good about answering our questions and making recommendations. I had the Celeya Special- Mexican rice topped with chicken, steak, shrimp, peppers, onions and cheese sauce (not the gross yellow kind, the Mexican kind). It was served with hot tortillas. This was an enormous plate of food. Very tasty! Hot, fresh and well seasoned. Hubby had the carnitas. Braised pork and onions with rice, beans and avocado salad. Also served with warm tortillas. The carnitas were tender and delicious. Also an enormous potion. Margaritas come in a multitude of sizes and flavors. They also serve beer, wine and other mixed drinks. I'm always up for trying local places so while visiting my hometown we popped in for a late dinner. The staff here is doing a great job of handling social distancing as well as wearing proper face coverings. Our server was very friendly and gave us ample time to peruse the menu. Funny enough all three of us decided to try their quesadillas, which they have several versions of. I chose the fajita chicken one. As we indulged in chips and salsa and my sister in law sipped on her margarita we got caught up with each others lives. When the food came out my eyes nearly popped out of my head. These were the biggest must stuffed quesadillas we had ever seen. So much meat!! This was gonna be a fork and knife situation for sure. The seasoning was on point and the chicken was so juicy. I am in love! Sadly we had no room left for dessert but when im back in the area this will definitely be my go to for delicious Mexican fare. read more

We have lived in High Ridge for 15 years now and had tried Que Pasa occasionally through-out the years and while the food was usually good, it was not good enough to get us coming back for more. After Covid we decided to give it another try and were very pleased with our meals. The service is always prompt and friendly (Waitress Tracy is the absolute best. Such a sweetie!!) We ate on the patio tonight...after months of quarantine everything was clean, our server wore a mask and provided excellent service and social distancing was no problem! Not much atmosphere. Good food, service was good we had 4 adults and 2 children under 4. We would come again.

To be fair, we had a larger party of 20 but initially no one was helping our server with drinks or ensuring we had chips and salsa. Once food starting coming out, other staff helped. My Enchiladas, combinations #5 we just okay. Wasn't Enchilada sauce, it was Molé sauce which was not expected. Also, about 2/3's through my cheese Enchilada I bit into about an inch by quarter inch piece of soft plastic. The overall consensus was other staff could have pitched in to assist our server with drinks, etc and the food was so so. Quite sure I will not be returning to this restaurant. We've been to Que Pasa a number of times and it's probably our favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. The food is good and rather plentiful, and they have a good atmosphere; it always seems like the people there are having a good time. Their food is pretty good, and they have a lot to choose from. They have the typical burritos, tacos and enchiladas you'd expect, but they also have some other stuff like chicken mole. Overall, their menu is quite extensive and their prices are very reasonable. As if that's not enough, they make some really good margaritas. All in all, Im a fan of this place and will continue to come here. read more
