The staff are always positive and greet everyone with a smile, even if they're not the one serving you. My partner and I started with drinks, and My Paloma was a knock out. I've spent a lot of time in Texas and this place really pales in comparison to the Mexican restaurants there. They did a really big remodel within the last few years and I will say it looks really nice inside. The tortilla chips really tasted stale. They were not very light or crispy. The salsa was pretty good but I ordered a side of queso and it had the consistency of water without much taste at all. Dinner for 3 was ordered. I had chicken enchilada's in a green sauce. The chicken wasn't bad but the corn tortillas they were in weren't very good. Rather slimy with a cardboard chew. I make corn tortillas at home so maybe my standards are too high. What ended our dinner on a sour note was paying the check. I'm not a big fan of too much technology but I'm not ignorant of it either. Our server returned with a little machine I was suppose to use to pay my bill with because I guess they're too busy to take my card, run it, and bring me a slip to ad my tip and sign. Card in hand, I was handed this machine and without even looking at it, my card got charged and sale completed just picking up the device. I had no idea what I was charged or what kind of tip I was charged. I asked the server to cancel that sale and start over. I don't know if the charge was reversed yet but he said it was. He set it up again, and my daughter handed the device to me. Just touching it, selected skip for the tip. I wanted a tip on there so the server had to back out for a 3rd time so I could add my tip. Finally the 3rd time, it worked but by this time I was so frustrated and couldn't wait to leave. For this reason, I will not go back to this restaurant. Sometimes these places get too big for their britches and need to take a few steps back. Maybe I'm being harsh but eating out should not be a frustrating experience.

This is most definitely not the case with this location. 4 visits in a week time, took approximately 20 minutes for food delivery, this is most definitely not acceptable at ANY fast food restaurant. couple that with the lack of apology from the staff for your wait, and the delivery of cold sandwiches 20-25 minutes later and you get bad service, and there's no other way to look at it. after 3 visits, I went to social media and twitter to express my aggravation and lack of satisfaction achieved at the drive thru, i was contacted back by Jack in the box, and they would "look into the situation" however since that tweet, I have had at least 3 more visits of long waits at the drive thru. unfortunately, I'm not a patient person, and I have decided to find another place for my late night cravings, which is a shame. however just like at the ball game, 3 strikes you're out.. hopefully things get improved with the late night service at these 2 locations, because unfortunately, it will be a while before I return...
