This location just needs to close already. The waits are ridiculous, I order mobile pick up and always have to wait an additional 10-15 minutes. The food is always cold, just thrown in the bag and spills out everywhere. I pay extra for the avocado salsa and NEVER get it. The nachos Bell Grande doesn't even fill the bowl anymore. I pay extra to swap for steak and get like 4 pieces of meat and the toppings are scarce. Call them and they don't answer, when you finally get someone and ask for corporates number they say they don't have a "corporate". They're is no accountability here. No District Manager coming in to observe this train wreck. Probably the worst location with a whopping 1.8 YELP RATING!!! Once again, ordered food several items missing and both drinks were only half full.there wasn't a long line and they weren't busy.

I have been to many different Taco Bell's in my previous years on this earth. But none have came close to how poorly ran this establishment was being ran. I not only had to wait 10 min for my drink after getting my food but I also noticed a women who had been there way before me ask if her food was done and to my shock I heard them say that they didn't even know she ordered even though she ordered upfront. Now I understand working at a fast food restaurant isn't an easy job considering you have to deal with many different peoples orders at once. But completely forgetting someone's order is completely ludicrous. Now going on the picture that I had attached to this, I was completely dumbfounded by the fact that an entire family of ants were chilling near the fountain drinks area. Now the ants didn't do anything wrong, but I'm fairly certain that the ants had been doing more work than most of the workers there. If I could give 1/2 of a star I would because not all of the workers were doing a bad job but like they say if one part of the wall is damaged the whole thing comes down. read more

Dinning room service and conditions were terrible. Tables were dirty. Bathroom was dirty. We stopped for a quick road trip meal. Myself and two others were waiting before me. After ten minutes, we saw at least a dozen cars go through the drive through and we were still waiting. The gentleman ahead of me ended up asking for a refund because of the wait. It was only then that finally a worker came out and started working on the dining room order line in the kitchen area. I had my husband and 4year old waiting in the car. Took nearly twenty minutes for the four menu items we ordered. The other gal waiting was a door dash order and the workers would not make her drinks for her order. Last 2 times I have went inside to look at the ever changing menu, I have stood at the counter for an unacceptable amount of time waiting to put in an order. I'd give a 0 but I can't so there's that. I stopped by to get my husband and son something to eat on my way home. I sat in there drive thru for an hour. At one point my husband called to check on me and I still hadn't placed an order and was getting frustrated. My husband said just leave, but I couldn't because there were a line of cars ahead of me and behind me. As you know, there's no getting out of their drive thru line if you need to. So, my husband called and kindly asked if they could possibly move the line forward so that I could go elsewhere. Their response was " No we can't move the line forward". So he gave them time and called me and I still hadn't moved or placed an order. He called them again, and again they refused to move the line which at that point, they are holding people against their will and not allowing them to leave. The police eventually had to get involved so that everyone in the drive thru line could leave. We will not be returning. read more

Lived here for about a year and every single time we've been to Pevely Taco Bell, it's been a bad experience! We will NOT be going back at all. we went through and they messed up our order (ok, it happens. we just want it fixed). then they wanted to argue and say they didn't mess it up. they ended up "fixing it" (we asked for no lettuce and no cheese due to my son being allergic to cheese. They still put lettuce and cheese on it. we go back to have them redo it (maybe they will make it right this time. Nope we're wrong) They ended up making our order again, then find hair in our food and still had missing items. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST TACO BELL AROUND. This is the local Taco Bell to me this is the ONLY reason I have tried to give them chances. Doesn't matter what time of day it is you aren't going to get your order right. Your chalupas will be hard as a rock and cold, your portions won't be correct and you order food you don't get. You call the number to complain and they block you instead of actually picking up. How can a restaurant with a 1.5 star review even stay open. Seriously, you don't get the right food and what you do get is cold and rock hard. For a newer Taco Bell this is disappointing. The service is slow, the employees are not friendly, and the quality of the food is poor (even for Taco Bell). I ordered a Nacho Bell Grande and most of it was crumbs hidden under full chips, not impressed. Also, one of the employees was cleaning dirty trays with a dry napkin and they don't use or are out of tray liners. The same employee stocked the drink lids after using her bare hands to wipe off tables and high chairs. Looks like someone was poorly trained. That seems to be the case for most of the employees. Needless to say this will be the last time I step foot in this establishment. I will have to go 10 minutes south to the one in Festus from now on. read more

My Family has given this place so many chances. I will never return to this location. They never get your order correct. Last night i was waiting over 20 minutes for 6 taco's and an order of Nacho Fries. When i got home(Less than 3 minutes from the store), My Fries were stone cold with no seasoning and the cheese cup was half full. Also the hard taco's were so stale they fell apart as soon as you picked them up, and the soft tacos had been sitting in the wrapper so long they were dripping wet from sweating in the wrapper!! It took over 20 minutes to get through the drive thru and the guy at the window didn't say anything but talk to his coworkers about the guy who was in front of me. I don't normally write bad reviews, but I've given this place too many chances to get their act together and there's no improvement. They are frequently out of something whether it be taco salad shells or beef. How does the manager let the place run out of beef? This has happened to us more than once The Baja Blast machine is frequently not working. They get orders wrong even after confirming what's on their drive through screen is correct. Another reviewer posted pics of literally a tablespoon of beef in his taco. That is exactly what happened to us today. There was no beef on my taco or my husbands chalupa. There was maybe 2 teaspoons of cheese sauce on a Nacho Belgrande. We were left with a container of dry chips. I'm highly annoyed with this location.
