I have a quarterdeck obsession. It's the buffalo shrimp. It's the best deal on the menu and the portion is amazing. Hot garlic is what I always go with but medium is just as good. I order buffalo shrimp everywhere but I have wet dreams about QD buffalo shrimp. Shrimp tacos are also great, as well as the double baked Mac and cheese. Sushi is good but way overpriced. The service here is excellent with servers being attentive, friendly, courteous, etc. If ONLY they would stop addressing customers as "guys" which does NOT apply to man & woman couples!!!!!!!!!! This Quarterdeck reminds me of CHEERS, the TV show, not the bar on sunrise. I visited there for football Sunday to watch the Bill vs Steelers... GO BILLS! My first impression, it is a college bar because the guys there looked younger. Upon an in depth and further review, most of the people know each other and I am absolutely sure there were not many college students in the bunch. They were a really fun crowd to watch the game with, although most were FINS. There were actually BILLS FANS, so I had a great time. At first I thought the Dolphins fans were really obnoxious until I found out that they knew the other Bills fans and were just having some fun. The service was great, considering the place was so packed and both the wait staff and bartenders went above and beyond what I consider good service. I ordered wings, and although tasty, they were more like wing parts. A good number were broken bones. That is an area that could use improvement. All and all though, a good experience. read more

This is my Friday night watering hole. My coworkers and I make a beeline to Michelle on Fridays at 3:30PM to remain sane. Plus, their 2 for 1 drinks don't hurt either... We order a little bit of everything, calamari, fish dip, their grilled wings are amazing, tater tots, french fries, sushi, seaweed salad. You name it, we've had it. They're owned by Flanigan's so you already know the food is consistently good. Michelle is always our waitress and makes you feel like you're home. 50/50 on this review. I was recently here for a weekend event and needed a bite to eat. They've recently renovated this location which I was very impressed with. No more swing benches outside! Hopefully they can keep the place looking good long term. I was very interested in the newest offering with their renovation... the sushi bar! To my understanding the sushi bar is run by an outside vendor which explains why the prices are so high. The sushi quality was ok, but not amazing enough for the $16 price tag. Wow! This location is fabulous. Great comfy spacious outdoor patio. As in this is better than a restaurant. Large high end TVs, comfy furniture and nicely decorated. The staff was awesome. The manager Chuck accommodated our group after a game even 10 minutes before his restaurant opened as if he was a friend welcoming us into his home. Our server Josiah was adorable. U can tell he was happy to be there and showed us by bringing out examples of the specials we asked about again going above and beyond. Brunch menu was delish and the bottomless brunchy drinks were so nice on a Saturday afternoon. Great value! Real peach nectar for the Bellinis and the Mimosas u could tell were made with love by the bartender! Poke bowl, chicken and waffles, Avacado toast and even the Philly cheesesteak were all so good. I really like Quarterdeck!! I sat at the bar and took advantage of their domestic pints of beer for $3.00. I had a couple of Miller Lites-- just delicious and Ice Cold!!! The service was fabulous and friendly. I'll have to return to sample their dinner menu and update my review. The bar area was great with a beautiful aquarium. The only complaint I had was their restroom needed attention. I would love to have dinner at Quarterdeck. No way. I can't believe they tried to pull this shit on a CASH paying customer I always carry, and pay with cash. I went in tonight to place a Togo order. The hostess, took my order, then my money. My bill was $25.75, I gave her $26, of corse expecting the $.25 back. While my Money sat on the counter, she began to explain that the restaurant "Quarterdeck" Doesn't take , or make change? (Coin money) . That i could, " round up, or round down" So, I took the dollar back. Then sat at a table waiting for my order ToGo. As I waited, a woman came to the table, said good evening. I said thank you, but I have placed an order to go. I'm just waiting here. The hostess said it would be ok. Apparently, this was the manager who explained I still owe the $.75 , as I explained to her that the hostess offered to round up or round down, and I rounded down. The manager said it was a miscommunication, I explained I offered the hostess, the exact change, three quarters $.75 and she said she would not take it. I'm not willing to pay extra just because your organization is not willing to except change, so I took the round down option. . At this time the manager excepted my three quarters and I took my order and left. I do not recommend anybody ever going to eat at this restaurant, and I believe this explains why nobody was there. I love coming to the Davie Quarterdeck!! I go there about 4x a week and all the workers and regulars are so great to me especially the Manager Jana!! She has been amazing to me the few short months that she's been here. She is so accommodating to me and everyone else. Whenever I come in, I like to eat, sometimes drink, but mostly watch sports at night. She always changes the TV's for me whenever I ask, without any issues. The only thing I miss is her colorful blue and purple Hair. She should be able to have it. That shouldn't effect the way she manages the restaurant!! read more

My husband, 12 month old, and I visited for the first time for lunch yesterday. The big PROs: Our server Chris was super nice, funny and accommodating. Wings, medium, were really good, and my husband is picky about wings. My mahi sandwich was perfect, good fries. Husband liked his sandwich too. Nice outdoor seating. Very comfortable with fans. Everything about this restaurant is Wonderful. We went to the outdoor area. The sofa's and chairs are so comfortable. The manager fixed the tables for our small party so we could still sit together but at a safe distance. Our waiter Josiah was fabulous!!! Everyone raved about the food. Prices are very affordable. First of all & most important to me, this location is strict about COVID Precautions. They have hand gel at the front door, they take customer's temperatures, all employees wear masks & they're seating every other table/booth.
