Recently I had to return a part I ordered, and I was very impressed with the customer service I received throughout the process. The representative I spoke with was courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. After a short email, they quickly verified my order, explained the return procedure clearly, and even helped me arrange for a hassle-free return label. They immediately shipped my new part out. The return was a smooth process, and I received my exchanged part within the timeframe they promised. I really appreciated the transparency and professionalism--it made what could have been a frustrating experience feel easy and stress-free. I'll definitely continue doing business with this company, knowing they stand behind their products and care about customer satisfaction. read more

I have to give this company five stars for their prompt delivery service. I ordered a fuel pump on a Friday for my car and I was thinking that it would take five to six days but to my surprise the fuel pump came 3 days later on that Monday. The tracking number did say the delivery date would be on that Monday but i thought yeah right. As I have ordered with Amazon thinking that their two day shipping would actually be a two day shipping but never has it happened not even being a prime member and a long-term member-- urrgh! Nevertheless, I am super happy with the service and prompt deliver and cost-effective prices for their parts is a plus as well. five stars again!!! Thanks read more

The fuel pump in my UTV died. Was about to order a new assembly when I somehow got a pop-up on my computer suggesting a much less expensive Quantum option that also updated the manufacturers new fuel pressure requirements. I ordered it late Monday afternoon for shipment to Florida. It arrived on Thursday. Everything I needed. I emailed with questions and received the answer quickly. Plus, the price for the parts I needed was less than 25% of what the manufacturer would sell. (Manufacturer wouldn't sell the parts, just the entire assembly.) Great parts, great prices, super service and very fast shipping. As good as it gets. read more

I can complain about the pump having to be replace but anytime you play in the aftermarket field you should expect some bad apples in the bunch, so I can't judge them on that. What I can judge is the customer service, the warranty, and the turnaround, all of which were great. I had an issue, I presented it to them and they fix it timely and seamlessly, what's there to complain about. I know I will go with a Quantum pump instead of the Walbro next time, and not because Walbro is bad but because I like the Quantum warranty more. Thanks again! read more

Garbage equipment. Garbage support Skip this pump kit. They will send you the wrong parts. When you question it. They will say they don't offer install support and to look online or at forums and groups. They say comprehensive support before you buy. Then you buy they send you and email saying full installation guide. You read the guide and literally has zero information about install. Then they deny sending he wrong parts and decide to refund rather than deal with the anger of demanding the proper parts. Fuck quantum fuel pumps read more

I have been buying Walbro fuel pumps from Quantum via ebay for several years. I have had great experiences, fast shipping (usually 2 day), great communication and legit Walbro / Ti Automotive pumps. Recently I had a few pumps from the same batch fail and reached out about them. They went above and beyond and sent them into Walbro for testing. They were able to replace the bad units and the communication and customer service was top notch. Highly recommend and they definitely kept my business. Thank you so much! read more

Initially, their configurator suggested the wrong pump for my machine. I ordered it, installed it (without comparing to my old one, and the top fit great). Turned out it was the wrong pump for my specific Ranger, after a few emails back and forth they made it right and sent me the correct pump. Working great so far. Just confirm somehow you are getting the correct pump, and you'll be golden. Quantum was first choice on several forums if not going back EOM, and a fraction of the cost. Fast shipping too read more

Ordered the QFS PERFORMANCE 380LPH INLINE EXTERNAL E85 COMPATIBLE FUEL PUMP W/ INLET OUTLET, QFS-606FT. The pump worked great until it didn't. After several checks to confirm it was the pump, I called customer service. I thought it would be a hassle, as it usually is with a warranty, but boy was I wrong! This company has top-notch customer service and professionalism! You guys should teach a class on customer service; along with your top-notch service and equipment, you have a satisfied customer for life. read more

Enjoyed the fast shipping but even more the interaction with customer support. I teased them about sending me a 10% discount coupon AFTER I made the purchase. I received several hilarious reponses as we bantered back and forth for several days. They even credited my card for the 10% of purchas. Sounds like a fun place to work. I will absolutely be using QFS in the future as well as recommending to friends and folks in the off road and cycling industry. Thanks QFS read more

I bought a fuel pump assembly for my truck and received the best customer service I've ever experienced. I live in Florida and the guys at QFS helped me get what I needed and had it delivered the next day. I'm happy to say that without these guys I might still be searching for the fuel pump and paying way too much. They were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I would offer from this company again and again and again if I had to. read more

About a year ago I purchased a fuel assembly for my Volvo Penta powered boat. Recently the low pressure pump in the assembly lost pressure and I called their service department. They sent a replacement no questions asked the same day. I paid $15 shipping. Boat is running fine again. The Quantum pump assembly was 1/3 the cost of OEM and they stand behind their lifetime warranty. I would definitely recommend Quantum. Bob read more

Not many companies stand behind warranties anymore, but not these folks!!! Had an issue with my fuel pump after 2 years of running it in my ATV. Without any issues from them, they got the information needed from me with my purchase and sent me a replacement pump. That's pretty stand up, in my book. You have a forever customer with me! I super appreciate all of the kind people, that took care of me and my issue. read more

I purchased a replacement fuel pump for my 2008 Suzuki. Unfortunately it failed with less than 100 miles from being installed. Hey, new cars have warranties, stuff does not always work out... I contacted these guys and they asked the right questions allowing me to make sure it was the pump and then warranted it. All it cost me $6 for shipping. They could have told me to pound sand, but they didn't. Thank you! read more

After having consistent problems with fuel pumps on my 2018 Polaris sportsman, I chose to get one of these fuel pumps based off a recommendation. I could not be happier with their product and customer service. The warranty on top of that is an added benefit. Don't waste your time buying cheap stuff on Amazon.
