I have to give this company five stars for their prompt delivery service. I ordered a fuel pump on a Friday for my car and I was thinking that it would take five to six days but to my surprise the fuel pump came 3 days later on that Monday. The tracking number did say the delivery date would be on that Monday but i thought yeah right. The fuel pump in my UTV died. Was about to order a new assembly when I somehow got a pop-up on my computer suggesting a much less expensive Quantum option that also updated the manufacturers new fuel pressure requirements. I ordered it late Monday afternoon for shipment to Florida. It arrived on Thursday. Everything I needed. I emailed with questions and received the answer quickly. Plus, the price for the parts I needed was less than 25% of what the manufacturer would sell. (Manufacturer wouldn't sell the parts, just the entire assembly.) I can complain about the pump having to be replace but anytime you play in the aftermarket field you should expect some bad apples in the bunch, so I can't judge them on that. What I can judge is the customer service, the warranty, and the turnaround, all of which were great. I had an issue, I presented it to them and they fix it timely and seamlessly, what's there to complain about. Initially, their configurator suggested the wrong pump for my machine. I ordered it, installed it (without comparing to my old one, and the top fit great). Turned out it was the wrong pump for my specific Ranger, after a few emails back and forth they made it right and sent me the correct pump. Working great so far. About a year ago I purchased a fuel assembly for my Volvo Penta powered boat. Recently the low pressure pump in the assembly lost pressure and I called their service department. They sent a replacement no questions asked the same day. I paid $15 shipping. Boat is running fine again. I purchased a replacement fuel pump for my 2008 Suzuki. Unfortunately it failed with less than 100 miles from being installed. Hey, new cars have warranties, stuff does not always work out...
