I have been trying their pumps for 4 years. Failed repeatedly numerous times. They charge $26.00 shipping for the lifetime warranty but it is pointless at this time to continue asking for lifetime warranty pumps. On November 6, 2025 after driving approximately 100 miles on the new pump, I experienced a severe issue with my fuel pump assembly. The pump failed, leaving me stranded at Gecko Road in Glamis, California. I was 15 miles from my campsite, in 85-degree weather conditions when the new pump failed. After waiting four hours, I was able to hire a truck and trailer for assistance. Despite the inconvenience I encountered I received no support from customer service, who proved to be unhelpful. I strongly advise against using this product due to its reliability issues. It's always better to go with the OEM. read more

This is an update to an unhappy, much longer rating for Quantum. My disappointment at this time is not about the quality of their products but disappointed because I wanted a complete fuel pump kit that would fix every possible problem with the pump, but one critical part was left out of the Quantum kit. I spent several hours over the course of five weeks trying to understand the lack of fuel pressure issue I was having. I finally discovered that a replaceable part that was not in the most complete kit Quantum offered, was the issue. If Quantum's kit would have included all the possible replaceable parts in the pump assembly, I would be none the wiser because I would install all the parts and my fuel pressure issues would be gone. read more

Ordered a fuel pump compatible with my model 2019 RZR Turbo S HFP-A4563. This pump is an incompatible fuel pump without a pressure regulator that may have damaged my machine. QFS confirmed this is an error on their part and it is incorrectly listed as compatible online. Was sent a second pump with a regulator which is also not compatible and didnt fit when installed. When i reached out, they offered to re-send the first pump again that wasnt compatible to begin with and caused issues with my vehicle. After not hearing back, i filed a California Consumer Complaint due to the incorrect product possibly damaging my vehicle. Reached out to request a Supervisor and for my machine to be examined by Polaris. They are declining to take responsibility at this time. While that isnt surprising these days, i expected better from QFS. You still, to this day, have that pump model listed on page 3 of compatible vehicles. That pump likely damaged my rig, and it's being made clear QFS is dodging the issue. As a customer, QFS had an opportunity to avoid this public review. Pretty frustrated and dissatisfied, and now have a bricked vehicle because of their error. read more

I purchased a Quantum fuel filter kit which included hoses and seals for my bike. After many months long saga trying to troubleshoot the problems I eventually identified the issue as the poor quality hoses in the kit which went soft when exposed to fuel and started to leak. This caused the fuel pressure to drop and the bike would become unrideable. So my recommendation to anyone looking to purchase from this company is to rather try to find better quality stuff elsewhere - it honestly is not worth your time and money trying to troubleshoot bad quality components or support a company which peddles them. read more

Ordered Siemens Deka 60 lbs injectors off of your website as well as called to confirm fitment on my factory zero miles crate LS3. The injectors I first received were about twice as tall as my factory injectors. I sent them back and was assured these new ones will 100% fit. I even included in the return email pictures WITH SIZES in them, honestly a 3-year-old could see exactly what was needed. Installed them on the engine just to find that the bottom seal was roughly 1mm too skinny and it did not seal properly in the LS3 manifold. I called Customer service once I found this out and was told "well that's the injectors we have so you can try and find seals on your own or return these" Safe to say I was not expecting that level of not caring from a company that presents themselves as professionals. I wish to get a full refund and I will be buying injectors from someone who actually knows their product and cares. read more

Do NOT buy from these guys! They sound nice but they are completely incompetent. We ordered a special item for drop shipment from a warehouse 3 hours from our location and have the vehicle apart on their PROMISE that the part will be delivered today. UPS tracking says shipment to arrive today but to my horror, it's arriving to California today, 3500 miles away! They lied about the shipping. Their solution? Oops. So here it is 8 days later and I have the car broken down because the part was scheduled to be here today (not CA). This install is a full day job. So I call to get my refund and guess what, they disconnect me twice then I get an answering machine. These are NOT nice guys. These are NOT competent people. It's a shame because what turned out to be a nice daddy son project on spring break is not turning out that way. No thanks to them. The guys at Quantum have been an absolute pleasure to do business with. The first purchase I made from them was a Walbro fuel pump on eBay, which they were selling at a discounted price, as it was damaged. I was inadvertently sent the wrong pump and reached out to them to get it resolved. With no questions asked, Sean was kind and gracious enough to replace the incorrect pump I received with a new one - which was far better than the one I ordered. That was something he did not have to do, but I was really thankful and grateful that he'd do that for me. My second, and more recent, purchase was last week, when I purchased another fuel pump from their store in Ventura. Once again, Sean was an absolute pleasure to talk to and he provided me with a truly stellar deal on my new pump [because the one I'd received from him earlier in the year had suffered a malfunction]. I even e-mailed him, after I got home later that day, to thank him for the deal he gave me and for his kind attitude. Despite the slight mixup with the first pump and the malfunction of the second, I think the guys at Quantum are truly amazing people. They stand by their products and are willing to go the extra mile to meet the needs of their customers, and I genuinely appreciate that. I purchased a Mercury fuel pump 885555T03 from Quantum Fuel Systems. The pump they sent was a very cheap knockoff from China worth closer to a 1/4 of what I paid. More to the point, it did not fit in my boat! I called and told them the listing of this product was wrong and they agreed. I returned the item but was refunded only 90% of the cost. THEY CHARGED ME A RESTOCKING FEE. The actual money isn't all that much but my time wasted is. This is Just frustrating. Oh, and the item is still listed wrong on their site and ebay. read more

I bought a higher flow fuel pump from these guys for my truck cuz I was getting ready to do a small turbo set up. I had problems with the wiring due to I ordered a pump that didn't come with a new harness, and so I put it on the back burner along with the truck for about 2 years. Then I finally got around to re-trying to work on the truck, and went to install the pump again after finding the correct wire harness for it, but for some reason my truck wouldn't start. I could hear the pump prime, but no start. I called AND emailed Quantum's customer service dept and they were very to the point, asked me specific questions and were patient in working with me on trying to solve the problem. Being that it was an order placed over 2 years ago, they were willing to work with me. It ended up being that my pump accidentally had the fuel feed/return lines inside the housing installed backwards. Not sure if I was the only one who got a pump like that, but once I got the hoses to swap places, the truck fired right up. They're good people! read more

Ordered a walbro 450 from quantum for my build. My previous pump was an aeromotive but I wanted more e85 friendly pump. The pump didn't even last 200 miles! I contacted quantum about the defective pump and they told me I needed to contact walbro. So I contact walbro and they say nope we dont do warranty unless its purchased directly from us, you have to talk to quantum. So I contact quantum again and they insist its impossible for a walbro pump to be bad (tell that to the hundreds of car enthusiasts on various forums). And that they will not warranty the bad pump but instead sell me a replacement at a slight discount. Keep in mind I've tested the entire fuel system and the pump was at fault. And I sent quantum pictures and information about my car and even my basket and what tests I did. So I said ok I need a replacement pump I really dont care if I have to pay again for another. Told them to send over the invoice and NO REPLY. I try again the next day and again no reply. I give it a few days and try again nothing. They will send you on a goose chase and then not stand behind their faulty products and then will duck and dodge your emails and phone calls. Very unprofessional and zero customer service! If you spend money with them and get a bad pump you're SOL! They will keep your money and leave you without a running vehicle. read more

Two days later, I get an e mail from this place stating my fuel pump had been shipped. I sent an e mail and tried to call them by phone. The phone calls went un returned. They responded by e mail, and I explained what happened on their site and I had ordered a fuel pump from amazon. Well the pump arrives anyway. I send an e mail stating I'm sending the pump back. They e mail me a return pre paid shipping label and stated as soon as my pump arrived, they would issue me a refund. On Dec. 27,2018 they sent the following e mail. ''your pump arrived today and we will issue a full refund today as well''. Well, They didn't issue me a refund on that day. Well, things started off good. I received a fuel pump I ordered online. Things went sideways when I realized the fuel pump on my boat was not the issue and that I needed to return the pump. I sent several emails, placed several calls in an attempt to get an RMA number. Finally after almost a week I got a RMA number. This business carries all sorts of fuel system parts. I needed a fuel pump for a Polaris RZR, and dealers sell only a complete fuel pump and sender assembly. I only needed the pump, at a cost of less than a fourth of the entire assembly. The pump I received included everything needed to install the pump, and most importantly, an updated pressure regulator that cured an ongoing fuel supply issue. I recently decided to buy a spare pump and spent a lot of time trying to find a pump that was as complete as this one. No other business had the complete kit. There are cheaper pumps, and price is very important to me, but I don't want to have to spend vacation time working on my toys. read more
