    On 10/10/22 I paid for brake kit (brakes/rotors), along with a brake fluid flush on my front end. Also requested oil change. Quantrell stated I required a $470 package for front/rear differential fluid flush, and trans fluid flush, claiming I was due based on time and mileage. Usually this is 3-5 years, or 30-60K miles. I agreed. Forgetting that I had previously had this work done this work 11 months prior, just 7K miles ago. This service was not needed. They also were not able to see my service records from out of state, so their statements of how much time had passed or miles I had driven were factually inaccurate. On 1/10/2023 I went back for a tire rotation and car inspection for a road trip. They sold me a rear brake kit (brakes/rotors), and another oil change. My inspection on 10/10/22 showed my rear brake pads at 6mm, and now they were stating they were at 2 & 3 mm, needing immediate attention. Had my car inspected on 3/10/23 & learned that Quantrell NEVER flushed or changed the brake fluid or changed the front brakes! I still have my brakes from 3 years ago on the car! They were measuring at 2-3mm. And the rear brakes are also my existing ones that were installed just 12 months earlier, and measured at 6mm. None of the rotors were replaced. I have had other questionable repair issues with this dealership. Quantrell will post responses online claiming resolution, but in reality have not worked towards this

This was the first time my boyfriend and I had gone together to look at vehicles, and honestly we were extremely nervous going into it. Our previous vehicle turned into a nightmare and we spent months putting more money into repairs than the car was even worth, so this was a huge deal for us. From the moment we met Drew "The Car Dude" North, everything felt different. He genuinely made us feel comfortable, cared about, and understood throughout the entire process. He never once made us feel pressured or treated us like just another sale. He listened to every concern we had, answered every question honestly, and took the time to really talk with us instead of talking at us. You could tell he truly cared about helping us find the right vehicle and making sure we felt good about our decision. He was so personable and easy to talk to that it honestly felt like we had known him forever. We cracked jokes the whole time and somehow he turned what should have been a stressful experience into one that was actually exciting and enjoyable. That meant a lot to us considering how anxious we were walking in. We ended up getting a 2018 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid and we absolutely love it already. Drew even went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was ready for us that same day even though it had not been serviced or detailed yet. The amount of effort, patience, and care he put into everything truly stood out. Also huge thank you to Steve in finance. He was amazing to work with and helped make everything smooth, easy to understand, and stress free. The website was easy to use, the reviews were great, and after experiencing everything ourselves, I completely understand why people speak so highly of this dealership. Thank you all for making such an important moment in our lives feel exciting instead of overwhelming.

    A few experiences…read more First: 2007, I bought a car from Green's. It was a great experience all around. From the salesman to financing, the customer service was top-notch. Also 2007, not long after the purchase I hit a deer and took it to Green's garage to be fixed. Another great experience and one that turned me into a lifelong Toyota customer. I won't even consider another brand. Second: 2025: Brakes. After 18 long years of not needing brakes, it was time to utilize Green's garage again. Because of the timespan and not knowing how much of the brake system would need replacing, I didn't want to take my luck taking it to some random garage so I went back to Green's for the work. Some of the parts took an extra day to arrive but not a big deal at all. I had already planned for the few days of repair work wait. They also noticed there were 4 recalls on my car so they took care of those(free of charge). Work completion: The car is like new! No issues at all. Third: 2025: During the brakes incident, I didn't plan to buy a new car anytime soon because I was going to stick with my 2007 until the wheels fell off. For the better part of a year, I had been keeping my eyes peeled for a specific model that I had drove during my Montana trip in 2021. During the brakes incident, I checked Green's certified inventory... and there it was! The exact 2022 model that I drove on that trip! It must be a sign, right? The day I saw the car, I reached out to them to see if it was available, drove down to Lexington, took it for a test drive, got financed, and left with the new car. AGAIN! From the online interaction to the salesman to the loan officer, A+++++ on all accounts. It just further reinforced being a lifelong Toyota customer. Even being in Louisville where we have Toyota dealerships, I'll go well out of my way to do business with Green's in Lexington. Whether you own a Toyota, need maintenance, or you're thinking about owning a Toyota, I can't recommend Green's enough. New car! Old car... still in great shape for my wife once she finally has her license. Toyota Forever!
