They also provide tutoring and test prep services as well. Big tip, if they do not have days/times available in the near term, do NOT go to 999 Testing Center in Hunt Beach, which discriminates against private psa homeschoolers. Made an appointment here for a job test back in October. I later failed, but what I liked about this place was that it was convenient and easy to get around when it comes to arriving here for the first time. I arrived here today, and I saw that there was another worker. He also helped me out a lot today. He helped me with signing documents that are simple to do. He also helped me log into the computer when I had trouble forgetting my own username and password. He was also an amazing guy when it comes to any customer walking through that door and leaving. I also love how this place is conveniently designed so that you can leave. I was able to get home without any kind of issue. read more

They are located off Euclid, towards the back. I would go west on Chalet just off of Euclid and turn into the parking lot right there and drive a short distance to the back of the property where there's plenty of parking. I needed to take an exam locally and selected Quality Tutoring becase they had the soonest available test date and time. I studied really hard all night and early morning and on my way to the test center I quickly searched for my conformation e-mail. I pulled it up and read it and read that you need to print out a copy of the conformation and bring it with you as they do not allow cell phones in the test center. I panicked because who prints things anymore and there were no places I knew off the top of my head that I could print a piece of paper at and if there were places that I could print at they opened after 9 a.m. I decided to calm down and just show up and see what happens and I'm happy to report, they never once asked to see the conformation e-mail, they just asked for my name and test I was taking and my ID. There was one young woman and you man working. The young man escorted me to the locker where I was instructed out all my belongings in the locker, even my car keys. Shortly after I was ushered to my computer station and began my test. The room I was in was quiet and had no other testers in there at the time. I was able to focus and complete my test without any distractions. I passed my test, gathered my belongings from the locker and dropped the key off at the front desk and was on my way. If I needed to test again I would come back here as it was a pleasant experience and the staff were very polite and efficient. read more

******TEST CENTER CURRENTLY HAS LOUD CONSTRUCTION NEXT TO ITS BUILDING. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.****** This usually is my favorite test center - - kind, caring staff, and great private test stations with headphones. However, they need a PSA that there is currently very LOUD construction drilling during testing hours. And they are not sure when the construction will finish. A testing center should guarantee peace and quiet. I know that the construction is out of their control, but what was in their control was letting test takers know ahead and given a choice to reschedule. Had I known, I would have not driven an hour to this site and taken it elsewhere. By the time I got there and was aware of the situation, it was too late to reschedule. The kind staff member tried to provide ear plugs and headphones and put the test takers in the room furthest from the construction. But it still couldn't block the pounding and bass. It was so loud, my desk was vibrating. lol. I had a very difficult exam that needed extra concentration, and it was very distracting. Needless to say, it did not have a positive impact on my test score. And this exam is not cheap. read more

They provided lockers for personal belongings and the bathroom was clean. I was there yesterday and took my CCS exam.The lady/receptionist was super nice and accommodating.Sorry i forgot to get her name as i was so anxious and concentrated to my exam. She gave me the whole room to myself so there would be no distractions and even offered headphones just in case. Facility was clean and quiet and felt really comfortable taking my exam. Came here on Wednesday afternoon. Parking was easy to find. As you walk up they have a sign that states no phones. Just allowed to have keys & medical stuff. When I walked in I had my mask and gloves on. Was greeted by a staff member. She had me fill out the paperwork. Then took me to the back area to see where I would be testing. After we went back to finish the rest of paperwork and photo. When I entered where I was testing it was a little small. It had these white boards dividing the desk and the blue chair I posted a picture of. As I went thur the prompts I was 4 mins. to complete them. I ended up getting up to go complain that the person behind me was slamming on the keys and being loud. The staff member let me know they would write her a note and tell her to be quiet. I asked for ear plugs which they gave me. Then I went into testing. Every time someone got up you could hear the bottom of chair scooting on the tile floor. They should get tennis balls to make it quieter. Then the staff would come in and clean the area of the tester who had just left. It felt clean but it wasn't as quiet as I hoped. Pretty safe to test while going thur this covid times. read more

Came here to take the CSET exam. Rami was very accommodating and helpful. Great customer service. Said good luck to me before I went in to take my exam. When I called to book the appointment, he gave me his personal number and ensured that I got scheduled to take my test within days despite COVID-19 barriers, when most other test centers were closed. My test was cancelled by other places, but QTS was a real life saver because I was worried I wouldn't be able to test in time. Facility was clean and enforced pandemic clean standards of mask and gloves. Room temperature got a little hot but the AC was turned on. Only one other tester was present, so room was private and quiet. read more

I took my CBEST here & I'm so glad I did! The idea of the test can be intimidating so being in a comfortable surroundings definitely took the edge off. The facility was easy to find with lots of parking. They provided lockers so I didn't have to worry about my belongings being left in the car. During the test if I ever needed assistance I was quickly approached. Instructions were clearly given. I was given a perfect amount of space and the room temperature was kept to a comfortable 73 degrees. They even gave me two out of three tests results right after the test rather than waiting two weeks! I highly recommend taking required tests at this location! read more

I have taken multiple exams here already and I will be back when I need to take more. Staff is friendly and clear with their instructions. It was suggested that I be there 15 minutes early in case it was busy, but I was able to start my test in 5 minutes after arriving. Definitely will come back if I need to do more testing. read more

I came here to take the CBEST and the staff was extremely kind! Also the facility is extremely clean; the staff is extremely mindful of covid-19. They sanitize all of the pens,pencils, and computers after each use, require masks, and when you walk in you can literally smell how clean it is. The testing room itself has walls in between each computer so you feel like you have your own space to concentrate and they even offer earplugs if needed. Overall, it was a great experience and I will be back to take more tests at this location. read more

I came here to take my CBEST to be a day-to-day substitute teacher, and I was JUST ANXIOUS!!!! BUT, the staff here really made a difference for me. Naomi & Yohaly were so patient, gentle, and supportive throughout the process. I went to Quality Tutoring Services to take a Microsoft exam. The test stations are nice with large 24 inch monitors. The staff is very friendly. The cons are the keyboards are noisy. They give you earplugs, however other testers who need to type a lot makes it a little noisy. My other issue is when you are coming south on Euclid, once you see there sign you have passed the entrance to the parking lot. Other than those two things it was great. read more

Booked an exam online and the scheduling was easy. Arrived and noticed the COVID prevention was in effect. Gloves and mask required to enter. But this was told when I called ahead. Many other measures taken for sanitary practice like the keyboard and mouse was cleaned. The exam room was very quiet and offer ear plugs and paper if needed. The computer worked just fine and seat was comfortable. Very easy process as everything was explained in advance. Very little paperwork to fill out. Only thing I noticed could be improved was prevention of possible cheaters. I was allowed to keep my keys and watch. Plus my pockets was never checked. At test center of a college everything was taken out and put in secure lockbox and pockets inspected. Overall, don't think this is a big thing since each booth has a security cam in front of your face. Really nice center and easy to locate with plenty of parking. read more

I came here to take the RICA Exam. Rami was a great help! He went above and beyond to make sure I took my exam during the COVID-19 pandemic. The computers at this facility were great and the place was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, as they followed the safety procedures by wearing masks and gloves. When I took the exam, there was only one other person taking an exam and the staff made sure the two of us were safe and social distanced from each other throughout the exam.
