I had a great experience with the coaches they were all especially kind and patient. I worked with Coach Asha, Shante, Chris, Janiel, Forrest, Anna, and Robert. Coach Asha helped me get together my interp events pretty last minute and I managed to qualify top 15 in California for nationals or NSDA (with a main event of dramatic interpretation). Also, throughout the season I got some specific technical feedback from Coach Shante which really helped me hone in my performance. While Coach Chris helped me get my DI up early in the season which led to me placing fourth at Peninsula. Additionally, Coach Janiel is mostly always at tournaments and gives a killer warm-up that really energizes me and my peers as well as give us a confidence boost admits the inevitable nerves. Furthermore, Coach Forrest and Coach Anna are really good with the younger students as they helped laid a solid foundation for my speech and debate skills going forward. I really started learning public speaking starting with them! And Coach Robert is great at platform events and is extremely detailed in his feedback. In addition, there are Coaches Kavya and Christine that I heard great things about from other peers but haven't worked with them too personally. With QD Learning I've been able to travel to Minneapolis for the National Individual Events Tournament of Champions and Arizona for the National Speech and Debate Association/ Competition as well as local tournaments around the area. In anyways I totally recommend them and have won a lot more tournaments than mentioned. However, the most special part about the QD Learning is the amazing process and journey that it takes you through as you make lifelong connections and work with amazing national champion coaches that take the time to understand your needs. read more

First time sign up for my kid. Very bad communication. Only emails you for the payment, statement and some general info. They don't reply your questions and emails. The parents portal only provides statement and basic info. Don't bother. Not coming back. Update: The director contacted me and showed his concern of the issue which is good. I was glad to know that they were willing to take care of the issue and improve their communication. My daughter enjoyed the lessons and gained some confidence in public speaking. However it takes time to develop the skills and hopefully she can continue the next session when the schedule is allowed. read more

I was desperate to find an afterschool program to keep my boys busy. Little did I know of all the programs QD learning have! This place is excellent if you are looking for extra curricular activities for your little ones! The staff there is very professional and caring. I love the fact that they take time and have an organized way of helping each child with everything that they offer. My son is currently taking piano lessons and is really enjoying it to the fullest. I'm surprised at how much he has learned at QD Learning. I also love how you are able to choose how many days and what days you want to enroll your child. Everytime I go to pick them up they don't want to leave. I know this is somewhere they really enjoy and i'm grateful to have found QD Learning!!! read more

Soo glad i saw one of QD banners at my boy's school. The teachers are patient, kind and caring. My boy is having a difficult time transitioning from Preschool with 2 hour naps each day, to a full day kindergarten with no naps. Everyone at QD has been soo patient working with my boy on his off days as he is trying to adjust to the no naps schedule. He loves all his teachers there especially Mr David. Staff is very accommodating and is always willing to listen and trying to help. I love how they have everything a parent wants to offer to their child all under one roof. They offer a variety of classes, my son has only taken the martial arts and public speaking classes here. He loves the martial arts class. The Shifu (Master) is very patient and is able to work with all the different skill levels of the kids in the class. The facility here is clean. It is sectioned off in different rooms and there's also an upstairs area as well. Their public speaking class is excellent. My son learned so much from this class. This is great Learning Environment full of activities and children ready and willing to learn. The learning environment is Clean and Safe for everyone. Teaching at Hollywood Educational Literacy Project helping children with special needs was a Rewarding Challenge that turned into an adventure and teaching at church has been a blessing. Being an instructor here has given me the opportunity to exercise my teaching skills once more and remind myself this World is full of amazing CHILDREN they all need our time and effort to help them shine. I am so glad to have found the QD Learning Center. The staff is super nice and extremely patient. My daughter enjoys going there and learning. Their after school program has a great schedule and is structured. They help them with their homework, which is extremely important as when kids get home from the after school programs they are tired and the last thing they want to do is start homework. They test them on their core curriculum needs by grade level and help them improve in areas they need as core-curriculum learning is also on their schedules. They have great educational projects that my daughter enjoys learning from and have fun with them too. They offer kids structure play and snacks. Not only do they offer after school programs but they have classes like fine art and piano. And most important my daughter enjoys going there and learning new things. read more

It is definitely the best learning center we have been to! Our family had came here few times already. We were so impressed by the music and martial art performed during the opening, my boy wished he can fly like the master!
