I can always text them for a quick and easy communication rather than calling and playing phone tag. After every session I get an e-mail with notes from her instructor sharing what they covered in the lesson and how it went with a list of things she did well and things she can continue to practice. Also, the sessions are easy to use and set up, it's just a link to click in an e-mail instead of downloading or installing Zoom or any other platform on the device. The kids love how she explains math so clearly. They just get it when she teaches them. And they really get it because she's asking them questions during the session to check their understanding. Confidence and grades have soared! My 7 year old tutors with Laura because he wants to increase his math skills. I especially love that she doesn't limit what he can learn at his age. He's learned his multiplication and division tables, rounding to the 10,000's, perimeter, area and today he learned fractions. It's only been 8 weeks. We signed up for another 8 weeks. I looked up many tutoring centers in the area and decided on CEC. I signed her up for AST twice a week. Within two weeks she was starting to get it and even got an 85% on her math test - which before she averaged 70%. Well, a month before he was supposed to submit his essays he decided that he did not like what he wrote and that it wasn't representing who he was. In a panic mode we contacted Greg to help. In just a month they were able to do an incredible common app essay and over 10 supplemental essays for all the EAs my son was sending out. In short 2 months my son was able to submit around 40 supplemental essays to various top 20 Engineering schools. Greg provided an amazing structure, accountability and results. It made the process so much easier and stress free, not only for my son, but also for us, the parents. And the best part of this process is, that it gave my son a much clearer picture of who he was, what he strengths are, he was able to grasp all his accomplishments from someone that has never met him before and it's not his relative. I arrived here today, and I saw that there was another worker. He also helped me out a lot today. He helped me with signing documents that are simple to do. He also helped me log into the computer when I had trouble forgetting my own username and password. He was also an amazing guy when it comes to any customer walking through that door and leaving. I also love how this place is conveniently designed so that you can leave. I was able to get home without any kind of issue.

I needed to take an exam locally and selected Quality Tutoring becase they had the soonest available test date and time. I studied really hard all night and early morning and on my way to the test center I quickly searched for my conformation e-mail. I pulled it up and read it and read that you need to print out a copy of the conformation and bring it with you as they do not allow cell phones in the test center. I panicked because who prints things anymore and there were no places I knew off the top of my head that I could print a piece of paper at and if there were places that I could print at they opened after 9 a.m. I decided to calm down and just show up and see what happens and I'm happy to report, they never once asked to see the conformation e-mail, they just asked for my name and test I was taking and my ID. There was one young woman and you man working. The young man escorted me to the locker where I was instructed out all my belongings in the locker, even my car keys. Shortly after I was ushered to my computer station and began my test. The room I was in was quiet and had no other testers in there at the time. I was able to focus and complete my test without any distractions. I passed my test, gathered my belongings from the locker and dropped the key off at the front desk and was on my way. If I needed to test again I would come back here as it was a pleasant experience and the staff were very polite and efficient.

Summer program feedback: I took my 6 year old here for full day summer camp and their fees are…read moreextremely high to begin with. then they added material fees, field trip fees as a surprise. When I told that we dont want to opt in field trip , they asked me pick up my son at 1pm! Inspite of me paying full day fees. It was hard on me as I am full time working. their study period is 9-12 and after that my son had CPR class at age of 6! I averaged about $400 per week including material (which they made me pay full even for 3 weeks) and he didnt even have much to do for all day. Extremely unhappy 1 star is for the studies.

She still struggles a bit with math but I'm glad they have tutoring available for her. It's a bit pricey for me but I'm hoping the tutoring will help my daughter catch up a bit. The nice thing about Quest is that they have several electives that kids can choose from.
