We had been wanting to revamp our front and back yards and make them into something functional and low maintenance so we could entertain and our little ones could have usable space to play in. Not even knowing where to start, one day my wife just went into their store front to ask some questions since we drive past it every Sunday morning on our way to church. We did not have any referrals or know anything about his company beforehand. The office manager was super helpful and scheduled for Juan to come out to discuss more details. Juan came out and listened to our vision and ideas and offered a lot of good suggestions, but never tried to upsell with pushy sales tactics. He was honest, realistic and up front about all the detailed questions we asked. Within a couple of days, he put together some estimates with different options for us to consider with a design rendering. We had a couple of other companies come out also for estimates. Juan's estimates were reasonable, but it was really his expertise, honesty, and attention to detail that made us very comfortable with choosing Quality Turf. We approved the job bid on a Friday and the crew showed up the following Monday at 07:00 as promised - the project began! The crew showed up at 0715 every morning to start work, informing us what was to be done the day of and a couple of days ahead so we could plan our days. Juan was managing the project himself and came most every day to talk to us, answer any questions, and to make sure the work was done to his standards. This allowed us to avoid or minimize any rework because of inadequate or inaccurate communications. The crew worked fast, hard, and efficiently. They covered our newly redone pool every week before they started work to keep it clean and took the covers off on Sundays so our kids could use it. The crew always did thorough clean up everyday after they were done so there wouldn't be any mess in and around our property. They went above and beyond to make us happy! As the back yard was being worked on, Juan also worked with us and provided the plan with all the details for HOA approval for the front. We had Juan's team do a lot since we have a very large back yard - turf, pavers, fire pit, gazebo, plants, lighting, and so on. The project from start to finish took exactly 3 weeks as he estimated, except this also included some extra stuff that was not part of the initial project scope. When all the work was completed, Juan gave us a thorough walk-through and gave us tips and tricks on maintenance and on how to use some of the new infrastructure and equipment they'd put in. A few days later, he came back again to check whether we needed anything else and brought firewood for our fire pit and water guns, swim goggles, and bubble canon for our kids (after checking to make sure we'd be Ok with those)! There was one plant that wasn't doing too well from his own inspections - we didn't even notice or ask him. He assured us that they would warranty and replace it if it continued to not do well in the next couple of weeks. What amazing post project hypercare customer service and personal sweet and nice gestures! Our front and back yards have been transformed completely! Now we have plenty of elegant and usable space to entertain and let our little ones play in! Thank you, Juan and crew! Oscar, Nothing was ever mentioned if some grass happened to grow that it would be a hardship on your workers to remove a little grass! It was not a full yard of grass. Are you kidding me?? There were no weeds, just a few patches of grass. Get a tractor; most companies have one. In case you are unaware Google is not the only advertisements pricing tree stump removals! Like I said there are many that advertise FREE tree stump removal with tree removal. That being the case, since it actually was removed within MINUTES; I was there! Good customer service would have been to just keep your mouth shut and do it since it was over a $15,000 job. The conversation you stated with Breanna is another exaggeration and lie! "Crew/"weed situation" I have lived in my house for 36 years and I have never walked outside and smelled such a strong smell of "weed" "pot" "marijuana" or whatever you want to call it! AT NO TIME DID I APOLOGIZE TO BREANNA AND SAY I WAS NOT ACUSING YOUR CREW! BECAUSE I ACTUALLY DID AND DO BELIEVE IT WAS FROM THEM! I don't care who smokes what, but it is very unprofessional to do it on the job! And your dig to me about the vagrants/homeless in my area are no worse than anywhere else! NEVER HEARD FROM YOU AGAIN! And now I see that was best for my situation. Oscar did absolutely NO FREE TEMPORARY FIX TO THE VALVES. I WAS OUTSIDE NOTHING WAS DONE! On the surface the job looks nice; you caused more trouble and expense. You DID NOT PROGRAM THE SPRINKLERS TO COME ON AT ALL IN THE FRONT YARD! THAT WAS FOUND OUT AFTER I CALLED THE SPINKLER COMPANY BACK OUT TO PROGRAM IT FOR SUMMER WATERING. THEN IT WAS DISCOVER AFTER TURNING THEM ON AND WATER LIKE A FOUNTAIN IN THE AIR THE "QUALITY WORK" YOU DID. YOU DID NOT EVEN PUT IN A PRESSURE RELIEVING DEVICE!
