I have to say that I the worse and best experience in 24hrs. My car got a flat, Louise could not change the tire, he was going to tow then dropped off the car cause AAA member was not there but was going to be at the drop off site he decided to drop off car a mile and half from where we needed be. The next day Juan came and rowed my car correctly seen the AAA member at the drop off site and towed my car correctly. Found out Louise was towing my car incorrectly and could have Snapped my front axle. If you these people to tow you, make sure that if you use your own tow bar get it back. My mother's car was brought here per CHP as it was involved in an accident. New purchase of a used car which all the documents of purchase was inside the glove box but per the tow yard we were not allowed in the vehicle and they wouldn't go inside the vehicle. This place had my contact information, had my lawyers contact information and the car insurance information and contact information as well but they went behind everyone and decided to demolish the car as it was first told to the insurance adjuster. Turns out this was a lie this tow yard did not have the car demolish but the tow yard sold it to a pick you part and now our adjuster is trying to fix everything that happened in the best possible way the insurance can because we couldn't get personal belongings out of this vehicle as this tow yard did things without going through proper channels. read more

If i could give 0 stars i would we were stranded in Escondido and called AAA for a tow. We explained the situation and and were told the tow company would be able help us out. Once he showed up he said AAA wouldn't cover the tow unless we could get to the pavement. We were able to drive the car to the pavement and the driver told my friend "I pick up broken cars". I told him it wasn't safe for us to drive it on the high way and he told me it wasn't safe for him to tow it. He misgendered my friend several times after something was said. I outright asked him if he was refusing to tow our car and he said "NO". HoweverI finally asked his name and he refused to tell me. In the end my friend and I drove the car very slowly back to The house. Should (NOT)quality tow ever show up again i will refuse service. read more

Hassim was sent to my house by AAA. My car would not start. He tested the battery and it was not working. He installed a new battery. Also, I had a complaint about another problem of it running rough and I knew that wasn't why he came, but he worked some magic with the gas pedal and the car began to run better! I was in an accident, had AAA dispatch a tow to me and gave me a quote for $8 each additional mile to my house, Victor called me from Quality Tow Fallbrooke and told me it's $12/hr when AAA is set at a fixed rate of $8. Victor also stated that their credit card machine is currently down and that if I had cash on me, gave me a quote for $372 when it should've been $248, didn't think of it as much as I was gonna file a reimbursement claim thru AAA, Victor stated that I will get an email in the next ten min after dropping me off at my home, the next day no email, I called in and spoke to a clerk that I need my receipt from last night tow, she emailed me my receipt for $248 ($8/mile) I told her that I gave Victor $380 cash since he did not have any change on him. Victor charged me $12/mile, therefore I was CHEATED $132. My bill should've been $248 and NOT $372. DONT FALL FOR THEIR BS CREDIT CARD SYSTEM DOWN AND WANTING CASH I will never have this towing company be dispatch to me ever again, such a low class ripping off customers. read more

Horrible, dishonest towing company - I would run from them if you can. I was visiting a friend in Temecula before a wedding and got a flat tire in the hills. I called AAA and they told me someone would be there in 45 min, which he was. If that was the end of the story, it would've been no problem at all. That guy shows up, and knowing I have dogs in my car starts opening the door. No problem - I let it go. Then, looking for tools, he starts looking through my glove box (which had cash in it) and generally just scrounging through everything. I finally ask him what he's looking for and I find it. He starts trying to replace the tire, keeps making noises like he's exasperated, then tells me my van needs to be towed. I ask him why and he says: 1. His jack isn't big enough 2. He needs a special tool to get the spare tire off 3. The van is in dirt so the tire can't be changed This is my first time with an issue with this van, so while I believe he's throwing me some BS, I let it go because he says the tow truck driver can be there in 30 min. That was around 230p. I call AAA at 315p and they tell me the tow truck driver has said he's on scene. I call again at 345p and then every 20 min after that because I was in the hills and was wondering if the truck driver got lost. Every single time, they tell me that Quality Towing is telling them that he's on scene. Then they change the story to telling me he'll be there in 20 minutes. Know what time he showed up? 630p - yes, four hours later! All the while, Quality Tow is saying that he's on scene or that he's almost there. When the driver arrives, he tells me that he has been running around like crazy on other jobs. Meaning Quality Tow was lying and saying that he was on his way to me! If it ended there, I would have given them at least one more star - but it didn't! So Charles T, who was awesome, goes ahead and changes the tire. Did he need a special tool, a bigger jack, or to tow my truck out of the dirt? No! He used the same model jack, used his hands to get the spare off (special tool?!), and had no problems whatsoever changing the tire where the van was. Even if I could give this company zero stars, I'd give them a star just for Charles T. It doesn't even end there. AAA communicated to Quality Tow that I was very unhappy. So they called me and said that someone would follow up with me via phone. Did they? Nope. Haven't heard a thing from them. I have never had any company lie so blatantly and repeatedly. I hope AAA drops them, honestly. It would've been one thing if they were honest and said, hey, we messed up and it's going to take a few hours. I would've made alternate plans instead of just standing around by my van on a hot day with dogs inside. But, no, we just sat there in the heat with me trying to keep my dogs as cool as I could because they kept telling me they were coming, were almost there, or were on scene. Liars! read more

I rode my motorcycle from north county SD to Arizona and back then it broke down 20 miles from home. I called my insurance and they contacted Quality Towing who showed up a reasonably fast 40 minutes later. Upon arrival, Gary the driver let me know that my insurance roadside coverage did not include motorcycle tow so he quoted me $342. I asked if he could wait a moment while I explored lower cost options and he could not have been more cool about it. After taking 10 to 15 minutes to call four other tow options I found that the best cash price was only $50 less and I would have had to wait another hour or two, so I went with Quality since they were already there. It's apparent Gary understands and appreciates owning nice bikes so he took his time and secured mine with obvious care to not scratch while securing it at five anchor points...rock solid. On the ride to my house the guy was super customer focused, friendly conversation, and when I shared that I had just ridden from Arizona and was looking forward to something to drink he offered to stop and grab something for me to which I thankfully declined because it was a short drive. When we got to my house he took the same great care unloading bike and maintained his helpful, positive demeanor the whole time. I could not have asked for a better towing experience thanks to Gary. I have used them twice. First time for a tire change. AAA told them it was on my trailer. They showed up. I had to flag the guy down. He said where's the Mazda. It was outdoors Rv not an Outback. He wouldn't change the tire because he wasn't certified. I asked to let me use his Jack. he said no, which is understandable. I asked him to please call his company and ask if they could get someone to come and do it who was certified. He said no and drove off. Second time I needed my truck towed. I did it online with Triple A, so no confusion of what type of vehicle it was and where it was located. They were supposed to be there at 9:15 am. Never showed so I called them. They said they had to get a flatbed because they didn't know it was a 2500 which I do not believe. They also had the wrong address. I asked them to please text me when they were close. It was not at my house. 2 hrs latter I tried to call them. I hung up after 10 minutes on hold. I finally reached them and they said the guy is there, he didn't text you. We had a front tire blow out on our way home from the San Diego Safari Park. We got as far as the intersection of Highway 78 and San Pasquale and pulled into the produce stand and called AAA. They took the information and said Quality Towing would be there within a hour. Much to our surprise Steven from Quality Towing was there within 30 min. He was very helpful, sympathetic to our problem and tried to assure us this happens more often than we would realize. He has a very positive and friendly attitude. The facts, just the facts. I arranged over a day in advance through AAA to have a car towed from my home to a shop about an hour away, to be picked up by 'no later than 6am' so it could be at the shop by 7:30am. AAA confirmed the order, and said I would be contacted by the Quality Towing driver when he was 15 minutes away. That seems to be the standard stated policy of tow companies now. On the pick up date, no call, no text, no truck by 6:30am. I called AAA, was put on hold for about 10 minutes, only to be told that Quality Towing had decided to 'decline' the order last night. No notice to me. They told the AAA rep that they might be able to pick it up by 8am. No show or contact by 8am. They then told the AAA rep that it might be by 10 am. No show or contact by 10 am. AAA rep then called other towing providers in their network near me, but none could make the tow without advance notice or at least several hours additional wait from that point in time. I gave up at that, because the repair shop had only promised to take the car in and be able to do the work if I got the car there when they opened at 7:30. I was in my driveway at about 11:15 when a Quality truck arrived [with no notice to me] and the driver indicated he was there for my car. He reacted pleasantly enough, but surprised, when I explained that he was 5 hours late, and the tow was now too late. He said he had just gotten the order after doing several local tows once he came on duty at 10am. It seems there is only one Quality truck available locally in early hours, before 10 am, to handle emergency local tows only. I trusted AAA to contract with reputable, reliable and 'available' tow companies. Much to my surprise, when I checked out Quality Towing on various review sites, only after my own bad experience, almost all of the reviews and comments were extremely negative, referring to 'no shows', late shows, discourtesy, rudeness, and outright dishonesty such as claiming that AAA did not cover their tow, despite being booked through AAA, and offering to take exorbitant cash amounts to do the tow. Check them out for yourself. I also have contacted AAA to complain about the conduct and failure of Quality, and express my disappointment in AAA not screening providers. read more

My husband and I are both seniors and have underlying health conditions. These guys are terrible, get help somewhere else! The dispatcher told us $100 to change our tire. Two guys showed up, one out of uniform, and my husband had to help. They "couldn't" get the spare down. Then while my husband is working one of the guys comes up to my window and says he is going to charge $200. I said no, we will find someone else. I even called AAA to see if they could find another service because of the reviews in addition to being about 40 miles from my location. Bottom line: I happy Quality showed up! The driver couldn't have been any nicer. They arrived approximately 30 minutes early! The driver had my car on the flatbed in a blink of an eye. Our thirty minute drive / conversation had me in tears laughing. It sucks to need a tow but I couldn't have had a better experience.
