They got there really quick and the driver was great. Jose had much patience when we had to get my car off the flatbed trailer and maneuver it into the parking spot at my mobile home. After making arrangements a week ahead, Gonzalo never showed up. I called him, he was in Chula Vista and I am in Vista. I had to get my car to Mira Mesa by 6pm, it was after 3;30. Knowing this wasn't possible I made arrangements for him to show up at 7am the next day. NO SHOW!! Calls weren't being answered. Gonzalo is the Man! My Cadillac CTS-V broke down yesterday morning and I called General Motors for a tow because the car is under warranty. They sent out Gonzalo at Best Choice Towing and I am sooo glad they did. He took extra care in loading my car onto the flat bed.
