Today I had the pleasure of meeting Gonzalo to tow my 1963 Cadillac. As a car collector, I've experienced many tow companies over the years. Not only was Gonzalo extremely professional in loading and unloading my car, he was also very communicative about his arrival time, keeping me updated. He answered the phone promptly and gave a quote on the tow, which was very fair. I will certainly avail myself of his service again, as it is difficult to find qualified professionals to tow classic and collector cars. Thank you Gonzalo for your expertise and courtesy. read more

Best service ever! I waited several hours for my insurance's tow truck to come tow my broken down car to a shop nearby. I gave up and called Best Choice Towing. Best decision I ever made. Specifically , Gonzalo went out of his way to help me out. Since I'm new to the area he recommended me to an auto repair shop and drove me there with no extra charge. I was referred to Best Choice Towing after my car died in the middle of the road. I called Omar and he wasn't right in the area but said he would be to me in about 20-25 minutes. He was prompt and took over the situation very quickly. In just a few minutes my car was loaded on his flatbed and on the way to the repair shop. I highly recommend this tow service to anyone in the area. read more

Great experience. Quick. Great price. Professional. Best part is I was gonna get towed to VW specialist where they'd charge $700 for a bunch of complicated tire stuff. This guy told me he'd like to introduce me to his reliable tire guy. He brings me to his tire guy at no additional cost. The guy gets the job done for $220. This dude saved me a ton of money. Appreciate it! I would recommend him to my own family. read more

would have appreciated a little more honesty -- don't tell me thirty minutes if it's going to be nearly an hour. i wouldn't have cared either way. i was at home and had to meet him a couple exits away where my truck waited overnight -- would have happily spent the extra thirty minutes working in my office or prepping dinner instead of pacing expectantly around the parking lot at TIP TOP MEATS. other than that, had a perfect experience. the driver was courteous and efficient and obviously knew what he was doing. got my TUNDRA over to TOYOTA CARLSBAD SERVICE CENTER (i'm suddenly the DUKE there -- been a tough couple weeks). would use these guys again just wouldn't stop, drop and roll to meet 'em ... read more

My girlfriends car broke down at a store in San Marcos. Of course it happens late on a Friday and I'm stuck at work. Hopeless I felt. I called this company Best Choice Towing. The driver answered the call, wish I could remember his name but told me the approximate time he would be there and the estimated cost of the tow. He had recommendations on where to take the car and totally put my mind at ease. He was on time, cost of the tow was extremely affordable and my car was repaired within a day. Thank you so much Best Choice Towing! You have a customer for life here! read more

Above and beyond great service! My car was in a tight spot, wrecked from the front, no keys, emergency brake on and no battery! No ...not dead battery-Gone! Someone stole it! But he made it happen! And at an amazing rate! As a woman, safety is a big concern, but I felt nothing but safe and well accompanied in my 140mile round trip! They got my car to the necessary shop in good time and with no additional scratches. It was definitely a difficult mission but they made it look like a breeze! The team overall is patient, understanding, well experienced and absolutely no one beat their price!(I called 18 ....yes EIGHTEEN companies) make sure they're your FIRST and ONLY call read more

Great service! People need to understand that a week early appt also needs to be confirmed by both parties the day before maybe? But time gets away from everyone. Great rate and gets the job done right. read more

Been waiting 3 hours for them to unlock my car!!!!! Phone goes right to voicemail. Thank you for ruining my whole day!!!!

Little expensive for the service provided, but honestly Gonzalo was extremely knowledgeable about cars and helped us with the problem at hand. He was there within 30 minutes of calling, went out of his way to come to us later in the night and ultimately, did the job safely, effectively and in a timely fashion. read more

After making arrangements a week ahead, Gonzalo never showed up. I called him, he was in Chula Vista and I am in Vista. I had to get my car to Mira Mesa by 6pm, it was after 3;30. Knowing this wasn't possible I made arrangements for him to show up at 7am the next day. NO SHOW!! Calls weren't being answered. Called someone else who was here in 30mins and charged just a little more than Gonzalo was going to. Will never call him again or recommend him. Thanks for the stress and more gray hairs. read more

First time using this towing , Gonzalo was quick and gave me a good price - he even picked my key up for me to go to the vehicle to tow it back to the dealership i bought it from and did all this within an hour, probably even less ! He's very nice as well and was pleasant to deal with - i would highly recommend him ! read more

They got there really quick and the driver was great. Jose had much patience when we had to get my car off the flatbed trailer and maneuver it into the parking spot at my mobile home. Thankfully he had alot of experience and knew what he was doing because my car is so low you cant even get a regular jack under it without first lifting it up somehow. Thank you so much jose and best choice towing !! I will definitely recommend you and use you for all my towing needs and the price was so reasonable too! read more

Gonzalo is the Man! My Cadillac CTS-V broke down yesterday morning and I called General Motors for a tow because the car is under warranty. They sent out Gonzalo at Best Choice Towing and I am sooo glad they did. He took extra care in loading my car onto the flat bed. My car is lowered so it took a lot of strategic planning to get my car on the truck without causing any damage. Gonzalo took the time and had great patience to make sure everything was perfect. Hopefully I wont need a tow in the near future, but if I do I will be contacting Gonzalo for sure! read more

Questionable driving ability. Just witnessed a truck, with a loaded car, swirving all over, cutting off cars, across lanes. Then, the drivers gave each other a high five. Obnoxious. I wouldn't trust my car on one of their trucks. read more
