My tow truck driver Ayad was incredibly helpful and professional made a very stressful situation. Not so stressful. I would highly recommend him and your guises services. Thank you so much. read more

Terrible experience at this tow yard. After our car was totaled in a collision with a semi-truck, we came to pick up our belongings. My 8-month pregnant wife, injured in the crash, was struggling to walk and had to sit down. No staff at the front, gate left open by a tow truck--so I briefly drove in to pick her up. The owner immediately started yelling, "Who told you you could drive in my yard?" My wife explained she was pregnant and in pain, but he talked over her, saying he "understood" but it was a "big no-no" and we had to leave. Zero compassion for a pregnant woman in distress. Hostile and rude. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Angelos Towing - Towing Near Me - Oceanside, California

Just had Ayad come and help me tow my friends car. He made a scary situation much more at ease. We had our transmission break down and he gave us an honest and optimistic opinion on what he saw. With the friendliness and quality that came with this towing experience I don't plan on going with any other towing company. He helped us do this in the cheapest way possible. read more

Called an hour ahead of time no one came they claimed I never called them for a job very lazy customer service

I needed a new battery after eight years. AAA sent Angelos Towing and I'm very glad they did. Mark did a great job replacing the battery and even arrived sooner than the AAA estimate time. read more

We had to have our car towed and AAA sent Jose with Angelo's Towing Service. He was excellent! He was very prompt and knew what he was doing. I highly recommend Jose with Angelo's Towing. Thank you! read more

My battery was bunk so i called AAA. It felt like the tech they sent me was there before i even hung up the phone, he was so fast! My tech was amazing, very fast, very polite & professional and educated me on everything. He took the time to listen to all my dumb questions and gave me really thorough explanations. I asked him to just replace the battery, went inside to make a coffee and he was done before i could bring him his glass. I am still in shock by how fast and convenient it all was. And for them to come out and do it right then and there only costs like $20/$30 bucks more than if you just bought one and installed it yourself. Highly recommend! My tech was really great too, wish i remembered his name to give him praise... read more

STAY AWAY! Unprofessional, late, then when you call them to find out why they're late they say they won't serve you and that you can F off. Their reviews speak for themselves. Awful!! read more

Absolutely the worst towing experience I have ever had. The driver showed up yelling and using foul language. Completely unprofessional and aggressive for no reason. I have never been treated that way by any service provider. I specifically told them my vehicle is all-wheel drive, yet they sent the wrong type of tow truck -- not once, but twice. How does that even happen? It's basic information. It wasted my time and made an already stressful situation even worse. When I called customer service, Angelia was incredibly rude, dismissive, and refused to actually listen. Zero customer service skills. No accountability. No attempt to fix their mistake. I would rather push my car 7 miles than have AAA send Angelos Towing ever again. I've had my AAA membership for 28 years, and this experience has me seriously considering canceling it if this is the kind of company they contract with. Do NOT use Angelos Towing. read more

Always glad we have AAA! Prompt courteous service is always appreciated, when one is in a predicament. A Company, with their top rate representatives, we can count on to provide excellent service. read more

Jose Hernandez with Angelos Towing provided excellent customer support. After a long shift at work I was unable to start my car. Jose called to inform me of his eta and promptly ran diagnostics on my car upon arrival. After identifying a bad battery, he was able to fully replace the battery with a brand new one. I appreciated his thoroughness on the job and great communication from my initial call out to Triple AAA. Thank you Jose H. The company's dispatch team also contacted me shortly after the service to ensure the issue was resolved. read more

Called AAA to request a tow today in the morning 10 AM, took about an hour but the service was exceptional from driver Scott huge shoutout to him, friendly and funny, but mainly helpful, thanks for taking the time and care to hook up the car, I wish I could've tipped but had no cash available, keep up the good work and keep spreading smiles. Thank you! read more

I received the service required in a fast manner. John H was courteous and efficient . I would highly recommend AAA

We had our suv towed this morning and the driver Carlos was fast and efficient. Very pleasant as well. Highly recommend

My buddy's car broke down on the side of the road. We didn't really know what happened to his car, and were so focused on the tow that we didn't really care much for what the plan was to fix it. We called AAA to get the car towed back to his house and we'd figure it out later. Angelos Towing showed up after being dispatched to us. The driver was incredibly friendly. He suggested a tow to the mechanic & that he'd get the car there so we don't have to worry about the mechanic later. Super appreciative of Angelo's Towing, and how quick and easy they made the experience for us. read more

Great battery service within an hour. Very good. Professional. Timely. Highly recommend

I'm so blessed that the driver was so fast and so knowledgeable about how to drive and what to do. He went above and beyond and was more than professional and more than kind. I was in an emergency situation, and this driver, Brian was so calm and so helpful. Very skilled and most reassuring to me in a very difficult situation that I was in. Many Thanks Brain, and my God bless you and yours. Shaneena read more

After waiting an hour and a half they showed up, but I had requested a flatbed they didn't bring a flatbed. I called the company and they said there was no order for a flatbed. I called AAA back and they said they definitely ordered a flatbed the guy was rude on the phone And I called AAA to find out when I could expect a tow they called Angelo's and Angelo's said they declined after I've waited by this time 2 1/2 hours. Rami came out on time and was able to diagnose my starter as the issue why my car couldn't start. He even cleaned the battery acid, and said that should have been done by the guy who installed my battery the last time with a different company. Got me started and was very informative! The roadside assistance was early and super helpful!!! They filled up my tires and I was on my way.

They will charge you 3.99% to take a debit or credit card. Make sure you have cash. They're located in the middle of nowhere.

RIP OFF! Intentionally refused to verify that my car was in their system despite CHP telling me it was who towed it!! I could easily have ubered to them before the car was kept after close but they wouldn't verify that there was a car w those plates or description. They stalled so they could get over night fee. They said if you call back at 7:00 closing time I could come get it for an extra $175 after hours fee! So it was either wait for them to acknowledge they had it ( which they knew they did) and pay late fee or pay overnight fee and towing charge... $600. Thru Also told me they were not affiliated w AAA and would take cash for a slight discount! RIP OFF CHEATING not the American way type business!!! read more

If I could put 0 stars I would. This towing company is irresponsible and doesn't take accountability for the damage their driver caused to my car. They were contacted through AAA to tow, when he arrived he loaded my car onto the tow's bed, he than began to lift the tow bed without securing my car onto the tow. As he lifted the tow bed he caused my car to roll forward and hit a metal frame around the back window of the tow truck. After that hit, he secured my car. I couldn't see the damage in that moment since it was still touching the metal frame. Once he got to my mechanic's shop I received a call from my mechanic that this driver had once again damaged my car when he unloaded off the tow truck. Some how he unhooked it and it rolled back hitting my mechanics parked truck. It has been more than a month and they keep dodging my insurance company and when I called they acted as if they had no idea of the incident. This driver is also the one responsible in the incident in Vista, where he backed the tow truck into another car and was arrested for suspicion of being under the influence. read more
