Bobby, the technician, arrived early. He was incredibly straightforward, honest, and thorough when diagnosing our plumbing issue. A huge plus when researching companies is that there were no upsells or other unnecessary jargon. The replacement price was fair and they offered a first-time customer discount, which was nice. In terms of the payment, they also accept Zelle, so it made the whole transaction seamless (A copy of the receipt and job from the company themselves will be sent via email). If you're looking for an honest, punctual, and highly skilled plumber, look no further. We will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs! HIGHLY recommend.

However, after looking into it further mid-project, we discovered he was not licensed to perform the plumbing work being done. I strongly recommend verifying licensing credentials independently before hiring.

I called Clean Out based on the Yelp reviews. Steven and his partner came out within hours and quickly diagnosed the problem as a main sewer line clog and because we only had 2 inch clean outs there was not way to flush it. Steven recommended installing new 4 inch clean outs in the front yard and said the work was all warrantied. Though it was very expensive, Steven seemed honest and sincere and we were convinced that we needed to bite the bullet and get the work done now to avoid problems in the future. Even though it was very hot he and his partner got to work that afternoon and finished today. I would definitely recommend Clean Out Hydro Jetting and will use them in the future.

They were super professional and genuinely cared about our health and safety. They went the extra mile to double-check that the corroded galvanized line wasn't connected to our main house water. These guys busted their tails in the sweltering heat, digging up a huge section of the garden to make sure they didn't miss a thing. They completed a full bathroom remodel, including demolition, a new tub and wall system, toilet replacements, and sink and faucet upgrades, along with plumbing work for the shower valve and drain. They also handled a full repipe, repaired a cracked sewer line, and installed a Moen smart water monitoring system. During the repipe, they identified and resolved additional issues right away. Jose, the lead, really stood out. He was communicative, easy to reach, and consistently straightforward. The business was started by John's father and eventually passed down to John, who continues the family tradition with an incredible amount of pride in his craft. John personally came out to replace our riser and hose bib/spigot, and his work was exceptional from start to finish. You can immediately tell that plumbing isn't simply a job to him--he genuinely loves what he does. He has been taking things apart, digging around, and fixing things since he was a child, and that lifelong curiosity and hands-on experience really show in his work. John was incredibly thorough throughout the entire process--from inspecting the area and providing a clear estimate to carefully procuring high-quality brass and copper materials from a trusted supplier and completing the installation. His prices are very competitive, but what matters most to me is that he is honest, transparent, extremely skilled, and never cuts corners. He patiently answered all of my questions and explained the process along the way. I actually enjoyed watching him solder/sweat the copper and learning about plumbing! You can see the pride he takes in his craftsmanship. John also gives back to the community by volunteering his plumbing services on weekends, which speaks volumes about the person behind the business. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found John and SJ Plumbing. From now on, they will be our first call for our plumbing needs. We could not be more grateful! A tip for fellow Yelpers: Ask questions about the repair, what materials will be used, and what the work will involve. He was willing to work with our budget and got the work done in two days with very minimal disruption to our ability to use water. We got our pipes relined and a two way cleanout installed professionally. Everyone in his crew (including Daniel) were super nice and were willing to educate us about the work that was being done. He also identified some root balls / blockage past the sidewalk in the sewer line, and let us know that it was the city's side of responsibility. He even helped us reach out to the city and confirmed that the city covers their side of the property line.
