I had 3 huge openings that required custom oversized sliding doors, as well as a 2nd floor wall of windows. After speaking with several different organizations, we met with Luis who spent the time to take us through our options and then through several iterations of a proposal. He found a way to spec the job so the mfr felt good about approving oversized glass panels that exceeded their usual size limits...Once the doors and windows were manufactured, his team came over, put down protection, installed the doors (massive) and made sure they were working - sliding locking, etc. They insulated and sealed everything, they added trim I wasn't expecting. They fixed the gaps in the wallboard resulting from new window profile. They agreed without hesitation to replace a window the mfr delivered out of spec. They cleaned up everything, and came back to adjust a few things. They were meticulous, awesome and they were great at communicating. For a little bit more, they also installed a couple of curtain rods that I had bought. The two employees who came to do the installations were very friendly and hyper-competent. I was impressed with their knowledge, intelligence, and problem-solving skills. They not only did the installations well, they solved or foresaw problems that would have otherwise created difficulties in the future. I highly recommend this firm, without any reservations.

So after 2 summers of using store bought, clunky, ugly, self-adjusting screens and STILL having assorted critters sneaking in I decided to have my own made. They provide 2 pricing options - 1. They come to you to measure then deliver and install for an additional service fee 2. Or, you can call, provide your own measurements and pick up when ready. I chose the latter because it was significantly cheaper ($200)! PLEASE NOTE- measurement process is tricky if you don't know where to measure, plus no refunds if you measured wrong! Luckily, I borrowed my neighbor's screens to bring in and measure against. Even if you choose option 1, LWP gave me the best quote over 4 other companies I called. For 4 double-hung style window screens, I was quoted between $600-$1000 compared to LWP's quote of $450 for an in-home visit. Nancy and Marisol are so patient and helpful with explaining the process. Mike did an AMAZING job on fabricating. The materials are professional looking, seamless and exact! They look great and really improve my quality of life!
