I went there on Friday to get my nails done, when I went home i had 1 of my rhinestones fall off my nail, and then shortly after the rest started falling off, i also told the lady that i was allergic to gel polish, seems like she used some sort of gel because i had a mild allergic reaction, the lady at #9 station did my nails, she seemed like she was in a rush and did not do a good job on my nails, they are ok but i won't be going back, bummed because i get my eyebrows waxed here because my other lady nails business closed down by the old conns building, i thought she was going to be my new nail lady but seems like that has changed lol read more

Been going here years on and off.However when i recently went it was the most horrible experience I've ever had while paying for a service. I got a French tip that was bulky and the pink was runny, when I asked the man to fix it, he was very rude telling me I need to get it together and handling my feet roughly. That same night my toes turned brown. Went back the next day to get it fixed AMY was rude along with her other minions telling me i must've put lotion or a sock on which changed the color, that was comical. A lot of back and forth just to get it redone and it turn brown again next morning which means your brushes ARE NOT CLEAN and adding acetone to polish. Let's say this, if you are not a regular who they can talk to like a homegirl and tell all your business to, you will ALWAY pay for subpar work. Sooooo turn around QUICK!!! read more

I really believe this is the best nail salon in the planet. Brows? Perfect? Pedicures? Perfect. Nails? PERFECT!!!! I wish I could take Amy and Van with me everywhere I go! I've never EVER had anyone else do my nails so precise. The crazy thing is, they don't take forever to do the best work I've ever seen! I've never walked out unsatisfied. Only reason they get two stars is because my nail tech was nice. There were a couple ppl complaining about a bad job they did while I was in there. I only got a manicure but it wasn't good, cleaning of my cuticles..bad, they even use the same tools for their clients (not sanitized, am I being picky?), massage if you can actually call it that was the worst I've had barely used any cream and lasted like 30secs...again only leaving a star because the tech was really sweet. On top of it all they charged additional $2 for adding glitter to my nails...it was regular polish glitter and they charged extra...so dumb. read more

They are very rude, even over look you while you have been waiting... they will ask what you want, then have you sit for hours while others walk in and out behind you... keep saying your next... this was my first time going, and I will never go back to give this place my money. The lady lied on my daughter after she paid for her eyebrows to get done... she told her she was next yet never serviced her. When I asked for a refund she acted as if my daughter never paid her.... I will not support this unprofessional ghetto business. The environment of the nail salon is also dirty and ghetto. The nail polish all look warn, dated and dried out... they make up prices that are not matching their price list . They dont sanitize before and after each client. Inproper hand washing and the valuation list goes on... As a professional Cosmetologist myself for over 10 years in the industry and several different state licesinings in this field... I know what I experienced was wrong... I sat and watched them use unsanitary utinzles on client after client. The barbercide was dirty and needed to be changed. The ventilation was poor. And they double dip in the wax. Cut fingers and never used a proper blood spill kit, nor properly cleaned the file with blood spill. I am glad I decided to walk out after a very long overlooked wait time, and stolen money.... I am glad this horrible experience was on my first time coming here. I will not recommend this place to anyone, who cares about proper salon cleanliness, or where they spend their money. I am a firm believer in quailty customer service... and cleanliness. I went on a Friday and yes it was busy so of course my shellac manicure and pedicure was a rushed job. By Monday 7/10 nails were messed up. I went in to get it fixed and they tried to blame me saying I need to be more careful. The nail tech also was snatching my hand and being really rough so I asked if someone else could assist me. She said because I only asked to fix one nail and I have her fixing all of them. She tried to put on new shellac on some on top of the already lifting up, peeling shellac. When I asked her to stop she yelled at me and the people in the shop turned around. I was calm until she went too far. I waited for about 2 hours while they took other people and talked in their language. Some words they sayid in English so I knew it was about me. I paid $18 and tipped $7 for my nails to be FIXED 3 days after paying $50. This time the tech took her time and it's been a week and they still look great. I didn't appreciate how they treated me. They thought I just wanted something for free and made me wait until took everyone else. One woman folding towels, another on her phone, and the others working, but I still waited 2 hours after the initial encounter and I asked fir another tech. read more
