Let me tell you something..the service is below subpar. Walked in. Asked for pedicure and lashes. Sat down, next thing I know I was asked to get up and go find my toe color. Why we didn't do this before the service. Workers are lazy, argumentative with attitude. The customers in the business must be use to this nonsense as they shook their head with the situation. All the workers looked hung over at 10am on a Saturday. Save yourself some time and find a business that respects your time and your concerns. me and my boyfriend came here to enjoy and RELAX and we each got the number 1 pedicure 30$. once we had sat in our message chairs, the lady performing on my boyfriends feet did not properly do her job. My boyfriend and i were upset because we had mentioned to the lady she did not do his message at the end of his pedi. his 30$ pedicure lasted not even 5 min long and i was truly disappointed that they did not try to give him a better and longer message. 75$ was the total and it felt like we didn't get the quality service that we paid for. Went 2 wks ago, got fill done, very poorly done. Nails uneven. Went back yesterday, 10-23, got nails filled, more poorly done, uneven, 2 cuts from machine. They are not paying attention to what they are doing. I wouldn't recommend. I won't be back. read more

This was my first experience with Paris Nails and I have to say, I wasn't impressed. I've been getting the powder dip for a few months now and when I got this done at Paris it was incredibly thick and normally when my nails grow out they usually don't get my hair caught in them, but that's what's happened now. My pedicure turned out amazing which is why this review isn't 2 stars. I just think they may need more practice or something. read more

Very poor customer service. Went in to have them remove acrylics and new nails. The water was extremely hot to put my hand in. A roach was on the floor. The nail tech did not fully let the nails soak when I was finally able to put my hand in the water. Instead she slid a false nail between my nail and the acrylic and popped them off! It was painful, I told her and she ignored me. Didnt finish my nails and will never return. read more

Zero stars! Worst customer service.... Ever! I tried to explain how I wanted my brows arched but there clearly was a language barrier

I went to Paris nails because my usual nail spot was closed. The inside of this nail salon was nice and clean and was not over crowded ( went at about 2pm on monday). I wanted a classic manicure. My fingers were dipped in the bowl of warm water. "Do you want your nails cut down?" She asked as she removed my polish. I said that I only wanted her to even them out. (I normally do my own nails. Today they were long, shaped oval, and I had them polished red) I picked a dark purple as my polish color. The manicurist trimmed my nails on my right hand and went to town on my nail beds with that cuticle cutter. (Which, now that I am gone, my skin is all jagged. She also filed them into a shape (that she didnt ask me..i had my nails oval, she made them square) She then began to trim my left hand. When she finished, she started with a clear coat. She never filed the left hand to make them smooth. While she was polishing my right hand, I looked at my left nails and...it was bad. Like, when you are in geometry class and are trying the angle of the long side of the right angle triangle bad. Like a super slant. On THREE nails. I asked her to fix. She fixed one, and I asked her to fix again. She had already painted a clear coat on them so when you file your nails with damp polish it makes them extra jagged looking. I was with a friend, and we had already told the manicurist that we wanted a design. My friends design was some white whisps and dots, cute. She asked me what I wanted and I said something simple like hers. My manicurist got my friends manicurist to do my design (I guess she didn't know how?) And she did some white whispies. Then she got out the neon green and painted a little. Then the neon pink. In my mind, I'm begging her to stop but at this point, who cares because I am already planning on fixing my nails with my own tools when I get home. The design is a flower, it is okay. It is more colors than I wanted, but I didn't speak up but no one asked specifically either. My nails are done finally, hooray. After a full inspection, the nails on my right hand are way longer than my left hand. If I put my hand in front of my face, palm facing me, I can see all my nails over the finger tip. Only on my right hand. They are shaped terrbily. The design is okay, but too many colors for me. I was hoping for something simple, not a neon rainbow (normally I wouldn't care but I am going out of town for business tomorrow). I walked in with red polished nails and now I have bubbly, jagged square (I really hate square shape yall) nails with rough looking skin around them. Oh, there is still red polish in the corners on my nails. End, I shouldn't have strayed from my normal spot. I no longer have long nails. As SOON AS I get home, I am dunking them in acetone so I can redo them myself. Not going back. read more

I enjoyed getting my pedicure and full set powder nails here, the staff was friendly and the results were great I would recommend.

I was refered to Paris Nails by a young woman who's finger nails I admired. The woman who did my nails when I began going there about a year and a half ago did a wonderful job. I didn't have any lifting or discoloration. I called for an appointment and was told she was no longer there. Someone else did my nails and I was not happy at all. I call and let Julie (the owner) know I wasn't happy with the last person. She did everything in her power to get my business back. She is wonderful and now she is the only one I let do my nails. The salon is always clean, the staff is quite nice, and I love going there. If you want a clean, sanitary, friendly, and quick salon, go see Julie at Paris Nails. read more

I went in with my daughter & we were seen right away. The ladies were polite. My mani & pedi were both okay. I only gave it 3 stars because a few of my nails came out crooked (I'm not too picky on that) & they are more on the expensive side. It was $75 for my mani, pedi, plus to get my daughters nails and toes painted. Which I guess isn't so bad. Overall I would probably go back. read more
