Never again. This makes me sad because this used to be my go to nail salon anytime I was in Beaumont. I considered it to be my best kept secret since not many people knew about it, with all the bigger nail salons in the area. Their pedicures were amazing & I loved all their $40 options/flavors, I think I've tried each one. The day I came in to try the SNS dip powder everyone was talking about, was the last time I stepped foot into NN. The guy who I often saw when I walked in doing manicures and asking people what they wanted, was the one who did mine. He was very rude and obviously did not want to do the dip powder. He groaned when I said I wanted to try SNS and when I asked him what the benefits of SNS are as opposed to a Gel manicure (it's supposed to be better for you and help your nails grow, etc), he just plainly said "there's no difference, it's all the same thing" as he roughly did my nails. As if he was trying to discourage me from getting SNS (probably so he wouldn't have to go through all the steps and could do something quicker, like Gel). Both of my pinkie fingers were cut from him filing so hard, and as a result, my manicure was hideous. I didn't even bother asking him to fix it, or anything - I just wanted to leave and never come back. I've never had such terrible treatment at a nail salon. read more

I feel really bad for writing a bad review because everyone here was very nice.. but , when getting my pedicure, I received multiple raw patches on my toes from the technician being careless with the file and filing away my skin to the point that it scabbed the next day. The paint job was also sub-par with the lines near the nail cuticle very uneven with streaks. I really wanted this to be a good , relaxing experience but I was disappointed. read more

My mom and I came here yesterday and got OPI mani/pedis. They used premium OPI products and did a great job. I heard they sometimes have a long wait, but we were able to get our services done right away. Sonny did my mani and was very efficient but good. My mom had a Shellac manicure before and the polish lasted five weeks. It's pricy but can be a good value if you don't have time to get polish changes very often. read more

I've been in for two manicures now. The first was good except that several people switched out during my manicure, which makes you feel a little shuffled around. The man that did my manicure for the most part was fantastic. He was nice when I came in two minutes later having nicked my nail getting into the car. The second was okay. It took a long time to see someone because I made the mistake of going at the end of the day on a Friday. Then, the technician that did help me took FOREVER. For a simple manicure (no shellac or anything). I was in there for well over an hour, and the vibe was more chaotic than the time before. The place is clean, the technicians are professional, and the prices are right. But it is pretty much a walk-in kind of place so if you are looking for more of a spa treatment, I'd look elsewhere. read more

Worst place ever. They are so rude, rush you and the owner was super aggressive with the drill she ended up cutting my fingers badly, to the point of excessive bleeding. Maybe this is because I'm from Los Angeles and I have higher standards, but I was extremely unhappy with the service I received. Firstly, my gel nails are splotchy and slightly translucent with an uneven coat. Secondly, I had to explain to the technician what I meant by Square with rounded edges. When she filed the nails she did not make sure that they were even length on both hands. Thirdly, though I handed the nail technician the right color, she put the wrong color on my feet. Now my hands do not match my feet. One may say it was my job to pay attention and make sure that the technician put the right color on my feet, but in my opinion that's why I pick out a color and hand it to you. I come to the salon to relax not hover, nit pick, and tell you how to do your job. Most of this, however, is my mistake. The Yelp review says it's the best Beaumont has to offer. In comparison to what I'm used to, this is probably the truth. read more

I brought my grandmother here to have her very first pedicure since her 'drinking buddy ' John from the coffee shop recommended the place. The technicians are very friendly, not too much of the uncomfortable talking in a foreign language that makes you feel like your feet are exceptionally bad. Great massage chairs & a drying station so you don't run off & ruin your new paint job. I am quite clumsy and after a few days my polish has still survived & looks great! FUNGUS WARNING! Went in for a pedicure, a few days later my big toe was throbbing and extremely painful, red and swollen. Went to the doctor, he said it was a fungus from my pedicure. I let Nice Nails know about this, and they were completely rude, unsympathetic, they said I should have gone to another salon for a pedicure to begin with. read more

Horrible, horrible! Not ONLYY were my nails crooked, this place has the WORST service. When I addressed the crooked nails and asked if they could fix them, they said they didn't have time bc they had appointments coming in!! They do not treat you like your business is important to them! read more

Whenever I go to get my toes done, which is every six-weeks, the pedicurists all go into a back room and draw straws to see who has to do me. These ladies were great, trimmed my claws and gave me a great calf massage. I recommend! read more
