When I asked for an explanation, the owner was unable to clearly explain why my total was that high. After the service was already done, she mentioned that they charge an additional $15 for French tips, which was never discussed or communicated beforehand. I've never used anything but regular polish on my toes. The tech told me to go dry my toes and he would do the design then he said you need a different kind of polish for the design I wanted which was a snow flake.
