Great service, and there is not much of a wait if you walk in. They have a massive selection of gel and dip colors with trendy finishes. The owner also knows how to do Japanese style manicure (which uses a builder base to create a perfect nail architecture and a longer lasting manicure). Since my stroke in March I am no longer physically able to trim my nails. My daughter found this nail salon and it is very reasonable for the basic service I need. The lady did a very good job. I'll definitely go back and bring the granddaughters when they are in need of nail service. Everyone was nice and friendly. It's not a huge place but very nice and clean and a complimentary drink of your choosing, well what is on the menu anyway. If you want horrible service, rude workers and mediocre service come here!! One star was honestly too kind. I have been here several times since they have been in the new location on highway 365 and each time the service had gotten worse and worse. I mainly went because I knew the owners sister Kim (Thien) who worked at the salon and she always did good on my nails. The owner of this business is extremely ugly and rude to her customers. Which makes the experience not enjoyable because she walks around gives you a smirk, eye-rolls and makes you feel uncomfortable to be there. As a paying customer I was highly dissatisfied. Well most recently this very last and FINAL time the owner who has never even spoken to me any of the other times had to do my nails because everyone else was busy. From the beginning you could tell she didn't want to do them, she didn't speak once to me, didn't offer me any wine (WHICH YOU GET COMPLEMENTARY AS A PAYING CUSTOMER) I asked to get my nails almond shaped and they looked a hot mess but I paid $50 and I gave her a $5 tip which she didn't deserve at all. That was on a Tuesday by Friday ( 3 days later) it looked like I needed a fill and 3 of my nails had broken off!! I literally picked up a glass and a plate and they popped off, it didn't hurt when they broke which meant she didn't leave the dip powder on long enough. Well I message the owners sister Kim (Thien) on Snapchat and told her what happened and I was like well can I get them redone because these nails look horrible in 3 days or can she just fix the three that came off. She told me if I wanted them redone she would charge me $40, I didn't agree with that because that would have been $95 that I have dished out for the nails and that wasn't worth it especially for how plain and basic they were. So I go back in that Sunday and the owner redoes them and she says "yeah they kept breaking because I didn't leave the powder on long enough." Which annoyed me because you knew what the problem was? Ridiculous. So I leave and two days later two nails from the other hand break off!! At this point I'm so frustrated because it's only been a week and my nails suck so I started going to Zen and had them fix them and they did a fantastic job!!! Well this is the icing on the cake, two of my friends went to Polish nail bar on Saturday 12-29-2018 and Kim (Thien) was doing their nails and they had mentioned another friend and myself and the worker Kim (Thien) says "oh y'all are talking about that Rose girl". And they said yes we know her and Kim (Thien) proceeds to say "she came in here trying to go off on us because her nails kept breaking, I bet she kept breaking them on purpose" and how "they banned me from going there to polish nail bar" first of all why would I break my own nails off? And going in to a place of business and "going off" on workers is something I do not partake in. Every time they broke it didn't hurt because the CRAPPY owner didn't make them hard enough!! And secondly I had no idea "I was banned" I just knew I was never going back after the terrible service!! These people are disgusting and I don't see how they are still open. Wouldn't recommend my worst enemy coming to this place. Don't waste you Below I have attached the message I sent to Kim (Thien) and you'll see how bad my nails were within only a few days. read more

I really appreciated my experience here. I was greatest by happy employees that immediately sat me down for a pedicure and managed the back massage chair settings to my liking. The entire place is clean and they are proud of the customer service and the level of sanitation practices they use. They even give you the nail file and buffer they use on you to take home. Prices are a little higher for the area, but the service is great, facilities are clean, and staff is considerate. The complimentary drink (beer/wine/soda) is a nice touch. My mom and I made appointments 30 minutes prior, each got pedicures, and had an enjoyable time. They also do kids mani/pedis, facials and hair removals. Walkins welcome. read more

Let me start off by saying that I've tried this place numerous times but it just never was able to meet my expectations. The customer service is Great but I'm not really one to complain too much. For it to be called the polish nail bar they do have quite a few selections but it's not a great variety to choose from . They may have more shellac colors than anything but some of those were unavailable. Every time I went I sort of felt as is they did the bare minimum required never just above and beyond on services. I always had some type of flaw either with the polish, nail shape, or something. I just feel as though for it to be their expertise it was a mediocre job read more

Didn't enjoy the service..my skin was broken from the sawing with the nail file.. the nail and foot service was rushed.. Toe polish looked as though a kid may have polish my toes. I had to ask manicurist to clean up the polish off of my skin and cuticles. read more

I had a great pedi at this place and would highly reccomend it. The staff was very friendly and the place looked very clean.

This is my go to spot for mani/pedi. The only downside is there will be a wait if you don't go around an hour before they close, or immediately when they open on the weekend. The last time I went during the week on my lunch break, there was a 30 minute wait. Overall they are clean, and when I get the dip on my nails, they are the only place in town that my dip stays on my nails without lifting for 4-6 weeks. I'm a regular here. read more

I really really really enjoyed my experience here today! I have been searching for a salon that was clean, nice and full of employees that care about you and your experience. And I finally found it here! Christy took awesome care of me and took into consideration that I really cared most about the callus removal and massage aspect of my visit. I work on my feet all day and it is nice to relax and be pampered. And as an added bonus in my book for sure... they serve wine!! How awesome is that! I will absolutely be back! Horrible experience! I've been here four times. Three of them were very bad. My nails were bumpy and even after I mentioned them to the lady she didn't fix them. The second time the lady had an attitude while doing my nails , that same day two fell off not broke off ! FELL OFF. So I went back to fix them and the lady was very rough, she was yanking and pulling my finger. Never again. read more

I've been going here for awhile and WAS fairly pleased. Today was a different story. I usually get chrome, which is why I went to this salon in the first place. I walked in and was told there would be quite a wait for chrome because only one tech there could do it. I was prepared to wait, but the guy up front kept urging me to come back later. I decided to just get color powder instead as I did not have time to come back. I was put with a girl who clearly didn't know what she was doing. She had to keep putting more on every time she filed. The filing was not consistent or even. It took 1.5 hours nearly for me to have nails that would have looked better if I got nail polish from Walmart and did them myself. I also find it very rude that they don't even TRY to speak English around the customers. I won't be back unless I make a specific appointment with Krystal. She's skilled and talks to her customers. read more
