EDIT: came back 2 weeks after my initial review for a full set. Came in as a walk in, was told to sit down and then wasn't talked to for another 10 minutes until an employee, who was not my nail tech, rudely told me to go pick a color, and they have along the lines of thousands of colors. So i had no direction whatsoever. Then, the tech starts doing my nails and starts doing dip powder after i had said 3 times i wanted powder acrylic, not dipped. I let that go due to me being in a time crunch. She asked how long i wanted the tips and i told her short and in response was hit with a "short? Really?" And an unpleasant look on her face. She didn't speak to me the entire time and my nails are uneven. I had such high hopes for this salon but it looks like it's on to the next one. Terribleeeeee, don't be fulled by the reviews. Just bad! The polish on my toes are lumpyyyyyy, & before I even decided to get anything done I showed them a picture of what design I wanted on my nails. They said they could do it, but turns out they couldn't. They told me to pick something different, & I made sure it was even easier, they couldn't even do that either. 3 different techs tried, & all 3 failed. I was there for 3hrs while they played in my face, & talked with an attitude in their language. It got to a point where I told them to take off the polish so I can go to my previous nail tech to execute the design (which she did, easily). I paid $80 for a nail fill & some lumpy polished toes. Last week I went in to have just a plain mani and pedi, clear polish and nails clipped, the classic mani is $20. and the class pedi is $35. When it was time to pay, I asked how much Vivian, (she did the mani, did not clip my nails, put only one coat, I guess the cheapest nail hardener they had), said $58.00, I said that is not what it says on your site, but ok, I told Ryan, (he did the mani, did not do my cuticles or anything that was supposed to be done,) I gave him my card, and ttold him $2.50 for Vivian & &2.5 for him. When he came back for me to sign, I saw that he had charged me $68. and I asked him why did he charge me so much, he said because you gave us $5.00 each for tip. I told him I did not tell him that, I told him I told you 3 times, $2.5 for each, I didn't have time yo argue, so I left. When I got home, I my toe nails snag my dress, and I looked, rubbed my finger across my toe nail and they had not been clipped, I still had hang nails on my fingers. I wrote a review and the manager I guess reached out to me asking me to come by or call, I did, this man told me I could come have them redo the services I had done, I told him I do not want service from that place anymore, but I would like a refund, he said ok, he would refund me $8.00, I told him, no you need to refund me all of my money, I had to go somewhere else to get it done, he says no, $8.00. Had I NOT had to go somewhere else, (had no choice, I had to go to Houston for an event that evening). I am going to post this lack of service, ethic and morals to every social media site I am on, I think I am going to post this review every time I think about it, this is cruddy business, I am even going to send a letter to the BBB. Whatever you do, DO NOT GO TO DREAM NAILS, THEY ARE CROOKS, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MNONEY, THEY ARE THIEVES AND THEN WANT TO HIDE BEHIND THE, "I DON'T UNDERSTAND ENGLISH, MISUNDERSTANDING! The people were very friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing. The place appeared to be very clean. I was unhappy with my nail tech and will return but ask for a specific one as a lady next sitting next to me was getting a great job and told me her tech is a perfectionist. So hopefully I will be very happy next time. The one I had I had to tell her several times that she left products on my skin and I failed to tell her when we began I wanted square tips but every other place I have been (and I have been getting mine done for decades) ask me what shape before they began so it never occurred to me until it was too late so I said just leave it if it is going to make them shorter which of course it would but, she didn't. Just many things that I am not used to having to worry about or think about when having them done normally. Then when I got home I noticed a couple of my nails, one especially was not square. One side was much higher. Before we started I told the girl where I had been going that they did an awful job and I was hoping that they did better here but, evidently, that didn't matter to her. Once again, I will try once more with a certain tech with my fingers crossed because that was my only problem, otherwise, it was great. Also, I failed to mention that I just had them done yesterday 10/12/24 so just noticed other things since I have done more and they are not smooth I keep catching my nails on material and hair, etc I hate to think or say it but I truly think my only problem there was that particular nail tech. I sat for an hour before I was helped. An hour. They kept skipping over me even after I said something. Then when they finally figured out who was going to do my feet he tried to use a towel that he used to do the girls feet before me. What. In the middle of Covid, and you wanna give me a towel someone else already used. Disgusting. At this point I could've bought polish from a store and did them myself. He stopped after taking the paint off of one big toe to do something else. I'll never come here again. read more

And let me tell you I've never really noticed they had a second location, but I'm glad I found out about them. considering it's my 2nd time here I always feel welcomed and the staff is super sweet, 10/10 recommend. I've been coming to Dream nails for about 6 months now. Always get my acrylics and SNS done with Tony. He does an amazing job! Oval, Round, coffin, square... every time on point! He can cut the acrylic perfectly for multiple color nails & his hombre shades are excellent! Best of all he takes his time to make sure I am satisfied, which let's be honest... is not the norm @ some nail spas. I've only done 2 pedicures...both times with Tammy. She cleans up my feet perfectly & my color lasts 3 weeks! Again, she takes her time - this is super important for me! I've never seen the staff be pushy. I wanted to write a glowing review, and the quality of the work would normally have allowed me to but I can't this time. I've thought this over for 5 days and finally decided to post my review. I'm working here from out of town and needed my nails redone. I've been getting dip nails for a long while. Before that I used gel nails, and before that I used acrylic. I moved away from acrylics many years ago for a number of reasons. I went in to this salon for dip nails. They agreed and asked what color I wanted. I decided on ombré French dip. I requested DIP NAILS and was given acrylic powder. Not what I asked for, even after I protested as he started the first nail. He went on to tell me that I'd like this much better, that my nails were "flat" and this would look better. My husband had patiently waited while they removed my old dip nails but then asked for a pedicure. So once they started his pedicure, he started on my nails. I felt stuck at that point. I protested the acrylic, even as the polymer liquid went in because of the smell. He said this was much better. No, not really. Mainly because I don't like it but most importantly because it's not what I asked for or what I was PAYING FOR. But again, because my husband was getting a much needed pedi, I just sat there and slowly burned down. Now, make no mistake. He did a fabulous job on my nails. The acrylic powder ombré French tip is beautiful. The workmanship is on point. But. I am the customer and didn't get what I asked for or what I paid for. I have spent the past 5 days picking acrylic from the underside of MY nails. Not tips, my own nails. Aggregating. You don't get acrylic under your nails with dip powder. You also don't get a top coat that needs to go under the UV, which is another reason I moved to dip. Anyway, I'll leave this post for anyone to decide for themselves. I guess if you don't know what you want this is a good place to go. But if you're a grown up adult with a clear knowledge of what you want, you might find another salon unless you're cool with putting your foot down and demanding that you get what you pay for. Normally I am that person, but again with hubby in the pedi chair I wasn't going to disrupt his experience too. My own fault I guess for not making a scene and being more forceful about it. My cuticles were never clipped. Half of my thumb nail is matte and the other half is glossy. not even sure how that happens. the corners of my nails are missed by polished. the bottom of my feet were never massaged. Had my nails done a few times and was happy with them. I returned to get my nails done for a special occasion & they seemed annoyed. The Techn didnt want to remove my entire acrylic nail before a new set. He soacked them and filed a little off, but there was clearly a ton of nail left. I never in my life had this before. I said no, thats not how its done. And they said they didnt have time to take off the entire nail. I said ok why wouldn't you just tell me you couldnt do the job. read more

Don't let the name fool you... It's more like nightmare nails. They refused to turn down the ac which was set to 78 when it's 100 degrees outside. Then they cut my friends toe and it bled for 20 minutes. Afterwards they applied this green alcohol stuff that burned her even more. The lady laughed while saying sorry a few times They advertise many shellac colors but the first 5 I asked for were not even available. I ended up settling on an ugly pink shade that my grandmother would have loved. read more

Not trying to sound dramatic here but this was the WORST manicure I have ever gotten. The lady did an awful job filing my nails leaving them uneven and jagged. I have been trying to grow my nails out for the past 2 months and now I'm back to square one. They had to be filed down to nothing in order to fix all the jagged edges. I asked for a french manicure with black tips instead of white. The tips looked so bad. They weren't even and the lady couldn't be bothered to pain the whole edge without chips. Then she painted the top coat on resulting in smeared black down into the nail. I basically spent $20 for jagged nails smeared with black paint. Don't waste your money here. You'll have to immediately go somewhere else like I did to try and salvage what's left of your nails. So much for trying to get my nails looking perfect for my wedding in 6 weeks... read more

I use to go all the time to this salon. But they don't do good shellac nails they don't coat enough or fully cover the nail. The owner I believe or manager did my nails because they were messed up by another employee. She didn't charge me , but even she did a bad job. The place is neat and relaxing they do great eyebrows etc. But shellac they can't get right. read more

Never again. I repeatedly asked for a classic manicure that costs $15. I told that to the lady that sat me down, twice to the guy that did my nails. I even double checked with them when they offered the nails palette to choose the color from. In the end at the check out desk i was suprised when offered a receipt that read $35. seriously its a scam. how can you do that to your customers? never returning there again. read more

This place was not good. I got a pedicure. It was rushed and my toe nails were not polished good. My daughter got a manicure and although she is eight, the polish should not have peeled off the next day. This place is not the place to go if you want good, relaxing service. I will not return.
