They actually have a Nurse Practitioner in charge. So the name, MedSpa = medical spa. They are probably the only local spa who offers IV infusions which you normally have to go to Houston for. The Myers infusion is awesome for fibromyalgia, and a shot of glutathione can be added. Some fibromyalgia patients come weekly and have gotten off prescription medications. They also offer cosmetic injectables, body contouring, spider vein treatment, tattoo removal, lash extensions, etc., and they are the only spa to offer the hydrafacial MD treatment. They actually sit and talk to you in depth to determine what is best for you in every aspect. The staff are professional and extremely friendly and attentive. If you walk-in during peak hours (lunch time, after work) you might wait for a longer amount of time than if you go during the morning or afternoon. If you want to avoid waiting, call ahead to make an appointment. The waiting area has several couches for you to sit and has a television showing daytime television. For longer services, like facials (microdermabrasion, peels), you need to call ahead to make an appointment. The quality of the eyebrow threading is high. I usually ask for them to remain thick, for the stray hairs to be taken out, as well as to have the shape enhanced. When I first started coming here, I had a goal of growing my eyebrows in towards the center about one centimeter each. Throughout my life I'd 'over-plucked' my eyebrows, and this is not on-point with current trends. The beautician recommended certain oils to promote hair growth, and shaped my eyebrows to look nice during my transition phase. My eyebrows are now how I want them to look, and I come here for maintenance when I'm in town. After each visit, the end result is just what I want, and the beauticians are knowledgeable and kind. If you've never tried eyebrow threading before, this is the perfect salon to try it. My mom also comes here for threading, and has her eyebrows color tinted to a darker shade. She loves it, and the results are exactly what she wants.

The issue was with the front desk and the lady in charge of billing. They have no clue of what they are doing or they act like it . On the front desk. They charged me a copay that i should not have paid, I asked the lady in charge of billing to please call my insurance to verify as the day before when I went for my appointment they asked me for a copay. I went back to the office with insurance paperwork to show them my coverage she refused to look at it and to call the insurance company. They claim they take a deposit , what the he'll for that has never happens to me before. They kept insisting I have a big deductible when I don't. I just got irritated and cancel all my appointments. They did not seem to care. What has happened to customer service these days. Cant deal with unprofessional people. Will find another doctor.
