So, I ask for them to just take it off. The tool that they used to remove the acrylic, was hurting really bad and was burning. Issued, "OUCH! It's hot." The lady doing it said "It's hot? Oh okay." She then continued to do my nails and it continued to hurt and burn. There was no relaxing there. I complained multiple times about it and she never fixed it. I know you can turn those things down. But no. Then I leave (didn't tip. So weird for me, but it was that bad) I get home and I'm clipping my nails shorter. I realize how hard it is to clip off. Y'all. She didn't even get all of the acrylic off my nails. I'm so angry right now about this. Please. Dont go here. Whatever you do. It was a horrible experience.

I came in and loved the little bowls for kids, too cute. The lady who did my pedicure shocked me with the tool twice. I yelled out profanities, opps. But it hurt. Had to put down my phone and just watch her cause I was scared. My pedicure came out okay. Other than the pain it was good. The owner did my fill. She's super nice and sweet. She did a great job but the paint job was not good. Posted pictures. Left hand was okay and Right had not so much. I would not come back. There are just too many salons in the area not to try a new place. Two stars for the customer service, issues with getting nixed on the pedi and fill, and well of course the bad polish.
