My first experience her as a walk in was very good. Kim had to work hard to remove the subpar dipping powder and UV Gel previously applied to my nails at a not so good establishment. I had to soak for a long time and she had to use the electric filing tool repeatedly. Kim did a wonderful job applying fresh dipping powder to my nails and gave me the look I wanted. She was very cautious not to hurt me and took her time. I strongly dislike when technicians make me feel rushed and don't do the best job because they don't take their time. If my experience with this salon is the same every time I go then I will continue to go here. Amazing service, was seated immediately. Beautiful, clean, and modern salon with bright shining chandeliers and new equipment. My nail lady did an amazing job cutting all my cuticles to perfection and I received a perfect French tip manicure. She really spent her time, I didnt feel rushed. I got shellac on my nails and regular polish on my toes. You definitely get what you pay for. It's cheaper than normal but I'd rather pay more money to have a better product and a better experience. The girl who did my toes and nails rushed everything and was kind of rude throughout. I honestly could have done better on my toes myself. My son and his family came home for thanksgiving. They have been out of the county for 6 mo on mission service. I called on Wednesday to see if it were possible to get us in the next day. 6 Of is. Yes 6. They took us in at 9:30 Thursday morning. We were treated with the ut most care and service. Beautiful people, wonderful relaxing moments shared with my loved one. And our toes look amazing. I found this place on yelp while visiting Beaumont. The place was semipacked and I was helped quickly. I got a pedi, planned on getting a mani, and eyebrow wax. Once I got my pedi, they wanted to charge me additional for paint. I've never paid additional for polish until is was gel. This definitely wasn't gel nail polish. I had my nails done on March 17, and today is April 2. I LOVE them! They are holding tight and look very natural. I got the dip acrylic in a natural pink and white color. People think they're my natural nails and compliment me all the time. I have a file for acrylic nails and recently I had to file them down a bit because they were growing too long for typing. But because they're not as thick as other types of acrylic nails, the nail bed still looks smooth and very natural even though they're starting to grow out. You really have to look to tell where the real nail ends and the acrylic begins. They have a loyal customer in me! I will definitely be going back again and again. read more

On Pedicures I would give them a 5, but on shellac manicures I would give them a zero. I have had had two manicures here. The first one I asked for rounded nails and she gave me very square nails. When I complained the girl next to her that spoke English told me don't worry she will round them in the end. She did not. It took many months for me to try a manicure with them again. The man that did the shellac or gel manicure took over an hour to do the manicure. When I left the nails felt very tacky or sticky. My nails are like rubber they bend and are not strong. I went back in a couple days later to see if maybe a clear coat had been left off but the girl said no at is how they are supposed to be. If that is the case, why should I pay extra for the shellac if they are going to be like regular nail polish? I have pedicures here monthly but will not be back for a manicure and will probably look for new pedicure place. read more

Staff was extremely nice and accommodating, and did such a wonderful job on my nails. I got a pedicure, and also had my nails done. I've had acrylic nails on for about a year now, and I saw that they had a poster up advertising the new SNS powder. I asked about it and luckily was convinced by the knowledgeable owner that it would be a smart change. He did an amazing job and recommended the mood color changing powder which looks fantastic! I will never go back to acrylic! The SNS powder finishes just as strong as acrylic, doesn't damage your natural nail, and is much thinner and more natural looking. read more
