I received a full set of dip nails. asked for a french tip with butterfly stickers on 2 nails. 75$!!? my nails turned out horrible. looked absolutely nothing like the picture and she started randomly adding things I didn't ask for on my nails. my nails hurt, my fingers are physically swollen and they were SO THICK I had to file them down and paint them myself. i walked out of there caked in dip powder all over my hands, nails I didn't ask for, and 85$ (yes, i still tipped her) wasted. i will sadly never return to this location. I had a free year pedicure. which was still not good at all if the pedicures are not done correct. Seem like they focus more on what your person life was about than the service. I guess they felt some type of way because with the free pedicure + a basic manicure $16. Hell they didn't even focus on my Cuticles. I had to learn to do my own manicure and pedicure. The worker felt so bad she gave me a free scrubber and nail file. I guess it was because of my race and beliefs. They focus more on my kids than my toes. also how tiny my body frame was other than my toes and nails. A lot of them can't even speak English properly and Probably not certified. i had a hard time telling them I'm here to get my free pedicure. They even tried to over charge me due to them not communicating with their worker or doing the service they felt I should have. If it's not what I ask for why for it? Hell I was wondering myself!!!!! If you are in the mood to sit at a nail salon for 2 hours, have three different nail technicians work on your basic gel manicure, and be told the manicure looks bad because you've had acrylic on your nails before ... then this is the place for you. If you don't want a guarantee that your experience will be enjoyable, this is the place for you. If you want to receive the most minimal customer service from the ladies in front after your nails were poorly done, not once, but twice, then this is the place for you. I rate 3 stars because at the end of the day I got what I paid for, even though it took three different technicians to get there. A basic gel manicure and gel pedicure was $104, which Included gel soak off for my toes ($18). Never in my life paid more than $80 for gel manicure and gel pedicure, Including soak off for both. Have seen a lot of online advertisement for this place online and decided to give it a try. Very modern look with plenty of space and amazing polish colors to choose from. When you walk in you are greeted with an online sign in as they do have a reward systems. they give you a menu of their services as well as a menu for their full bar with a 2 drink max which is enough for your short visit to relax during a pedicure. I did a pedicure which was average priced at $38 which included the scrub at the beginning and towel/stone massage at the end. There is a nice little call button on the pedi chair to call someone to take your drink order which was fantastic I didn't have to bother the tech to stop and get it. Will definitely visit again for my next pedicure. read more

Worst mani/pedi of my entire life. Anything that could have gone wrong went wrong. Manicurist buffed off old polish with drill and dug into my actual nail multiple times and didn't remove old gel polish in other spots. She also did not clean my nail after buffing off polish so now my nails look like the have a heavy coat of texture on them . My toe nails were also trimmed on a diagonal?? I've never seen anything like this in my life and I wish I would have asked her to stop when I noticed the first issue. read more

I had a 3:00pm appointment for a pedicure. Arrived at 2:50, she couldn't find my appointment. After some searching she found it. She told me to have a seat in the lobby and someone would be with me shortly. At 3:30 I asked her how much longer it was going to be. She disappeared for a few minutes then proceeded to tell me and the person that came in after me it was going to be another 30 minutes. I said I don't think so. A 3 o clock appointment that you can't get into until 4. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't over book, it is as simple as that. Because that is exactly what happened. I don't know why you feel the need to run people through there like a herd of cattle. Also, I don't know who that red headed person is that's working reception, but she is rude af. They are over priced! Who charges $12 for a basic foot polish change? Also very rude when you tell them they are hurting you. My sister got her nails done and she needed a soak off and fresh set but instead of the lady soaking her nails off she ripped them all off using another nail but still charged her for a soak off! When we asked why was she charged for a soak off the red head lady that work at the desk said " well she still took your nails off so that's why" also not to mention they are very discriminatory and talk about you in their language so you can't understand what they're saying! The nails were super rough, not soft or shiny the way they should be. I asked for a refund or a gift card to get a pedicure & they wouldn't give me it. I saw the reviews but went anyway...the nail techs for pedicures are horrible! I had to tell them step by step what to do and it was still half completed. But the front desk staff is Worst. I was talk to with such disrespect by multiple receptionists. I was also told when I wasn't satisfied with the work that I still had to pay full price and that "she didn't know what to tell me. She wasn't the manager but she was running the place." She also stated, "the establishment didn't have a manager there at all." I called Linda from the sheet on the front desk and she also was dismissive and unhelpful. If you like your cuticles being cut, bleeding and throbbing then this is the place for you. I can take my nails being less than 100% the correct color but what I can't do is the throbbing of my fingers. We paid $170 for our services all to be called aggressive by the young lady over the phone because I told her I would more than likely have to go to the doctor. I hadn't even raised my voice or cursed but because I said I would need to talk to a doctor is threatening? Then she proceeds to say, "well we can soak them off". The process of soaking them off is with ACETONE. So you're saying you want my cut up fingers to be in ACETONE?! This is ridiculous. At this point I only want an email to the owner for future correspondence and a full refund. They offered a $10 discount btw. I didn't even want a full refund at first, but being called aggressive is asinine and reading reviews from customers now makes me wonder EXACTLY why I was being called aggressive when in reality I never raised my voice or cursed. This shop could really use a course in customer service but I will NEVER return. I hope there's cameras there so they can see exactly what happened during my session and how the tech put nail glue on my cuts to stop it from bleeding. Did I mention I only have two fake nails, the others are my own nails? But maybe that's new standards to put nail glue on cuticle cuts, I'll have to research that.
