If this has been your go to place before, it might be time to find a new one. I went for a pedi/shellac mani and left so disappointed. The pedicure treatment was nice, but the nail tech didn't apply a topcoat which kept my nails from fully curing properly and by the next morning, the polish is ruined. The shellac manicure was hardly a manicure. He didn't trim my cuticles at all, haphazardly filed my nails, and sloppily applied the lacquer, leaving a hole in the color on one of my nails. Don't come here and waste your time. I just finished getting a "regular mani and regular pedicure". I've never felt so rushed in my life. I started with a pedicure and she scrubbed my feet so quick and just cut my nails, didn't even file them or buff them. Terrible! I could of done that at home. Then I wanted gel nails but the technician Mary said they were too weak to do regular manicure which I was okay with. She started to take off my gel nails and all she did was just cut my nails and buffed them(which was an extra charge) DIDN'T EVEN FILE THEM or try and shape them whatsoever. Which as you can see in my photo it's all uneven and a messssss!!! Then she only took one cuticle out in one nail. Again, not sure that it was even a manicure. My dip nails lasted 2 weeks before they began popping off. They were bumpy and began to chip and lift at one week. They did the wrong color shellac on my toes and tried to paint over it with the right color. I came back the next day because I was unsatisfied with paying $120 for something i didn't ask for, and they did an ok job on my toes but cut me three times. This place is huge absolutely huge! It's beautiful on the inside. There has to be 20+ pedicure chairs and atleast 10-15 nail spots. They're also fully staffed I couldn't see you waiting unless it was a Saturday but even then I'd bet you were just waiting for 10 max. I went in there to get a set off and the lady asked me where I had previously got my nails done and she wasn't impressed they are all super good there I'm guessing because my nails weren't that bad and for her to say something must mean they're really good. I didn't get a set I just got the shellac paint on regular nails and it was awesome. Got a hand massage as well. 10/10 would recommend!!! read more

They Are very dishonest people. When I entered the nail salon, I asked the nail take for the price that I would be spending. I showed him a picture, in he kept fumbling with the prices. Then he gives me a set price. If you pay close attention, there are many people that walk around and watch the nail techs work, Then I am almost certain that they are discussing in changing prices.They smile and compliment you as you are getting your nails done but immediately start talking in their language. When I got to the counter, there was a completely different price then given. The nail Tick charged one price for my daughter and they added to the amount when I got to the counter. I was charged almost double the amount for my nails. Then the nail Artist proceeds to tell me that I will not find anyone else that can do that type of work. I already have an excellent nail take Who can do this and more, however he is not back in his shop because of covid19. It is very unfair in misleading when a person knows exactly what they want to go in the shop in spend. I will spend my money the way I want to, but I Will not allow anyone else to spend my money the way they want to. They are very misleading, cunning, and dis honest. I will NEVER come here again. The first time I came here they did my nails horribly, but I thought eh it's busy I'll cut them some slack. I was looking to get my nails done a month after that and this place was the only place open after 6pm on a Sunday, there was one tech I didn't catch her name but when I arrived she had already messed up the girls nails next to me and had to redo them.... she then proceeded to me and glued the nails on and began to file.... she cut me FIVE times with the file and I told her she was cutting me... she then cut my nails way to short without asking and I asked for coffin and everything was uneven... I told her I wanted the nails off and wanted to leave she cut me so many times and my nails were to short I was DONE. She then grabbed the acetone and stuck my fingers in it... WHY???? I don't know, I jumped and said omg no that burns so bad I can't do this it hurts she still proceeded to put this on my fingers as I told her my cuts were burning!!!! NEVER AGAIN. read more

Worst gel manicure I've ever gotten. I am a a licensed cosmetologist, and when I was in school way back in the day, I had better results. I spent $176 here and if it weren't for the fellow who did my pedicure, I'd have wanted to give zero stars if possible. I picked this place because they seemed to have more styles than other nail salons in Beaumont. I ended up getting chrome acrylics and a gel manicure. The chrome nails were messy and streaked and when i told him he seemed frustrated that the powder wasn't sticking (he didn't put enough of the adhesive and wouldn't wipe it off to start over) and he didn't trim my toe nails. Immediately started putting the polish on until i stopped him. He seemed to have another customer and was rushing to get me out. I understand prioritizing loyal customers but you won't get new loyal customers if you treat people this way!!! read more

Ladies were pushy and rushing us to pick a color and switch to dip nails even though we specifically said we wanted gel. They didn't speak to us at all during the manicure. My nails have polish all over the cuticles and look as if I have done them myself. My sister's fingers were cut and they did not even do enough coats of polish on her. Would not recommend. read more

Me and my friends came here for relaxing manicures and ended up leaving with bleeding cuticles, sloppily painted nails, and see through nail polish because they did not give enough coats. The workers were very pushy and did not give us time to pick a color because we were rushed to our seats. They were only talking to their other co workers the whole time and some were even taking a phone call while painting our nails! I did a gel pedicure and ended up with toes that were very poorly painted. They didn't even cover the entire toe nail with polish especially around the nail beds. I ended up with top coat all over my skin and she cut my toe nails so short that it hurts. read more

Usually, this is our favorite spot to go to get our nails done. But this experience wasn't that relaxing. They charged me and my mother $42 each for "dip" nails. This is an okay price, but we did not receive $42 worth of service. They filed our nails, went straight to paint and dip them, then walked off. No lotion, no cuticle cut, nothing. He squirted lotion in our hands and that was it. We were left to do it ourselves. I am extremely angered at this. We work hard for our money, and to be charged an extra $30 from the regular $16 manicure for that, is ridiculous. read more
