If you get waxed here, I highly recommend you request Jessica as your waxer. She lights up the room with her smile and energy. She's very professional at her job and will make sure she gets up all the hair. She'll even go in and tweeze some missed hairs out. She goes above and beyond for her clients. They charged me a copay that i should not have paid, I asked the lady in charge of billing to please call my insurance to verify as the day before when I went for my appointment they asked me for a copay. I went back to the office with insurance paperwork to show them my coverage she refused to look at it and to call the insurance company. They claim they take a deposit , what the he'll for that has never happens to me before. They kept insisting I have a big deductible when I don't. I just got irritated and cancel all my appointments. We arrived around 1:00 p.m. Unfortunately, the appointment took much longer than expected. By approximately 2:30 p.m., my boyfriend still hadn't even been started on his manicure, so he gave up on waiting and left after paying for his pedicure and for both of my services. I finally finished my manicure and pedicure around 3:30 p.m., making the experience last over two and a half hours. Before my manicure, I specifically asked the technician not to use the electric drill to remove my nail stickers because I was concerned about damage to my natural nails. Despite my request, the drill was still used. I was eventually allowed to soak my nails in acetone, but the drill was used again afterward even though I had clearly asked that it not be. The biggest disappointment is the quality of the gel manicure. I chose gel because it costs more and is supposed to last longer than regular polish. Today, July 7, 2026--just four days later--my gel nails are already chipped and lifting from both ends. I expected a gel manicure to last well beyond four days, so this was very disappointing. Another concern I observed was sanitation. During my visit, I saw toe separators being reused between customers. After they were used on one person, they were placed back into the same bin and then used on another customer. As someone who values proper sanitation, this was concerning to witness. Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations. Between the lengthy appointment, my requests not being respected, the gel manicure failing after only four days, and the sanitation concerns I observed, I cannot recommend paying extra for a gel manicure here. I hope the owner reaches out to address these concerns and make things right. I also hope this feedback helps other customers make an informed decision before booking an appointment.

I've never used anything but regular polish on my toes. The tech told me to go dry my toes and he would do the design then he said you need a different kind of polish for the design I wanted which was a snow flake. It tookthe tech 15 minutes to polish my toes 2 hours later I put on a closed toe shoe my toes were still wet. Happy Holidays. I will go somewhere else tomorrow. I will never spend my money at this shop again. I asked for a manager he said the same thing.A waste of time and money. It was not good.

I just got a pedicure and manicure with my grandmother and they did awful. When we first arrived they tried to make me choose between the most expensive things on their menu. I had been there before and knew what I normally get. My nails look as though I trimmed them myself in a hurry. They also did not shape my nails at all. My mom and I went yesterday around 1030. They had a few customers and we were tended to right away. We had 2 manicures, 2 pedicures #3, and eyebrow and lip wax. A little pricey but it was worth it. They weren't annoyed by my bored 2 year old. We were there for an hour and some change. While leaving I accidently messed up one of my toes and they fixed it with no issue. She left me under the dryer for 30 minutes with bleaching my hair and then put a developer And left me for 30 minutes with that on my head I had to text her cause she was doing other people's hair. I was burning. She wiped it with a dry cloth, left it there then looked at me and said I came in with dry skin scabbed across my forehead I did not so it was like she was saying what she was doing. And then she said she got her nails nice and sharp and she put a towel over my face put her finger into my eye, and I even told her that hurt hurts. I have a chemical Burns On my face and my eye. She charged me 168 the first time and another 168. The second time she melted my hair and burnt me. When I first went in, a lady looked at me and said good luck because evidently she was talking about me from what I was told that's why I know she was aggravated so she physically assaulted me within intent also a 16-year-old girl that I know went to her, and she left her under the dryer for over an hour with bleach on her hair. She was acting super neurotic so I text her when I left. Thanks Melinda. Best money I ever spent because literally she seems mentally off right now and she will hurt you do not go there. Thankfully, I did the text saying hey, I'm burning I know you said this stays on 20 minutes. I've talked to other ladies and they said you're never supposed to leave bleach on 30 minutes or developer on 20 minutes. and I had my body cam app on that I use for work when I clean houses and I stayed calm as she was doing these things on purpose. I made sure to have evidence of what she did because this is assault. I have pictures of the burns even the one on my eye, but yelp keeps deleting them. You'll have to go to her reviews online to see the pictures.
