We eventually had to block their phone numbers because the lies and lack of professionalism were too frustrating to deal with. I have lived in Manhattan for 10+ years and in multiple apartments. I've never had such a problem with anyone in New York, real estate or otherwise, then I have with these two sorry excuses for agents.
