We stay at quality inn frequently, but this was slightly disappointing. The grounds around the building were very nice and I could imagine in spring are beautiful. The rooms are being renovated on site so some things are just odd and not finished. Some light switches did not work. Our first room did not have hot water. Our second room barely had luke warm water and the front desk said someone just filled a bath. I would prefer to stay somewhere that has hot water available for very room. The shower was hot this morning when no one else was awake. It is nice that they have breakfast and the staff last night and at breakfast was very helpful and nice. Would return if hot water was available and all switches worked. read more

Checking in and out was easy and the front desk staff were so friendly and kind! They also recommended places for us to visit during our stay. There is a really neat area with a water fountain and trees on your walk to get breakfast. The kids thought that was really cool to walk around in the mornings. We stayed in a suite, the rooms were spacious and very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast at this location was top notch. You won't leave the breakfast on an empty stomach. The only complaint from my angle would be exterior lights coming through the bottom of the blackout curtains. Check-in went smooth, Cheryl was very kind and helpful with questions we had. Breakfast was very good and Covid protocols were put into place. Older hotel with a good location near downtown eureka. The stay met their 2 star hotel rating. However, the reason for the 1 star review is for extra charges that no evidence has been provided for. We pre-paid for a 3 night stay. Because of a family emergency, we checked out early on Sunday evening and have video evidence of us arriving back home that night. On Tuesday we were charged another $125 dollar fee. I called in to see why we were charged and was told that a manager could tell me, but they could not. I called in the next day to talk to the manager and they said they charged me for a smoking fee. My wife and I don't smoke. My toddler and infant don't smoke either. I thought a milk or juice spill that we missed could be the charge, but this is not the case. There were several guests that smoked, there were also several outdoor places we saw other guests smoking. So even If we did smoke, there were far better places to do so instead of the room itself. At this point, I cannot recommend staying at a hotel that has combative staff that accuse non smokers of smoking in a room, and providing no real evidence of such a transgression. At this point I have had to stay on calls with choice hotels to file corporate complaints for something my family did not do, its frustrating. The staff could have smoked in that room, someone else could have smoked in that room, but we did not. My review will stand until we are refunded and an apology is issued for the accusation. read more

I liked this area and the room was really nice for being recently remodeled. I spent almost 400$ for two night and the one thing that really upset me was the channels on the tv they have nothing to watch when you come back from your night out and it's really unfair. Plus the fact that the king suites are just as much as the honeymoon suites it is kinda ridiculous the breakfast is okay for hotel food. The best thing about our king suite room was the bed and the jacuzzi. Also House keeping will only come if you call. read more

The outside is nice looking including the lobby although parts around the outside are overgrown around the fountain behind the hotel, the rooms are clean but as small as a Motel 6, the beds are uncomfortable and hard to sleep on, my wife said it hurt her back so she woke up early to get out of bed, the staff is friendly and helpful. One thing about this hotel is that the breakfast buffet is a poor quality, very little selection to choose from, no sausage or bacon during the week, only on weekends even though you spend quite a bit for a room there, I've stayed at Quality Inn dozens of times and this is out of the ordinary, the breakfast is usually the same 7 days a week other than substitutions, if you have any physical problems going up and down the stairs you need to stay somewhere else or forget breakfast, there's no easy way to get to the dining area behind the hotel, this is not ADA compliant. read more

We recently stayed here for a Wedding in town. We stayed in one of the Garden Suites at the back of the property. The property landscaping is beautiful. Our room was very nice - I would rate this way above average for a Choice brand property. The Bed was very comfortable and we really liked the jacuzzi tub/shower! We weren't sure if the COVID19 restrictions would prevent us getting a hot breakfast, but we were pleased the next morning to find good options for us with their complimentary breakfast. The Staff was very friendly and helpful the entire weekend. I wanted to give a shout-out to the Housekeeping staff - for their thoroughness and integrity. After we left on Sunday, they found the iPad I left in the room and promptly turned it into the front desk. I received a call from General Manager Chris Bashaw before I even knew it was missing. Chris gave me the steps to have in shipped back to me and I had it back that week. I truly appreciate they way the staff handled this situation. It shows me that the hotel name extends to the high character quality of people on Chris's Team. We look forward to our next stay here when we return to Eureka Springs! read more

Stayed in a king suite with my significant other for 1 night while passing through this area on our way back North. The hotel lobby has a really neat look and feel that doesn't translate to the rooms. Our room appeared clean but had a smell to it that I can't put my finger on. The air was not running when we checked in and after turning it on we quickly came to realize the lowest temp available is 66. I'm someone who sleeps best when the air is blowing and it's about 64 so this was disappointing to me as the room never got cold enough for my comfort. The bed was also very hard and uncomfortable. My significant other typically sleeps like a rock but even he complained that it was uncomfortable resulting in a night spent Tossing and turning. I'm a light sleeper and every time the people on the floor above us moved around I could hear it. It was also unavoidable to hear the water in the plumbing anytime a toilet was flushed around us so several times I was woken up by these noises which lasted several minutes before quieting again. On the plus side the girl who checked us in was very polite and told us that they offered breakfast in the mornings. Due to the poor nights sleep and long trip ahead of us we chose to just get on the road so I can't verify if there was an actual breakfast. In these times of Covid it's unusual for hotels to have breakfast so it's nice to hear they do offer that to guests! read more

Excellent breakfast - we arrived late last night and got to the breakfast buffet right when it was closing. The lady in the breakfast room kept it open a little longer so we could have a hot breakfast. I can't believe she was so nice about it!! Thank you very much! The actually had hot, homemade quiche for breakfast, along with eggs, biscuits/gravy. sausage, waffles. Actually had 2 waffle makers. Breakfast room and the park out bad were really nice. The website pictures of a King jetted hot tub suite show a large suite with a upper level hot tub area. The suite I got was NOTHING like the picture. I would almost consider it a "Bait and Switch" trick. I thought the pictures would truly represent the actual room. Before checking in ask to view the room to make sure it matches your expectations, don't rely on the website pictures. The hotel does back up to a gorge of sorts, but that just adds to the frightening feel. Like if you fall off the balcony you will never be heard from again. Ever. The rooms were small and very outdated. The sheets were also outdated and seemed very dirty. The staff seemed friendly enough and I realize this may be a bit of a "no-tell motel"... but clean it up. I was nervous booking this hotel for my daughter's wedding weekend. Everything was done over the phone and cultures are obviously different. They were very laid back, so much so that I was concerned that we would actually have all the rooms we booked. We also rented the Rose Room for the wedding reception. What a pleasant surprise when we got there! Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. Everything was set up correctly and they even allowed us to make several last minute changes. The ladies who took care of the Rose Room were amazing and went above and beyond. I feel like they bent over backwards to make our stay pleasant. One person in our party had problems with the air conditioner in their room. It had to be replaced twice, but they were prompt both times to get it fixed. That was the only hiccup during the whole weekend. I'd definitely recommend and if I'm ever in Eureka Springs wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. read more

This is an older property and it shows some wear and tear but the double queen room my family booked was spacious and clean. The breakfast is great- waffles, eggs, fruit etc and served until 10am which was great for those who like to sleep in! The pool was clean and mostly you could find times when we were the only people in it. The garden is also beautiful. Unfortunately the property is full of ants. Not in the rooms but if you went to the pool or to sit on the balcony you were constantly brushing small ants off you. The place really needs to be sprayed! The evening clerk also wasn't super friendly. He was never rude, he just seemed not to enjoy his job or people in general. The rest of the staff was very pleasant. read more

The style is definitely outdated, but may be liked by a certain audience which is fine by me. Not that it is specific to this hotel, but all the room doors open to the outside which creeps me out. Also, there is a giant fountain down the hill that runs all night making it hard to sleep. I could have dealt with all the above had the rooms been in better shape. The bathroom and bed just felt unclean and all I could do was keep my clothes on all night. This may be a tourist destination and the price is super low, but I will risk staying at one of the many no name properties should I venture to Eureka Springs again soon. read more

It's ok. We booked through Hotels.com and were told we were unable to upgrade to a king when we arrived (we offered to pay the difference) because we hadn't booked directly with them. There was less than 20% occupancy and we were give a room at the front of the hotel. I think it was convenient for the hotel to group us together with other guest for housekeeping purposes. Staff were courteous. The street noise was really loud and went to about 11 and started up again around 5 am. Bed and pillows were not particular comfortable. Room was clean. Wallpaper peeling in bathroom. Breakfast is plentiful but nothing special. Probably not a place we would return to unless we had few options. read more

Only complaint is that the management is very particular about the times. So I've stayed here before and never been treated as I have been this time. The only difference this time around is that I brought my two dogs with me. Apparently that was a big mistake. The website says this hotel is pet friendly, when you call and ask they say they are pet friendly, but when you get here...watch out. My dogs are well trained and only bark if someone is messing with the door, well the first evening I received repeated calls from the front desk saying they were barking too much. So we cut our dinner plans short and rush back to the hotel and calm the dogs, then make other arrangements for the dogs to not be at the hotel. The dogs were only physically on the hotel property one night and I received 4 separate calls over two days from several different people. This is not a pet friendly hotel. I don't recommend staying here at all. read more

Had a wonderful stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel staff is very friendly. We had checked out and were headed home when our vehicle died just 5 miles outside of town. I called the hotel to ask where to call and they were very polite and directed me to K Way auto. Since we had to stay an extra night they were able to accommodate our needs. The breakfast is above average, but the homemade quiche and banana bread puts it over the top. The 2 ladies that run the breakfast bar are very hospitable and enjoy talking to the guests. They even seem to know some of the regulars by name. We will stay here again. read more

We were kicked out of another local hotel at 11 PM for no good reason, (look up Colonial Inn), so we were in desperate need of reasonably-priced accommodations for 6. The lady at the front desk was exceptionally nice and helpful, and we ended up in a "Jacuzzi Suite" for a little more cost than our initial room at the other place. The room was a bit bizarre, with the jacuzzi smack dab in the middle of the room, but it was spacious and there was a ficus in the corner which I think added a nice touch. Also the pool was great, the breakfast was awesome, and although I personally never ventured down into the gorge there were some nice looking walking trails. read more

We showed up at 1am looking for 3 rooms after the placed we had booked didn't work out. Anyways the front desk guy was super nice he tried really hard to get us 3 rooms together we could only get 2 next to each other but then when we were unloading the car he found us and said the next day he could make it work so that was awesome! The hotel is much like the town and hasn't been updated in forever but they had wifi, clean rooms, good breakfast, clean pool, and staff was nice. I'm going to be honest and say I probably would have never stayed here by the pictures, but I'm glad we did it turned out to be a great trip. read more

Ok my husband and I got married in eureka springs June 14, 2014 and we stayed at this hotel in room 317 which is a suite, California king, a hot tub, a living room, fridge...etc. IT WAS AWESOME!!!!! Foe the suite it qas onky 100 a night!!! Later on in 2014 we decided that we wanted to be part of the zombie crawl November 1st! We found out about it over a month in advance so we immediately called to book the room here and we asked if ww could get room 317 again! The women told us yes and i triple checked with her it was the right room and that is what she booked me in there for!!! We were soooo excited!!!! not to mention for rhat suite it was only $80!!! We got to eureka ans went ro check into our room and the guy told my husband that our room number was 209... My husband asked if it was still a suite and the guy told him no its a lot smaller of a room and they were still going to charge us the price of a suite!!! My husband came got me out of the car and i went in and was asking the guy why we had been moved from the room we asked for and he processed to call me a liar! Then i blew up on him!!!!! He said there was nothing he could do and i would have ro pay what they were teying to charge me for fhe suite!!!!! We went to a different hotel!!! I will never return to this hotel and i personally dont think this place even deserves a single star!!! read more
