His knowledge (and patience with all of our questions) was remarkable. He never pushed us one way or another on what to buy, just gave expert advise and a few tips along the way. In a time when we have run into struggling customer service wherever we go... this was an amazing experience. Kudos to Anthony and all the staff at Stoughton Lumber! Otherwise, I have a hard time finding anything. They are either out of what I need or don't carry it. It's frustrating so if I need something specific, I go to Ace in McFarland or Menards. Stoughton won't have it. We had Aaron come in and quote new windows and doors. After two weeks, we had to call him and ask for the quote. We got the window quote, but not the new front double door. So we got quotes from other companies. We were shocked at new door prices so we went back to Stoughton. We looked at double doors, talked to someone who said he would talk to Aaron. That never happened so we went with a responsive company. I guess they don't need business that bad. I only go there for simple things. Sometimes they don't even have that. Aaron, you suck.

Cenex (1755 Pleasantview Road, Middleton, WI) is open so do not know why Yelp says it is closed…read more The Cenex is very clean and the people are super friendly and helpful. Only tier 1 gasoline around Madison with no ethanol. Non ethanol prices are about 20 to 35 cents higher than with ethanol but well worth it for your engine. Has both touch and touch free automatic car washes. I only use the touch free and it is great. Car wash does a great job and the price is excellent. From $7 to $11 depending on type of wash. $1 off car wash prices with any gas purchase. All car wash levels have under body wash. This is a great place for gas, car wash, and any groceries on your drive home. I highly recommend this Cenex location!

You pull in and then drive up onto a scale to weigh your car prior to doing anything else. There is a stop light and staff will note your car and weight. The light turns green and you head to the rocks that you want. You can select one style and then head back to weigh. After getting the new weigh, you can then get more rocks of another style, and weigh again. Keep of track of the types of rock you are getting. We only got white steppers so only needed to do the one weigh. After our last weigh in, we parked and headed in to pay. Prices seemed reasonable. We'll be back for more rocks when in the area again.

The items they carry works great and are practical to have around the house. I especially like their Japan import section where they bring in cool teapots, sake sets, handmade bowls etc straight from Japan. It helps that they have a different way in which they run the store. Each group member is assigned a specific section of the store in which they come up with the types of items to carry, how items are displayed and the associated logistics. In that way they can better cater to the needs of the customers and really know what they are looking for. Because of this, if there is something you would like, feel free to let the section manager know and there is a great chance he or she can order it in the next time an order is placed, especially if the item has the potential to be popular. In addition, they offer great cooking classes here. This is the best part. I look forward to ending work on class days and then heading over to Orange Tree Imports to learn to cook. So far I have tried sandwich bread, miniature sweet treats and truffle making classes. In all of the classes I walked away knowing how something seemingly so difficult and impossible is made easy by the instructor. And I thought: This is something that I can totally do at home! As you can see I am in love with Orange Tree Imports. As long as you stop by for a visit it is almost impossible not to fall in love with one or more of their stuff.
