I found one of Keith Fabry's websites and ordered an overnight bannerstand for pickup at their office. I uploaded the file in the early moring hours and it was printed and ready for pickup the same day! Even though my flight landed later than scheduled, Debra took care of me and I was able to get the banner in plenty of time for the event. As for the banner, I paid for upgraded material and it came out looking great and was packed very well, so I was able to transport the banner via checked baggage on my return flight without issue. While KF may not be the least costly, their pricing is fair for their amazing turnaround and excellent customer service. I have patronized this business for many years and did so again in December to support a black…read morebusiness. I had six pair of earrings that I wanted repaired. It took 4 months to get five pairs of earrings back from the jeweler. The other pair was "not ready" I was told each time I called. I had purchased this pair of earrings in November of 2024 and brough them to Waller in December after the post fell off. When I called Waller's about this last pair, I was told that they would "check on it" and each time NOONE called me back. After a few months of this cycle with no ETA in sight, I informed them that I would be coming into the store in person to pick up my property - even if it was not fixed. It turns out that the repair person works offsite at his home (this was not disclosed to me when I dropped off my property) and broke my earrings while trying to solder the pin to the earring. Waller admitted that they had ordered another pair of earrings "from overseas" to replace mine. It is clear that the intent was to try to replace my earrings without my knowledge with a pair that was probably lower quality. I was told that the pair was ordered two months ago and would be in soon. This was over a month ago. Since then I have received no call - no communication whatsoever from this business. This is the most disappointing part of my story as it is clear that they do not care about their customers at all. Waller's is still holding my broken earrings hostage and has neither replaced them nor offered me compensation for them. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Shame on me for doing business with them. Never again!

Without a ton of reviews, I still came here because it was recommended by several people through the Nextdoor community. My watch's company is in Thailand, so I was hoping to talk to someone face to face instead of send it off in the post. The previous reviewer is correct, the work here is sloppy. I brought my watch to replace the crystal, expecting something maybe not with the AR coating, but the same flat, thick kind of crystal that my watch obviously had previously. We spoke about how the bevel was special order and I said, no it's okay, as long as it's flat and I was told it would be about $40 dollars and two weeks to receive if it was a special order size. I called after 3 weeks and was told that they were still waiting for the crystal and finally about 4 days later I was told my watch was ready for pick up. Good lord I don't know if I could hide my disappointment as I was handed my watch. Not only was glue visible (wtf, you're supposed to use a crystal lift) and they put in some cheap, ill-fitting plexiglass with glue. Not to mention there was dust trapped inside, you could seek the glue all around it. It scratched with barely any use. My husband was looking at it, trying to rub off the face and all of the sudden... now it swirls. Terrible quality. For 4 weeks of waiting there is no excuse for work this bad. They took a $20 deposit and asked me to pay an additional $19. Take your watches somewhere else.
