Called customer service held for 20 minutes asked for call back, that was 1.15 hours ago. Meantime I go to store 461 and first was told "left on porch" then after I said it in fact wasn't was told "left with security guard". I called my wife while still at store and she said they don't even have a security guard. Managed to get a partial credit but unprofessional store manager "Sam" said he credited what his system showed even after I showed him I was charged more than he credited. I would not recomment this place, never ever. No product, lying, refusal to return calls etc. You can undoubtedly do better elsewhere.
