But we did not get that far because the elderly person said to the desk people - "she said it's cleaned" and the response to their old and frail person was, "you lied." So they left shaking and I went in. I was immediatley told that we are barred and can never return. From my career I consistently hear negative comments about the rudeness of the staff. Seeing an elderly person shake at being called a liar was not okay. I am sharing so that the staff either take ownership of their anger or to warn others.
