This has been my go-to cleaners for a few years now. Joe (owner) is great! He's super friendly and very responsive. The staff are amazing as well. They go out of there way to accommodate you if you need a rush job or if you've got a specific stain that you're concerned with. Optional "drive thru" window is a great feature. Another feature I love is the barcode tagging system. When they first receive one of your garments they use a tiny adhesive barcode on one of the labels which helps track your clothes so they'll never get lost in the system and when your order is ready you can click a link to see exactly what items are in that order. Great to see they've taken this business from writing your name in the shirt (old owner) to modern technology. Just got charged $6.75 a piece for several regular medium starch men's shirts at Duro on McKnight Rd. The owner said it had to be pressed by hand because it was a "Hawaiian shirt." Been going there for 20 years and that's a new one for us. Really? There is nothing special about these shirts that have been fine there w/the regular wash/press system they've used for years. #youjustlostacustomer. read more

I am very sad to leave this review but feel I must. My fiancé dropped off a Tuxedo shirt to be cleaned and pressed. Was told it was sent off by mistake to someone else. Joe assured us he would track it down and notify us when he had it. My fiancé spoke to him several times and was assured he was still working on it then the updates stopped. I too have been calling and leaving messages during business hours and leaving messages for a return call to get the status of his shirt. No phone calls are returned and just ignored. This has been going on for several months. Apparently he does not care about his customers and their property. We are disappointed because he always appeared to be a stand up guy and cared about customer service. read more

I'd like to write a positive review especially because it looks like most other reviews are from a previous ownership which sounded terrible. The owner (I think he's the owner) is very kind and personable. They have a cool app that shows the name of your clothes and the colors as they are cleaned & racked. The price is excellent and I have no complaints on the quality of work. They can also get the cleaning done very quickly upon request. The only slightly negative is that the people who work the register vary every time I'm there and some are super friendly and others are a bit grumpy, but it's just picking up your cleaning, I don't really need over the top customer service for this... Also, I live in the Strip, so not close, and my apartment offers dry cleaning services but I travel here because of the service & price. read more

As an update: we did end up receiving the clothing back, after I posted a review here and on social media. The worker in store instructed us to keep calling back until a manager is in, rather than her just asking the manager to call us when they get in. After I posted on social media I was contacted and given assistance in tracking down our items, we paid upon pickup, and later were offered credit for future use. Glad the issue was resolved by management, but still not impressed with how the worker handled the situation and personally don't want to risk going through that again. read more

New owner is nice so disregard old reviews. Cheap prices and quick turn around if you're in a rush.

Not complaining about their normal cleaning, however they returned a knit top on a hanger which put it out of shape so I then had to take to a seamstress to fix. When I mentioned to them that knit tops should not be put on a hanger, they folded the next top I sent, but charged an extra $1.00 just to fold it! Need to look for another cleaner. Never have had that experience....it's unjustified. read more

RIPPED US OFF and HORRIBLE customer service. Gave us back something that wasn't ours. It was a VERY cheap duplicate. Took it back and they said it was what we gave them. WRONG! This product meant a lot to us. It wasn't the money but the meaning of it. They did not care. VERY RUDE! We can NEVER replace what they took from us!!! If I could rate a no star on this I would. This is a bad place of business. Pass them up. DO NOT make the same mistake we did. There are better businesses close by. read more

Just got my clothes back... Sent five BRAND NEW dress shirts in to be cleaned and pressed, and not only did they come back with wrinkles pressed in, but THEY WROTE IN SHARPIE INSIDE MY COLLARS! I haven't even had the chance to wear these shirts yet, and already they been marked up! I've never heard of this happening, nor have I ever had it happen at ANY other dry cleaners. If you value your clothing, do not use them. UPDATE: They are currently under new ownership. The new owner reached out to me personally and offered to try to right the problem. He stated that they've done away with the policy of inking people's clothing, so I wish him the best of luck and hope folks have better experiences than I did going forward. read more

HORRIBLE place with disgusting and shocking customer service. I called to inquire about SEVERAL articles of clothing I was missing after a pickup. The employee who answered the phone - Lexi - was extremely unhelpful and then put the phone down and proceeded to call me a BITCH to one of her coworkers and complain about how much she hated it when customers had attitudes. When she came back on the line I told her I'd heard the whole thing and asked for her managers name so I could speak with him. She then raised her voice and yelled at me before hanging up. Disgusting treatment of customers. Don't go. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! They wrote on all of our very expensive clothes IN INK. Highly unprofessional. Brand new clothes, never worn, now RUINED!!! I would give them negative stars if I could. The clothes came back wrinkled, some with small pink/orange specks that weren't there before, all of them with our name permanently marked on the collars. I've never had this type of experience with a dry cleaner before. They should be shut down. read more
