It was a shirttail hem and we instructed to take it up around 2in and make it a straight hem instead. Well, the returned shirt was taken up 2in, but the shirttail hem was kept so it was really taken more than 2 in. The shirt is now unwearable. I called the number and they proceeded to tell me that the number was just an "answering service" and they would have someone call me back. I have not received a call back and now when I call it goes straight to voicemail. We had a to buy another shirt to replace this one- so this has now turned into a $400 mistake on their end and they refuse to correct the situation.
