Took off work during business hours because the said it would be 2 hrs. It was 4.5 before they started working on my car. The charged me $260 to shave my rotors due to rust. My brother in law said it comes off after applying brakes at high speed. It's extortion charging for unnecessary services to qualify for a state inspection. I just moved and had the car inspected 3 months before. No problems because it's a relatively new car. Shuddle service was nice. Drive was cool but the clientele was awful. Arguing Hatians the entire ride home. I'll drive to DC next time.

I can honestly tell you that I have NEVER felt more attended to in a dealership than I did yesterday while getting one of my Mercedes serviced, (the CLK450).  When it comes time for me to bring my E350 Wagon in, I know where I will bring it. Amanda, the Service Advisor, made sure that I was informed and gave me excellent reasons to "Go ahead and get the work done now, rather than let it become a problem".  I came in for an inspection, and wound up spending $1500, and felt like I got more than my money's worth. Ashley, the Service Manager, was very busy yesterday, but still got involved just enough to make me feel like a VIP. The topping on it all was when Van Corbin, Sales Manager, who was slammed yesterday, came out at the end of the day and thanked me for bringing my car there for service...  Who gets that kind of treatment?? The sales process was smooth and professional, everyone was polite and I didn't have a high pressure sale situation and no one treated me like I was an idiot. These are my pet peeves that seem to make car buying miserable at most places. Pohanka pricing was fair and the process was painless. The service department has been outstanding to work with over the years. They make sure every concern is addressed, and they don't argue with me when I ask for things to be done a specific way, unlike some other VW dealers in our area.
