There was nothing in it for Gateway but they stepped up to the plate to help us out and get our car fixed after 4 break downs and two months of dealing with Winner Subaru in Dover. All I can say is avoid the entire Winner Auto Group at all costs and if you want to know why take a look at my Yelp review of Winner Subaru with photos and videos documenting the nightmare. Enough about Winner Subaru. A special thank you to Kris. Kris jumped in and got involved from the very start with a complete understanding about our concerns and extreme frustration. Thanks again Kris for a pleasant experience. You always followed up, call us back, we're honest, and always professional. Those are great attributes for someone involved with the public, especially when it comes to service. Hey Gateway, Kris is a keeper!

Steve Dengler in sales was awesome to work with--very knowledgeable, easygoing, and never pushy. He took the time to walk us through everything and made sure we felt good about the decision. Jennifer Duncan in finance was just as great. She made the paperwork process smooth, explained everything clearly, and kept things moving without any pressure. We really appreciated how transparent and efficient the whole process was from start to finish. It made a big difference. We're excited to be part of the Gateway Subaru family now and would absolutely recommend them. If you're in the market for a car, definitely ask for Steve and Jennifer!

WHY? BeCause he always gives us optimum service from start to finish. His shop is not one of those shops that is constantly recommending things that need to be done that don't really need to be done immediately. His business is totally honest. His front of the house staff are knowledgeable, with good personalities and you really get the feeling that they take great pride in their jobs. So yes, I'm talking about Mark and other people who handle Mike's car business along with him, but even the people that work as cashiers are excellent as well. I wish Mike's was in Philadelphia where I spend most of my time, but that's a dream that will never come true because he is part of the fabric and the pride of doing a job well done in West Ocean City. We have Recommended his place to several year-round residence in Ocean City and will continue to do so My partner Mike and I will continue bringing all of our business to MIKE DENT'S
