Instead, you're directed to leave a voicemail message--which I did several times. Not once did anyone return my call. For a major dealership, this level of customer service is completely unacceptable. If a service department can't even return a simple phone call to schedule an appointment, it raises serious concerns about how customers are treated once their vehicle is actually in for service. As a result, we've decided to take our car to another dealership for service, and when the time comes to purchase our next vehicle, this Hyundai dealership will not be under consideration.

So took it in, got a very reasonable estimate and scheduled it to be fixed a week or so later. Got it back home and with my glasses on I saw minor"glitch" in the paint on the hood. So I went back and showed them, they rescheduled it a week or so later, fixed it promptly and even delivered it back to me. Can't ask for more. Will be back there if I have a need. Changed my brake inn oil at 500 miles and didn't even change the oil filter because he didn't have one and wasn't worth going to Napa 10 mins away to pick it up! I had to and change myself.
