Purchased my son's first car cash money from here thought they were reliable dealership looked…read morelegit bought a 2015 Nissan Murano Haven't even had the car a month yet I well yesterday the car just lost total acceleration on the bypass they call it limp mode so had it towed to the car store service department and was told today needs a new transmission and the sales department will be covering it but will not cover a rental even though I have the rental coverage via the extended warranty so now I have to pay out of pocket for a week rental at the minimum I will be definitely looking at my legal options and following up on the lemon law it's really a shame pay $14,000.00 plus cash and car won't even run a month

Come to find out Coach Hayes does anything for a sale even if that means entering someone else's information on the documents and denying how it ended up in their system that way. He does not speak up and back the customers up regarding actually ,factual information that was provided during the sell. " '. GM Dave and his counterparts become very disrespectful, threatening to destroy your credit when they are called out on their nonsense. I called several days ago, but they don't take reservations, so it's free for all when you arrive. I arrived around 8:15 and they opened at 7 am. There were about 10 people in the waiting area. When I arrived, Jessica was standing by my door, waiting to take down my information. It's the first time getting service here, so I'll document as the day goes on. It was about 2 hours before my car was completed. From arrival until they had my vehicle washed and in the service lane. Not to bad,in my opinion. I'll be back. Some friendly advice is to get online, and they do offer coupons for service, which prices them lower than the local oil change guys, and you are getting Honda parts. Which is a big help . They did do a free inspection ,adjusted tire pressure,checked cabin filter,engine air filter, and wipers. I changed those myself and knew they were good, and they did document them as being good.

once again they strike a few weeks ago i had work done on my car tire rotation and i wrote a review…read moreabout being charged the 3% by using a charge card that done but yesterday my tire sencer was saying i have a low tire ,i checked them, and filled them ,what i found out was i had two plastic tire valve covers, and the two nice metal ones i ha on the car now the only person who worked on my car was Pohanka Honda. now it shows what type of techs they have there, look people make mistakes if you lost the two good ones replace them dont try to pull a fast one on me thinking the customer wont find out. this was the last straw i need a brake job im going to have a mom and pop place do my brakes,i need some tire work dont for that leak not going to them, and next year 2026 im going to buy my new car from price. in dover.and i dont care about the 3% anymore i was going to go back to Pohanka. but not after this i dont what other short cuts they do? just why couldnt the be honest i know its only valve caps its the principal i was in the car business for a very long time and not once i can live with myself if i did something like that always be honest. check out your care carefully

I have spent most of my professional career with Mercedes-Benz, as a Sales Person, a GM, a Manager, and working in my own dealership with MBFS in Fort Worth selling repossessed Sprinters. I can honestly tell you that I have NEVER felt more attended to in a dealership than I did yesterday while getting one of my Mercedes serviced, (the CLK450).  When it comes time for me to bring my E350 Wagon in, I know where I will bring it. Amanda, the Service Advisor, made sure that I was informed and gave me excellent reasons to "Go ahead and get the work done now, rather than let it become a problem".  I came in for an inspection, and wound up spending $1500, and felt like I got more than my money's worth. Ashley, the Service Manager, was very busy yesterday, but still got involved just enough to make me feel like a VIP. The topping on it all was when Van Corbin, Sales Manager, who was slammed yesterday, came out at the end of the day and thanked me for bringing my car there for service...  Who gets that kind of treatment?? With AutoAlert, I have been in over 200 of the 350 Mercedes dealerships around the country, and ALL of them would wish that they had a committed team like you have at Pohanka Mercedes-Benz. I firmly believe that your store is destined to become a REGIONAL center for Mercedes.   Mercedes owners expect great service, are willing to pay for it, and are loyal when they get it. He spent about an hour examining my 8 year old Volvo's electrical issue and determine that a $3,500 part plus labor needed to be replaced and that this type of repair is common on my year Volvo. He told me that getting the part and the repair would be more economical and timely if done by a Volvo dealership. He also suggested going to a specialized shop which repairs electrical issues might save me some $$. ( he had referals) He also performed a plug in diagnostic of other issues that the dealer should look at but told me let the dealership tell you the problems. Very honest answer as I am 68 years old and probably would consider buying a new car rather that getting this one repaired I tied to reimburse him for his time but he declined I will use him on my future maintenance needs.
