Last Saturday, Nov 23rd, I introduced my girlfriend to this wonderful workshop where she created a tic tac wooden game board and a I, a personalized 18 x 18 inch pillow case for a holiday gift. It is a smooth process from booking to completing your session. After On line, you select your craft, your customization (if you choose to) work date and payment. Confirmation will be sent to you via email. The owner and director, Tanya is so friendly and polite! She answers inquiries over the phone and offers helpful suggestions. She preps everything ahead of time so you just need to show up. Lettering, paints, tools, a clean workspace is ready for you. We had fun working alongside others who were working on their own projects. After a couple of hours, we left with a sanded, painted/stained game board complete with pieces and a ready to use customized pillow case. It really was a fun, inspiring time out! Coach Madi was super patient and took the time to see where my daughter is athletically. My daughter is only 4 years old. Madi was amazed on how advanced and technical my child was and was super helpful regarding information for all star cheer, tumble and other classes. The parent waiting area is beautiful! We witnessed a man on their team publicly berating a parent just for following up on cancelled lessons (the school cancelled - not the mom). He screamed at her and hurled racist slurs! The words that were said made no sense, ignored their own errors and failings as a school, and focused only on bogus assumptions about the mom (who was as polite as can be despite the onslaught of hate). He made it clear it was for no other reason than because her skin was brown and she spoke with an accent (even though her English was absolutely perfect!). He included a comment about her "inability to communicate being the reason for her lack of success in life" (he didn't realize he was talking to a PhD with a double 6-figure job!). Still shaken by the lack of professionalism. The school also said they would refund for lessons that were paid for, but never delivered - then failed to refund. This place should be shut down. A lawsuit waiting to happen. Avoid avoid.
