I walk past the large windows to all the other rooms sorted by age and see happy infants & children, smiling instructors and a clean vibrant atmosphere in the entire place. My kids have never complained about other kids hitting them until these changes it seems the teachers aren't keeping a close eye on them as the others use to. I have forgotten to take my kids their change of clothes and have had to drive back and give it to the front desk only to see that when I picked them up the clothes was still sitting there never brought back to the classroom and just making me waste my time. The new staff doesn't seem friendly at all. My job also provides childcare reimbursements and I have ALWAYS done the same procedure and now I just keep getting the run around in regards to getting it signed I've had to call multiple times just for a signature that literally anyone in the front desk use to sign it for me like nothing. I'm just glad I don't have to go back to this place ever again and have my kids come home with scratches and bruises and no report stating the reason why!!!

After sitting through the grueling 4+ hours, the most frustrating part was being told they don't give out completion cards. Plus their computer system wasn't working for the "e-version" certificate they said we'd receive, so I spent 4.5 hours on a Saturday morning and came away with a half completed piece of paper that doesn't have pertinent info I need to prove I took this class. Within 2 weeks of the first conversation with Deborah, I was enrolled (red flag) I didn't realize it then but their sales pitch was the most predatory I've ever heard. Compliments like "I can already tell you'd be good at this", "Sounds like you've got a good ear", things like that. They pushed their alumni's recording credits a lot, it was a primary reason I decided to go. One of their students helped mix a record I really love, and they preyed on that so hard. What they didn't say is that the vast majority of graduates don't wind up staying in audio long. Most of the people I went to class with are not actively working in audio, and many said that they left CRAS underprepared and miserable. Their approach is to force feed the information as quick as possible, using staff and teachers that epitomize ego and callous indifference. They do not care if you graduate. They do not care if you're struggling. They do not care about their students, period. It's a power hungry organization stuck in their old ways. They can kick you out for missing a single day of class, and thats exactly what they did to me. While some instructors were truly fantastic, for every good one there were 4 bad ones at least. And when you finally did ask for help, they'd either miss the point entirely or completely ignore you. I urge the school to be better. For all the resources you guys have, you are the furthest thing from teachers, even instructor is a compliment. I didn't walk away from CRAS with anything but massive student debt and severe depression. Kirt, Brock, and all other CRAS staff, be better.

I guarantee you that your child will experience some form of abuse here. I attended a few years ago and the treatment of the kids here was depressing. A lot of teachers and coaches and instructors were on unacceptable power trips. If you do your research you will find that this facility has been under investigation multiple times for lots of different types of abuse. Multiple students have died here as well.
