A very special thank you to Mrs. Savita, who has been nothing short of incredible! Her patience, kindness, dedication, and genuine care for our son have made such a huge impact. She understands his unique needs and strengths and consistently encourages him to learn, participate, and build confidence every single day. We've always appreciated the care and the relationships built over the years. However, our most recent experience left me deeply disappointed and hurt. My youngest son has special needs and, because of that, he occasionally misses days. Every time we return, we're typically greeted warmly with a "Hi! How are you?" -- but yesterday, that wasn't the case at all. When we walked into his classroom, both teachers looked visibly annoyed. They made eye contact but didn't say a single word. One teacher was sitting at a table (with no children) and the other was by the cubbies, so they weren't preoccupied. I let them know my son was ready for his bottle and mentioned the time of his last diaper change -- no acknowledgment. I repeated myself, and the only response I got was a flat "okay." I also tried to explain the situation with his hand, but again, not a single word or even a nod in response. Feeling completely dismissed, I walked out and went straight to the front desk to express my concerns. I told them that if my son wasn't wanted there, I would gladly take him somewhere he is. The staff member apologized and said she would speak to the teachers, but that doesn't undo how uncomfortable and unwanted we were made to feel. I ultimately decided to remove my son that day and take him to a sitter -- I couldn't leave him in a place where he was clearly not welcomed. What's even more disappointing is that since this happened, I haven't received a single call, text, or apology from anyone at the daycare. After years of trusting them with all three of my boys, this silence speaks volumes. It's truly heartbreaking

As a parent of a child with special needs, I expected a facility that would adapt and provide the necessary care and attention. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Despite informing the staff about my child's needs, there was little to no effort made to accommodate him. The caregivers seem untrained and unprepared to handle children with special needs, leading to numerous issues that could have been avoided with proper support and understanding. He did not act out but did not advance at the same rate as the other kids and they preferred to hold him back then work with us as a family to do what was best for our son. My child deserved an inclusive and supportive environment, but Kids Incorporated Chandler failed to provide that environment. I hope take this review seriously, for the sake of other special needs children, and take immediate steps to improve their services and provide proper training to their staff to ensure that all children, regardless of their needs, receive the care and attention they deserve.

Her unprofessional behavior and personal drama, involving her creepy, cheating husband, were evident to the parents. I also witnessed her speaking down to the front desk staff on several occasions, which was very uncomfortable to see. The curriculum and program set our children well ahead of their peers when they started K-12 - but the kids still get plenty of time to play! I love how they have splash pad water days every week in the summer, and so many special activities and events through the year. I can tell you that the biggest complaint we have is that our sloppy kid is sloppy sometimes at the end of the day. Let me translate that: literally the only thing I can possibly find to complain about is a direct result of my kid being a human tornado. These people do a great job with my mini human, and he is very happy around them, well-fed, and is progressing the way a toddler should. Cory has breakfast waiting for him but before he sits down, he runs to her for a hug and seeing the at she embraces him every time makes my heart melt. when I pick him up, I always peak inside before getting his attention and he is either reading a book with me. Inez his evening teacher or dancing to music! he has learned so much since he has been here! he hasn't even turned two yet and he knows his alphabets, his colors, and can count to 10! he also knows when to say " please ", " thank you" , " sorry" and " excuse me". I can't thank miss Dee the director enough for reassuring me my baby is in safe hands and really meaning what she said. This place is huge on reading and have a book of the week every week for the kids to read. This week they are having a boo fair for the kids that we are excited about. My son will be starting preschool soon which makes me sad we will be leaving but if and when I have another baby, this is the extended family we will be back to and that's coming from someone who drives from San tan. Our son transitioned from a very small in-home daycare to this larger center, and she made the change so smooth and comforting for him. She has been endlessly kind, patient, and loving, and has become someone we truly trust with our son. Ms. Madi has also been great with communication. She always took the time at drop-off and pick-up to talk with us about how he was doing and anything he might need, which helped us feel very involved and informed. Even after he transitioned into the two-year-old room, she continues to be so warm and welcoming. She still greets him, says hi, and you can tell she truly cares about him. Now he is in the two-year-old room with Ms. Kenzie, who he has gotten to know and absolutely adores. She has been so kind, and he loves going into her classroom each day. We are excited to see his progress in this classroom with the other kids and his new teacher. We also really appreciate the security measures in place. The double security feature before being able to pick up your child gives us so much peace of mind. On top of that, the app is amazing, we love being able to see pictures and updates about our child throughout the day. Everyone, from the director to the reception staff, the teachers, and even the cook, has been great. You can really feel that they care about the kids and their families. For the future, one feature we'd love to see (and we think many parents would appreciate as well) is a live video feed of the classrooms, similar to what some other daycares in the area offer. We know this might not be possible right away, but it would be a wonderful addition. Overall, The Learning Experience has been great for our son in both the one-year-old room and now the two-year-old room, and we've loved all of the staff we've interacted with. My daughter was going to preschool there. I was spending spending $1350 a month for my daughter. I…read morewas promised pictures daily. Some days I wouldn't get any. On the way to school my daughter has an accident in her diaper I didn't have any other clothes to change her into. I took her home real fast and changed her diaper and clothes. Brought her back to school and she stayed for about 6 hours. Brought her home from school and she had two fire engine red rashes. It cost me over $300 for the doctor. I pulled my daughter out of that school for neglect!!! Wasn't happy at all! Since it is a private school the district couldn't help me.
