When I first met Mike, the owner, he seemed nice and showed me some of their work that impressed me. He told me the equipment I bought from another shop (Slangin Sound) was "trash," and assured me he could work within my budget of 3-4k. He said he would build me a custom enclosure, add an amp, tint my windows and even add some lighting, claiming it wouldn't be more than a few hundred extra. At that point, I felt comfortable moving forward. But once I dropped off my car, everything changed. He initially told me not to worry about the cost, then suddenly demanded $3,200 midway through, before the work was even close to finished. When I hesitated, he pressured me and even questioned whether I had the money. Later, he demanded another $5,000, threatening to rip everything out of my car if I didn't pay. Way above what we talked about and he told me if I didn't like it, he'd just keep the equipment and I could take my car as is. So I had no choice but to pay at that point. The workmanship was terrible. The tint job was sloppy, with bubbles and even a chunk missing on the driver's door. My car had a large scratch on the hood and was covered in overspray on the paint, windows, and trim. His "fix" was dabbing off-color nail polish on the scratch, which made it look even worse. When I asked about the stereo not sounding right, his response was "f*** you." At that point I knew I wasn't going to get anything resolved. On top of that, he refused to give me any receipts, invoices, or proof of purchase for the equipment I supposedly paid for. That is not only unprofessional, it is shady and illegal. Cre8ive is untrustworthy, unprofessional, and potentially criminal in how they treat customers. They took advantage of me financially, delivered terrible workmanship, damaged my vehicle, and refused to provide documentation for the expensive equipment I purchased. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this place entirely. There are plenty of reputable audio shops out there--this is not one of them.

I love both of these stylish and useful items! Last Saturday, Nov 23rd, I introduced my girlfriend to this wonderful workshop where she created a tic tac wooden game board and a I, a personalized 18 x 18 inch pillow case for a holiday gift. It is a smooth process from booking to completing your session. After On line, you select your craft, your customization (if you choose to) work date and payment. Confirmation will be sent to you via email. The owner and director, Tanya is so friendly and polite! She answers inquiries over the phone and offers helpful suggestions. She preps everything ahead of time so you just need to show up. Lettering, paints, tools, a clean workspace is ready for you. We had fun working alongside others who were working on their own projects. After a couple of hours, we left with a sanded, painted/stained game board complete with pieces and a ready to use customized pillow case. It really was a fun, inspiring time out! My friend was so impressed she is going back for the chunky knit blanket workshop.

Advice based on my experience:…read more 1- find the teachers that teach in a manner you understand and adjust your schedule to be in their classes, if possible 2- read the chapter before class 3- take notes and pay attention 4-plan plenty of time to do homework the same day you went to class. There's plenty of homework. Do it all, a few times The teachers aren't great about answering questions in an understandable way (example- some asks about question "X". The teacher responds "well it's obviously not A or C so that leaves B or D and B is clearly the better answer of those two. Any more questions?" Umm...if we knew all of that was "clear" we wouldn't ask. I waited to take my school exam until a couple months after finishing school and I had time to really study and retake the exams they give in the packet. I passed my second time. I did buy some of the study materials (flash cards, dictionary and the practice exams on CD) I found these helpful and essential to my learning. Highly recommend the CD!! I passed the state exams the first time.

I live in the SE part of the valley, so that is too far for me. I decided to give the Gilbert campus a try, and I'm very glad that I did. It was very easy to sign up for classes and the two ladies at the front desk, Kerstin and Charmaine, are very friendly and helpful. The instructors are all very professional, knowledgeable and available to help. Most of them even give their contact information so you can ask them questions outside of class. Most importantly, even though I took the Crash Course, which the instructors say is like drinking from a fire hose, I was able to pass both the school test and the state test on the first try. I couldn't have asked for more than that.

JP's for Valentine's Day why not try out or for the first time!…read more I was looking for fun things to do for Valentine's Day and this place popped up, I got tickets and decided it would be a nice fun end to our night! Very cute place, seating was a little different than what we are use to but it wasn't bad! Love that they are locals and you can tell they love what they do! We loved that it's family owned and we LOVE supporting locally owned businesses! Great acts all the way through! Place was clean and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I like how they would come around to make sure we had everything we needed drink wise! We will definitely be going back for a fun night and good laughs!

had high hopes for JP's Comedy Club, but unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing,…read moreparticularly in how they treated the LGBTQ community and people of color in the audience. While comedy often thrives on edginess and provocation, there's a fundamental line that should not be crossed when it comes to respect and humanity. Throughout the show, both staff and performers targeted individuals in the crowd, making jokes that were not only disrespectful but also hurtful. Pushing boundaries in humor is one thing; outright disrespecting someone's sexuality or gender identity is entirely unacceptable. Upon entering, we were charged for two drinks, which felt more like an unnecessary cash grab than a welcoming gesture. Things escalated further when the owner, JP, made comments about being a police officer. It became evident that he is out of touch with the realities of that role, and his remarks demonstrated a complete lack of understanding and respect for the audience. His disparaging comments toward minorities were particularly concerning and left a sour impression. They advertise big-name headliners, yet much of the show featured local acts. At one point, a black male audience member was subjected to disparaging remarks about his race--what year is this? It was at this moment that we decided to leave. In essence, this club seems to cater to a specific crowd, but it's not a welcoming space for anyone who identifies as LGBTQ or anyone who isn't a white male. The uncomfortable atmosphere ultimately drove us to exit early. I sincerely hope they take a moment to reflect on their approach and consider how they might foster an environment that embraces humor while respecting all individuals. If your idea of comedy involves belittling minorities and repeatedly singling them out, it might be time for some self-reflection. Comedy can be fantastic, I've visited numerous clubs, and it's clear that there's a reason this venue is situated in a strip mall with only half its seats filled.
