I needed my renewal by the next day and I was able to schedule a class very easily even on such short notice. My instructor was Dan. He was very professional, organized and informative. Dan was an awesome teacher! I got certified in CPR/AED/First Aid and it covered adults, children, and infants! I feel like I learned so much! The class was 4 hours long, but wasn't grueling at all! Clear, efficient instruction and good practice of CPR skills. I liked the format of the class - first a video presentation that covers all the basics, then the instructor reviews, summarizes and demonstrates the skills, then the students practice the skills; quick group test at the end. I have been to many CPR/First Aid classes and I must admit that I learned much more in this class. The instructor, Dan, uses videos to supplement his own informative and entertaining approach to teaching this class. I took just the first aid class and I would not recommend this class for first-time learners. There were no hands on practices and he basically just talked to us the whole time. If I had not previously taken first aid, I would not feel confident to perform these skills in the event of an emergency. read more

Great class! Very small, so lots of one on one and a great opportunity to ask questions. Instructor was very knowledgeable. My only issue was the two test had a few questions that were completly up to interpretation and confusing. You do the test together so it isn't an issue. read more

Very knowledgeable and hands on. All my questions and concerns were answered. The cpr/aed class is about 2hrs, but it really doesn't feel like it due to al the information you're receiving. I will be returning when it's time to for me renew my certification. read more
