After initial excuses, the owner, Tim Smith, said the installation would be done by September 18. When I called him on September 23, he gave me "his word" it would be done by September 25. They missed that deadline too. Since that September 23 call, I've received no update and have been unable to get a response for nearly a month and multiple calls. As of October 16, they still have my deposit and two units have not been installed. Taking half the payment, missing repeated commitments, and then going silent is unacceptable. This company is a scam and the owner is not trustworthy.

We have a 2200 sf ranch with a full finished 2200 sf basement. When finishing the basement they rebuilt all the ventilation to code, so, it is some of the nicer space in the house! They installed a 6 zone system which supplies the main areas evenly throughout both floors. It is efficient, cost effective, and we are very comfortable. Technicians have always been on time and courteous. Working with owner's Russ and Cookie is always a delight. Update: Our AC died in August. Lovely timing. We needed to replace the entire system to get the newer coolant standard. Once again Russ and his install team were excellent, courteous and thorough. Very happy with our new AC, even though we only had a month to enjoy it!

I chose them because he answered promptly and gave me a quote for the project before asking me my address. He also did not spam me with calls and texts like some of the others did. When he came by my place, Jacob was kind and professional. He identified the problem quickly and made a plan to replace the disposal. I also had him look at the seal on another sink which was not what I called him out for. He did so willingly and was able to complete the repair. He charged an extremely reasonable price for both jobs and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. It has been a few weeks and the sink and disposal are better than ever. Definitely recommend and would call him out again in the future.

I highly recommend Jacob for your plumbing needs. He is very considerate with charging someone for his expertise, and also is a very nice guy. His work for us included replacing a toilet, ring, etc. as the toilet was leaking due to a blockage in the pipe. He had to use an auger and then as the blockage was deeper in the pipe, he had another machine he used. He did extra work, but only charged the price he quoted.

He was very condescending in the way he talked to me. He told me my disposal was not a blender and gave me a list of things not to put down the disposal. Nothing I had ever put down it anyway. I am not a young person but it was so insulting to be talked to this way in my own kitchen and the attitude plus the fact that he wasn't here for a clog. I never talked to him the rest of the time he was here and frankly was immensely relieved when he left.

When I asked about a ring doorbell (cost - estimate $99) and a motion light (solar, cost estimate $60) on the rear of the house, he replied that he would need to go to the shop to pick up the items (I discovered later, he went to Lowe's and lied about the time spent in my home doing the work, which probably took less than 30 minutes). When I asked him how much the total job would cost, he replied, $2600. I said that I could not afford that. He asked how much I could pay, I replied $1500. He indicated he would need to go to his truck to call his manager. He returned and said the job could be done for $2200. I, like a trusting and very tired old soul/fool said okay. The doorbell has not work and my money has not been returned, which I requested after two weeks of no action. I was referred to customer service and spoke with the "fast talking Customer Advocate (not a good title - should be Company). When I questioned the cost, the reply was that they charge by the job with no "breakdown of cost". Finally, after a month, I was offered the opportunity to have the technician return to my home to fix the problem or accept a $500 refund and sign a waiver. I chose neither since I did not find the company trustworthy and wanted the full amount of that which had been paid, $2271.00.
