We hired them to assemble a few 8x20 Palram greenhouses. It took us a while to find anyone to assemble these. Palram themselves do not offer any referrals or recommendations on assembly. The greenhouses were 64 pages of picture instructions that were not easy for someone without experience in assembly. We purchased them due to cheap price and what seemed like a simple snap together greenhouse. It was not simple and came in many pieces. Thankfully these guys were experts with instructions of all kinds and did an awesome job. Very reasonable, responsible, professional, would highly recommend for any of your assembly needs.

Five stars. Just moved from Buffalo and these guys were amazing. Delmar and his employee were on time, professional, friendly and very reasonably priced. Glad I saw the reviews, got done the same day. Mounted tv, assembled coffee table and mounted a key holder for my East Village apartment.

The Quality Assembly team is awesome! I called at 1am on Friday night (sorry!!!) in desperation because I had 3 pieces of IKEA furniture to assemble. Returned my call the following morning at 7am. Came at 1:30pm and assembled 2 dressers and a TV unit. Thank you so much for everything! Highly recommend. Reliable and great pricing

Great job Ed, Thank you Sir!!!

My entertainment center was leaning forward and missing 4 screws which weren't put into the entertainment center by the movers. I reached out to Quality Assembly, they responded quickly, sent an estimate, clarified questions and were able to fix it the next day. I awaited and they showed up within the time frame quoted. Ed the technician called me to say he was on his way, the owner contacted me via text to ensure I was updated which was pleasant. Once Ed arrived he was truly professional as he introduced himself. He was also congenial, jovial and explained what transpired with the entertainment center. He explained how he was going to correct it. He reassured me throughout the process that the fix was painless and an easy one. The price they charged was a reasonable priced and it only took Ed 20 minutes tops. Well worth the $50.00. I highly recommend this company.

I had a dining room set that I purchased in 2014, that was never assembled. I chose Quality Assembly because of their rating, and I was not disappointed. The price was very responsible, and the job was done quickly. Ed took care of everything & even took the boxes out for me. I will certainly use them in the future.

Delmar and Ed were fantastic!! Let's start with my first interaction with them. The Communication exceeded my expectations, Delmar could not have been more responsive, especially after hours I was able to get a quote and the appointment scheduled in just under a few minutes. What was even better is that he followed up with me day before as well as day of regarding any changes that came up. Ed arrived quickly and jumped right into work. You can tell that you were working with a professional because he set up all of his tools, his permanent marker and blue tape ready to label each individual piece as well as properly bag the screws. You would think that Ed was in a competition because he had both my sons bunk bed disassembled as well as my terrifying IKEA bed with built-in drawers underneath as well as shelves on both sides done in about 45-50 minutes, which is under the one hour quote that they actually gave me. These are the only guys I'll be using from now on and I will recommend him to any of my friends I need help!

We purchased the Yardistry Cedar Gazebo from Costco. Did research, watched YouTube videos, printed assembly instructions and realized we were over our heads. I came across Quality Assembly and started reading the reviews. Called them up and scheduled our assembly. The guys showed up on time, and by 3pm they were all done!! Couldn't be happier! Thank you guys!

Gazebo from Costco.

First of all, I don't do many reviews but these guys ( Delmar and Leo) deserve it. At short notice, I requested a team to install a gazebo and from all the options out there, Delmar was the most honest and the one with most descent price. This job requires experience and a level of skill that this company can only provide. He set up the time at 07AM and he was at the front of my door "ON TIME" ready to execute this task. My family and I are very pleased with the quality of job and the professionalism provided by Delmar and his team. Without hesitation I will recommend him to anyone out there that requires his service. Please review attached pictures for the job accomplished by this dynamic duo!!!

It's long overdue that I write this review...mostly because I was too busy recovering from…read moremoving... which, let's be honest, is usually a special kind of chaos reserved for life's worst decisions. Equal parts expense, headache, and "why do I own this many things?" Enter Flexdolly, who somehow turns that entire nightmare into... dare I say it... a good time. Yes. Fun. I said it. We've used Flexdolly for over five years, from simple room reshuffles to full-blown moves, and every single time Nas and his team show up like moving ninjas fast, precise, and weirdly calm about everything. They're hardworking, professional, and handle your belongings like they're staging a luxury showroom, not hauling your questionable number of throw pillows. But honestly, the best part? They smile. The entire time. During a move. Which feels illegal. If you're dreading your next move, do yourself a favor call Flexdolly and upgrade the experience from "never again" to "that... was actually kind of enjoyable."

Movers were nice guys, but company deserves 1 star…read more Timeline: Arrived 2 hours late (due to a prior move), took 2 guys 9 hours to move a 970 sq ft condo - took over twice the expected time. The foreman spent most of the time on his phone complaining instead of working with his partner. I was charged 18 man hours for about 9 man hours of actual work performed. Work quality: Movers rarely worked together, moved extremely slowly (lack of training? Overworked?), and caused damages--scratches, scrapes, and broken baseboard pieces they tried to hide. Zero accountability: When I reported damage, the owner, Nas, immediately deflected to his co-owner (who had already deflected it to Nas) and I didn't hear from Nas again. After weeks of runaround (I had to constantly reach out), a mover finally attempted repairs--took 4+ hours over two visits for what should've been a 10-minute fix (I know because I've done the same repair myself on a different area of baseboards), and it still didn't look undamaged. Overcharging: Nas claimed I should've hired 3 movers (he was the one who decided on 2, saying my condo was small and only needed 2 guys), then falsely accused me of having a spiral staircase to justify the costs. Just to be clear, I was extremely transparent at booking, listing anything that was heavy, explaining that my stairway was straight with one 90 degree bend, that I had 2 mattresses on a loft, but he said I didn't have a cold plunge or a sauna so 2 guys were sufficient. He refused further communication after learning I was dissatisfied with being overcharged for the work done. The only time he spoke to me was when trying to book an appointment with me. Two borrowed tools went missing until I repeatedly asked for them back. Owners completely ignored me on this. I had to ask the mover myself, several times. Bottom line: Owners deflect responsibilities and overcharge for actual work performed. Their 5-star reviews don't reflect my experience with them so please be careful when choosing your movers and read being the 5 star reviews. This was the worst moving experience out of the four companies that I've hired so far. I've hired other companies with guys who worked seamlessly together for an efficient move, were rarely slacking off, if at all, and didn't take things from me. I hired this company because of the 5 star reviews and of their story of being veteran owned. I don't know who those 5 star reviews are from, but this is definitely not a 5 star company. Maybe it was an off day for the movers? But I should've been charged accordingly. The company owners do not hold themselves accountable, blame the customers and deflect responsibilities to their employees. I feel bad for the guys working for them because they're nice guys who seem overworked. Moving is hard work. I hope Yelp doesn't get paid by this company to remove this review. Thank you for reading.
