We hired them to assemble a few 8x20 Palram greenhouses. It took us a while to find anyone to assemble these. Palram themselves do not offer any referrals or recommendations on assembly. The greenhouses were 64 pages of picture instructions that were not easy for someone without experience in assembly. We purchased them due to cheap price and what seemed like a simple snap together greenhouse. It was not simple and came in many pieces. My entertainment center was leaning forward and missing 4 screws which weren't put into the entertainment center by the movers. Contacted a few assemblers about a wall bed installation. Delmar was the only one that was able and available soon to do the installation since this was the second time this wall bed was going to be installed. Delmar and Rick arrived at the agreed time and began laying out the pieces since I didn't have any installation instructions for this piece of furniture (Stuart David Horizons Vertical Wall Bed). After identifying where the hardware went they began construction the frame and then installing the frame to the wall. The last piece proved a bit tricky but they managed to figure out how to install the hardwood front panel to the solid wood frame. Sounds heavy just thinking about it. After completing the wall bed install I had them assemble an adjustable height desk in the office which I had purchased on sale at Costco and hadn't found an opportunity to assemble. The Communication exceeded my expectations, Delmar could not have been more responsive, especially after hours I was able to get a quote and the appointment scheduled in just under a few minutes. You can tell that you were working with a professional because he set up all of his tools, his permanent marker and blue tape ready to label each individual piece as well as properly bag the screws. PAY ATTENTION TO THE 1 STAR REVIEWS!!! That was our experience/nightmare. The 2 "professional" assembly technicians had little to no experience building IKEA wardrobe cabinets. Our baseboards and wood flooring as well as the cabinets themselves were damaged during the assembly. The backboard to one of the cabinets was destroyed by one of the workers who did not know it was part of the cabinet! We were quoted this to be a 4-5 hour job. After 12 plus hours (TWELVE PLUS!!!) over three separate visits. On the last visit, the technician admitted he did not know how to install the corner door hinges and had to abandon the project. Quality Assembly then contracted another company to install the doors. We were informed that levelers and other key pieces were not used and they were only there to put the doors on. Door handles, hanging rods and other items were never completed and we were provided a bag of multiple parts and hardware that were not used. The cabinets are not finished, don't sit level and have gaps between them. If anyone would like more information send me a message. We seriously question the number of 5 star reviews!!! read more

Very happy with the desk assembly. Was trying to get my desk assembled the same day as it was being delivered, and most places seemed to have difficulty with that. He and his trusty sidekick showed up on time, then did a great job of assembling a large twin over full trundle Bunkbed with a staircase. 370 lbs of solid pine, and 1000 little pieces, but they had it assembled in about 3-1/2 hours, and did some nice extras, like caulking open screwholes, and even bringing the matresses upstairs and putting them on the bed for us. They took away the 7 empty boxes and all packing materials, and left our house spotless. My 3-1/2 year old daughter Alexis squealed with delight when she saw her bunk bed/fortress. Delmar got right back to me, gave me a very reasonable quote to put together a large Ikea wardrobe, hang a mirror, kitchen shelf, dog crate, Garage storage system. Also took away all of my trash and moved old furniture to my garage. They are great to work with and I would use them again. I was able to provide them a key so I could be at work while they worked at my house. They also like dogs so did not have a problem with my doberman hanging around. I feel really bad because my dog walker came in and took the doberman quietly out of the house for a walk and I forgot to tell the guys he has a dog walker.
